Please get rid of the flashing "expensive energy" banner. Flashing stuff is very 1980s.

Has a lot of great data about my demand control and solar system! Not sure why other reviewers find it so hard to understand... there is a *lot* to take in

Trash. This app was offline for weeks and I tried so much to get customer service to help. Nothing. I cant believe I have to pay for this.

Works as advertised, and the demand controller hardware saves me a small fortune every year.

Paying for the load controller isn't sufficient. Must pay 99/yr for the app. The website is functionally useless and cryptic.

This app is good, but I like to login to the internet site with my computer better, because the screen is bigger and there are more options like the energy report window.

My experience with Inergy systems has been wonderful. The customer service is excellent and everyone I have talked to has been polite and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone.

App is ok. Not easy to understand the information and difficult to tell if I'm buying energy from the utility or pushing it. The website has more useful information but even that is not the best.

The number they reported are not clear on what they are, and are wrong. The number do not match the power companies information. The power company state I produce twice electric then app tell me. When my free period up I will replace it with esp home.

The app works fine I guess. But no idea what the numbers mean. I have searched for a breakdown, including vendor site but found nothing. Contacted vendor. Told me they don't have any information they can share as to how to interpret the numbers. I guess it is working but time wi tell.

I already spent a sh!+ ton of money on solar panels and now I find out that I have to pay another $100 a year to use this app. That is super disappointing. I'm not going to spend the money on something that in my opinion, should be part of the service in the purchase of this solar equipment. If you go green, you end up going broke! Just saying....

Ok I initially gave 5 stars and a great review, haha then I tried to access this app later and got a notice that my "subscription" had expired. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I HAD A SUBSCRIPTION with my solar panel system!! Now this company, separate from the solar panel company, wants $ to use the app. DON'T PAY. GO ONLINE AND DO EVERYTHING FOR FREE INSTEAD! HAHA plus having issues trying to get to website through Google, try Bing.

Had it for a year just received notice my subscription expired. That's fine except I can not log into the online site and when requesting password reset it never sent anything. It's a bit frustrating to not understand the info on all the screens. Plus no one really helps you to understand except the door bangs who claim to be solar brokers. It's a mess I'm literally thinking while writing this I've lived 49 years without monitoring my house and I was just fine 🙂

It was working fine and then I got a message that my subscription expired. Fair enough because I've had solar for a year. But the app doesn't provide a place to renew. Every page I go to says subscription expired. Frustrating. Shouldn't be this confusing.

The app logged me out and the password reset does not work. Also, the "service" is a paid subscription. This app is devaluing solar technology. In response to the developer's condescending rebuttal: Yes, I know it's a paid subscription (this is the part that is devaluing solar technology). There problem with the app is that even if I wanted to renew the paid subscription, the password reset still doesn't work.

Not only is this app garbage, inergy systems load management is a garbage add on to your solar system. Constant issues with home internet connectivity and can randomly shut down devices due to a poorly designed failover approach. Do yourself a favor, skip this option and just be smart about the devices you use during peak hours.
