No it keeps sending me a text to verify account but 2hen I go to get the code it closes my payment window so I can't use the code. Don't like two part verification I have a password.

How can I give zero stars? I'd like to use my PC but that doesn't seem to be an option. Even if I use my phone, I can get nowhere. I would like to create a new account as my original account did not "transition" to this but I just get a message that says Cant find you. Please call" I thought all these portals were supposed to be time savers... Not.

I was paying my bill and it asked if I wanted to pay via Wallet and it confused me. I did try it, but then it wanted to charge me a processing fee when there is no fee charged to pay through my bank so I went back and paid it using my bank. I am not crazy about being offered an alternate paying method when it takes more time and offers less value.

Garbage app. Billing it dissocilt to understand. Can't pay with a credit or debit card. Says I need a 13 digit account number but mine is only 12 digits and when I add a zero like it says to it still doesn't work. I hate everything about you sdge.

it's horrible very glitch! when you sing in it always says " having technical issues" and then a second later it signs you in applied for AUTOPAY and it said payment scheduled for the 1st NEVER GOT PAID! everything was done correctly & when I clicked to manually pay it still had the audacity to show a message it was already set to autopsy for the 1st of June ITS THE 2ND MIND YOU!? Will you be going back in time or what? super glitchy app

not a bad app for a major electric company lol. things are very simple and straightforward and easily accessible, can be buggie at times but it is tolerable

It used to allow energy use tracking down to quarter hour time periods, but as of a week ago, only allows for electric reporting and monthly gas usage. They don't have a reporting method of contacting them through the app and phone complaints deny that there is a problem, since they can get the data through the website. Why have an app if they tell you to use the website?

I have paid my energy bill twice and everything on my account through this app is correct and my bank never received the payment Now my payment through sdge is late when I paid before the due date, it's better to get a money order this app will cause you to get your electricity shut off because they are not sending your payments in on time.

The app is slightly combersome and difficult to navigate at first. the multiple options sections for pay now vs continue is confusing since all payment options are saved from previous payments. and pay now is what you want to do. of your payment method is your default it makes to sense to have to pick it again through continue.

I feel like it used to be easier to figure out what pricing tier you're in. For example, I'd like to open the app and be able to figure out whether I'm in the "On peak", "Off peak", or "Super off peak" basically immediately. Currently cannot find this info at all.

Uninstalled in 5 minutes. The app would only provide a screen for planned and unplanned outages. This my second attempt. I give up on sdge paperless. *Update, month later- app is useless repeatedly asks for user name and password when it's been already established. I have no idea what bugs in their system but save yourself time and never bother with this app. It's laughable how bad it is. Please no response, SDGE, will never use again. Send all the paperwork, please. Thanks.

It's easy, it's nice you can view and pay bills but the app delays for opening and accessing it sometimes goes days without opening with password. "Something went wrong" pops up a lot. I've had to log in through browser twice to view my bill because of it. And when it logs in, it updates your projected payments randomly which is great but also a bit confusing when it jumps from higher to lower and back to high again even when no one is in the house for a couple days. Good but needs work.

This app is completely useless now. Ever since the last update I'm unable to sign in. I keep getting an error saying "Unable to process your request. Please try again later." That is using the fingerprint and password logins. I just want to pay my bill easily. Please fix it or revert because at this point, it's just taking up space on my phone.

Since they upgraded their system it has been a pain to do anything in their online portal and app. All my accounts went missing, you can't add accounts, you can't start service and even if you call them 90% of the staff doesn't know how to do it. To top off I can't even log in to the app anymore it say session expired due to inactivity. I have deleted, re-installed, deleted cache and nothing. Worst company ever.

When using the app is great but I am unable to log in. After logging in it says my session is expired and I need to log in. When I get to the page to have a code sent to me, I press "send code" and I get the error message "that is not a valid code". The app is alternating between these two error messages so I can't log in. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing changed.

Can't access app to pay bill. Asking for verification from an old number from over 10 years ago that I don't have anymore. Why not have the option to verify through email? All branches are closed due to covid and there is an hour wait on the phone. How are we supposed to pay our bill?.....update....I contacted the email given and they quickly responded and updated my information so I was able to access the app. Anyone having the same problem, I recommend emailing them and they quickly fix

This app is cumbersome to navigate. I ALWAYS have to log in 2-3 times before I can get into the app. Also, I have to switch back and forth between my gas and electric accounts by making each one my 'default' in order to view the information. I'm not sure why both parts of my bill can't be active for seamless viewing. Also, when you go to pay, you have to remember your due date before entering the actual online payment screen. There is no due date reminder once you are scheduling your payment.

Need to make it simple. Show both accounts in a glance. Gas.... and electric. I missed a payment one time, and my electric got disconnected because I thought I paid my bills. it only shows one account at a time. keep it simple to navigate. Get rid of that switching to a default account step. Two accounts visible to switch and pay. No question step asking for default. The old app was way better. KISS.
