In the earlier versions the creat package was operational but currently it says you will recieve confirmation sms but none reaches the customer, which is making the option invalid. And it was one of the best feature on the platform but now we are forced to switch to the normal package deals. To disappointed 😏 Hope you will fix it soon.

Next time it would be better if the app shows amount of data used. Same for voice call too... It would help the customer plan for smart data use... And it would be great if the app has an option to 'switch account' cuz I think many people have more than one Sim card...

It's the the worst app ever... I tried to reset my password, it doesn't send otp. Whenever I entered a wrong password, it looks me for 30 minutes...I don't think you have understood the whole idea of security... Affecting end user experience doesn't mean you have a secured app

I use this app for more than two months. It is too easy to use and aproprate app. But when you can open your account to buy package either voice or internet you must open data,then it cut your balance more than 2birr. Then i am going to use *999# to minimize my data cost for log in on this app,it can't work properly,why? We need alternative telecom.

Great app for using ethio telecom services. Especially if you're tired of repetitively trying the USSD method which mostly fails due to network coverage. 4 stars because there is no option on the app to see remaining Package Amounts. Please add the option to see remaining Package Amounts right on the app, then it will be perfect.

I've been using your App since last December without any difficulties. Because I have two sim cards in my Android phone, I created two accounts on the single App. There was no problem to use accounts by choosing either of the sim cards and the related password. But starting this week I couldn't get some services when I log in my account using my 2nd sim card. I hope you may resolve this problem. Thanks.

The fictions are okay but with regard to self package creation there is a problem. It doesn't display the price of the selected package as it does earlier and mentiones service request exception. You provide a code or OTP but I try once it display the same massage then code expired will follow. This is really annoying. I hope the team would consider updating the app or other wise removing the option.

I have found this application to be user friendly and handy. If it is possible I recommend adding multiple account function where people with multiple sim cards can access the services for both accounts. It will also be helpful if the app can be used to make payments for postpaid and Broadband services.

There is a tremendous improvement in the UI, I am glad of having this kind of easy way to check my phones status. - The MAIN reason i am disappointed of this app is that it doesn't keep me signed in, this should be debuged and fixed. - I also suggest more improvements to the UI (see: @et.bazeni.selfcare ). - And finally muti-account support for dual sim users. Keep on the good work Eth.

What are the error messages? Like did the developers assume that the majority of Ethiopians are retarded? "Error - Shortcircuit". What does that even mean? How do you get a Shortcircuit on an app. When it works, it's great but when it doesn't, it's the worst app to deal with errors or troubleshoot; and it's also random and apparently doesn't work past midnight. Tele in general is just getting worse, 999 doesn't work unless you brute force it. I really hope MTN or someother company saves us.

Serious login issue. Password input asks for a criteria that's already fulfilled. I Came back after a long time and it is still the same. I recommend everyone to stay away from this badly constructed app with zero customer support. If there were a zero rating, I'd give it.

Whenever I attempt to create a package part, I receive a "service request exception" error message. To provide more context, I followed the necessary steps to create a package part, including providing all the required information. However, upon submission, the error message still appears.

This app is really helpful. But the logging in process is so annoying. It asks to enter phone number and password everytime i open the app. And when i enter the verification code for password reset, it didn't work, when i press the verify button once it will not respond and if i clicked it again it says "verification code expired" even within the provided time limit. Pls fix this issue and pls make the logging in process easier.

Better than the previous version. It improved usability. 1. The remaining voice package suppose to be in minutes instead of seconds. 2. The sign in reputation is made me tedious. If you are this much concerned in sign in process, add finger print sign in or leave the decision to the user to decide whether to sign in frequently or just to save the session. At least days token... 3. Multiple account is very essential. The app must have that feature.

A lot of actions could've been done automatically. Like fetching the user's phone no and verification code. Also, why not redirect the user to the homepage directly after registration? Design wise, you've used multiple colors which makes the UI not consistent. I've seen unnecessary animations that didn't concider devices with slow processors, which also may be the reason why your app size is huge. It's a good start but not mature enough

1. Great custom purchase alternative 2. I don't need to put my password each time I want to use the app. In the setting this alternative shall be developed. 3. The setting need to have lots of settings. 4. Theme selection would be great . 5. When turning on and off a setting a clear distiniction shall be there. Sometimes it is not clear if it is on or off, due to its graphics. 6. An integration of password with Samsung or galaxy pass with fingerprint or face sesensor would much helpful.

Not satisfied. You would think that as a Telecom service provider Ethio Telecom would be on top of its game when it comes to, you know, Telecom Apps. Alas. This is the dumbest app installed on my device ever. No multiple SIMs. Not operable if you are out of data credits. Couldn't you at least enable USSD for charging the account? Why do I have to sign in every time I open the app? It is not like you manage your bank account with it. It is also very slow in updating your credits and stuff.

The App is less of a use on this version 1. Login. Entering 6 digit password every time we want to get back to the app is boring. Please incorporate another logging in mechanism. 2. Switching Accounts. The app must enable users to switch between their two accounts [SIM's] considering the fact that most android users own morethan one SIM 3. Offline. It would be better if the app operates offline too. That way users don't have to run to the USSD code but the app to recharge. Please Update the APP

Very unfriendly app and hard or almost impossible to sign up as it's complicated request for entering a 6 digit number, upper cases and Lowe one... so on forth. Although I tried what is required as many times I can, I failed to succeed due to a failure app. Please make the operation easy or applicable or/otherwise REMOVE YOUR APP at all. I rated 1 being forced (I would rather give it below 0)

This app is the worst. It won't let you get the services while being offline; it won't let you send packages without crashing, and it is so laggy when it comes to updating your remaining balance timely. The UI is so terrible. I sometimes find it difficult to identify which service is which. To make things worse, ethiotelecom is forcing people into using this app by deactivating every other third party apps which provides ethio tel services. Monopoly at its best!!
