Worst app ever. No signal , no speed , limited download speed , telegram downloads too slow than expected, 909 package likes a poor man. Don't use 909 package. I complaint them 3-5 times about this issues but they didn't give me the solution

Bad service app is not working correctly. While I upload a screen shot for help supprt, I t will restart the app. Can't fix problems with this app. So It's very bad.

I am an Airtel postpaid user. Looks like Airtel have improved their infrastructure. I was so disappointed with their 4G data speeds earlier because I got around 200-300kpbs. So i discontinued using their services. But then again, I reactivated my connection after like 3 months. Now, being at the same location, I get around 2-3 Mpbs even at busy times which is pretty good. No buffers, no lags, full HD videos instantly play without any buffer. Keep up the good work Airtel !.

Never ever use this useless Airtel for data or call again. They boast all the time saying that they have 5g coverage but we users feel really irritated because all the time its loading. My advice to this Airtel Srilanka is that its better to beg on streets than looting innocent peoples pocket.

After I complained to the customer care about how sluggish their network is , they told me to use 1285 package instead of 769 package. So I thought it would be faster and activated it. Now using Thier high grade package 1285 I see the ping to be above 200 but my new dialog low grade package which is only Rs.285 give me a great 63ms ping. They lied and made me spend another 1285 instead of admitting thier network is sluggish and so bad. They always come up with a lie to steal our money

An absolute must app if you want to remotely reload your balance, activate data etc. But with imposing a credit limit all the possible options are thrown out of the window. With most of the packages (93/-, 185/- etc.) available only for a day, you can't go on for a month with just few reloads. Give your customers the option to select whether they are okay to go above the said limit or not. It's infuriating to not being able to use the app for what it's meant for.

It was great network earlier. But now very poor connection. I can't even send a msg via WhatsApp. I have complained via this app but haven't fix the issue yet. Very disappointed. The worst bandwidth

network is slow and so is the coverage in Srilanka. The service is bad and can't even issue a complaint properly in WhatsApp or site. The packages are cheap but what's the point if you don't have proper signal. airtel isn't good as it used to be.

I have got the social media unlimited package of Rs1285 and no social media works when the 2gb data is over except for the YouTube. Half of the time when I try to download something with my daily data bundle(specially in the night) the internet automatically turn bad. When you raise complaints through the app, no one gives a damn even to respond to it! One of the biggest scams!!! Plus, no one gives any attention to WhatsApp enquiries either! The bot just gives up!

This app is fast, but it's not smooth enough. It's a bit laggy when I scroll through pages. I think a dedicated page for flash deals would be fine because it's annoying to swipe between each image to find a certain offer.

The app is fine but airtel data speed is worse than anything I have seen... I usually play esports and they make sure we use mobitel which wifi but am a 10 plus year customer for airtl I spend more than 3000 per month..and guess what the speed is the slowest of em all so so bad

After long time I activated data package. My phone shows full coverage. But Airtel provide only 100kb per second. Only few seconds works good network. Otherwise very bad. Very disappointed with your service However only your payment method is good and fast . That's why I put 2 Star

I was trying to reload data and the page to enter the card details looked kinda different but I thought it must be an update or something so I just put my card info, but I didnt get a message from airtel after that. I called the card company, and they said my last transaction was not the amount I debited for airtel. However the card company sent me a OTP and everything. So be CAUTIOUS when you use this app as it seems like the security is severely lacking 😕😒

compared to other NSP's apps, This is surely number 1. very well designed,easy to navigate... almost no flaws for an app that is designed to the subject. all the app pros aside, 'the service',most important part is lacking. -pkges & data rates are higher/ benefits are lower than other services(unlike old airtel that everyone loved) -not enough pkg options to choose -insane speed limits for pkges(I've experienced telegram) I hope you to consider.

Airtel is being worse recently. With internet connection issues and horrible internet speed, I hate airtel. I cannot even send WhatsApp messages, take voice calls, even cannot do simple search in Google due to worst connection. Earlier there was no connection issues, internet speed was very fast, this problem occurred just one or two months ago. I used airtel packages since 2 years nothing happen to speed or connection those days. But now I can't use any social media, YouTube, zoom or anything.
