Airtel sim is a theif they are really stolen my mb i just watch 3 or 4 videos in YouTube which is 3 to 4 minutes after watching video i can check my internet balance i can see they have been cut 600 mb to watching 3 or 4 videos don't be get mb in airtel they have been cut your mb

Airtel SIM card is more popular in Capita City of Bangladesh. Because of its low price & good quality service then others SIM with adjustable low price. But in remote area of Bangladesh, it is unacceptable slow progress of network system. In remote area it is lower than others Data Network system. I wish your system will be better than others service in remote area of Bangladesh. I think it is good service overall systems for your low price & quality. I wish it will help us to our in future.

One thing about Airtel is very bad. I recharged from the app and the money was deducted in cash. But that money was not added to my Airtel balance. I have faced this problem before. Then I thought that maybe I had done something wrong. But no, Airtel's cheaters have cut it. But Airtel did not add money to the balance. It felt very bad. The love for Airtel ended in an instant.

Your customer service is not so good. I want to get MNP service. But there is no kit in our district customer care for a long time. It's a bad system of Airtel.

Such poor service they have, I had total 210 taka as main balance. To be mentioned I recharged 92 taka which had no offer like data, minutes, call rates or sms but they showed 139,69 and 36 taka has been recharged and charged me more then 175 taka. Total scam

Previous interface was much better than new UI.New UI is so much laggy and slow.UI/UX design like a school boy designed it.Worst interface ever.Check balance option should be in a proper position to view it easily.

The app data price is sky rocketing. I could get 30 GB in 150 tk with 7 days of time but now I can't even get 11 gb with this amount of money. don't use this sim. I'm switching too until they lower their prices.

This new update sucks.Tried to open for several times now.It won't open anyway and show I am not connected to internet.lol.If I am not connected to internet how the hell I am writing this review. Always been hateful of this app for bugs and network problems.Do something.

Need to be add incoming call history besides outgoing call history. Robi already added the incoming call history in their My Robi apps. Both the SIM is belong to Robi Axiata Limited, then it's high time to add the incoming call history to My Airtel apps. Thanks in advance. Best wishes for Robi Axiata Limited.

Firstly: Need more options accounting on current balance, based on which type of offer mostly I used/like. Secondly: Need more development in network coverage. Example: I have found good network on outside of my house 🏠 but after entering inside of house, the network is not working properly. Can't find 25% internet speed & video call 😕 so much bad experience! (It's making distance from you to mine) I think it make satisfied to continue and also the network revenue becomes first in the country.

Airtel is a part of my everyday lifestyle. And I love this brand. Unfortunately, the app experience nowadays is really bad. In app, the color combinations looks really odd. The icons selection also very bad. The navigation is really not up to the mark. And moreover, I feel the design now is more focused on Ads marketing for different apps, more than the users enhancement focus. It's looks really cheap and disgusting! I want to say, It's really disappointment for me to experienced the app now!

The app can't stay open in the background. Even a simple switch to other app needs it to start from the logo loading screen! OPTIMIZE or give us a lighter version of this app which only have internet, balance, recharging and other necessary options purely for SIM. This app has too many unnecessary options for a typical user. That "DISCOVER" section is utterly pointless. "Trending"&"Feed" sections are there cause other operators also did it & they're all annoying. Fix it to be better than others
