Worst ever experience, app full of bugs, customer service happily blatantly lie to you, can’t update opening days, delivery postcode configuration completely useless, to change 1 word on my site takes days and countless requests, with out doubt the most frustrating experience ever, be prepared to smash your device to pieces with frustration, customer service is a complete joke, can’t even be bothered to contact you despite saying they will, worst experience ever, I’m not alone ,,,see all the 1 star feedbacks, can’t even configure my days and hours let alone upload menus and photos, even the templates they provide had typing errors

Everyday I have to reinstall & uninstall app. Just doesn't work n crashes everything. Promised everything n got nothing. Sort out the app it's soo disappointing. Other then this app foodhub is good

it crashes when you try to see the payouts! you are not able to clearly see the invoices! some of my orders are disappeared 😕

App is not letting me see the previous orders on stats and keeps crashing. I think your bugs are still there. Generally a good app.

They are not honest and have hidden costs about which they say nothing. It is a lot to pay £ 12 a week for the card reader as long as they receive an order from them every 2 weeks.

IOS this app is working perfectly fine... For android its been bad. You can't do proper Customization any updates will mess up the whole Menu so avoid.

My takeaway app keeps crashing when I click on order or check previous days order, I can't check order as the app keeps breaking down. I keep reporting this issue last 3 weeks but no one fixing this issue. No good at all. Amigo Derby

Terrible, when you make changes to a menu it never seems to match or adds other modifier options to different menu items, would not recommend to anybody, wish I never bothered using food hub

These guys just need money, don't take service. They charged me without transfer of registration from previous owner. Terminating and will never look back again this money hunter. App is not helpful too. They just use an android app which is available way cheaper than that. Not worth it.

Don't sign up if you're new guys looking for online delivery app! They commit you for so many things initially and then disappear once you subscribe! If you wants to work by your own then only sign up! And if you wants to work on your own the. Get your own website to avoid Weekley fees like this guys! Absolutely not worth it!

Ridiculous with just lies. I was told I would get a Web sight a Pos eftpos machine and lots of orders .. I have had the machine now 2 months not even 1 order has come through and that you can't even place an order for customers that walks in . The Web page they used was from the old owners with really bad reviews that's so wrong and no eftpos machine .The customer had to use a stupid q code that didn't even work for them to pay after the customer spent 20mins trying to pay for it did not work.

There scammers. Beware from them. I named them lie hub. As they always lie. There well trained about lie. So much hidden cost. Sales team will lie a lot to make you sign up. It's India based company though they claim there based in uk. Totally waste of time & money appreanty you make food for There customer free you won't get money from them if you don't call them & go though so much hassle.

Just been a headace. Before the update easy simple app that worked. Its not letting me go ahead after my contact number. Dont know whats going on with FoodHub but there are issues after issues. Customers can't download your personal app its been months still not sorted. I can say customer service is not bad. 10/10 for the area manager (Zee) thow he tries.
