It's an ok game. You have to buy gems if you want to do anything. It takes forever to save money to buy things that you need. You level up fast but that only spells more trouble because you have to buy more machines when you haven't even bought the ones you needed groom the last level up.

I like it. It's the closest I found to 2 point hospital. The only complaint I have is that I'm completely unable to Facebook my game. When I type my Facebook login and asks me to confirm on the next page the button to tap accept is missing. I see the description saying posting to Facebook but no accept/login button is under it. Please fix cause I want to save my game and see if my Facebook friends are playing.

Can you please fix the error with the vitamins? I keep getting told I can't collect any because my storage is full (it is only about half capacity). like other reviews I can't also can't see the cures unless I click on the machines. Finally what was the deal with the gingerbread men? I collected quite a few but never had anything mentioned about it. fixing the about things would help to get the game back to a good rating.

regrettably uninstalled. its a shame cos its an adddictive game however half the time it wont load and it freezes and its frustrating that a lot things take a long time which makes me wanna just give up! I've noticed how the creators thank those who leave good reviews but ignore those of us who seem to be having problems. I've put a lot of time and real life money into this game,pi##ed off is an understatement!!!!!!! 😡

love the game! I'm an addict now . this game make me dropped all other games I was playing....one one issue : take a too long to load other players shops. by the time the shop opens the item u need is gone. one suggestion: the game will be totally perfect with a chat between players n a newspaper to have bigger chances to buy items. overall game is great. I LOVE IT!

After about Lv50 you have to watch more & more ads to speed up the meds you need. Super discouraging but I caved & started watching ads. And now the ads glitch & wont run. I reset, clear cache, reinstall... same issue. Im convinced its technical bs intended to slow your progress. If it doesnt fix within a month or so, I'll stop playing. And no, dont tell me to take out a ticket & report my issue. You take out the ticket.

The whole game is very rushed and makes little sense. Constant building new rooms and making new elixers. So rushed that tutorial gets stuck on screen. Before you can even get a patient into a new room its rush to build the next room and slap out a bunch of elixers specific to new problem while you are still trying to diagnose and treat the 1st patient. Good concept but horrible execution.

I love this game and would love to give it 5 stars but I find it really annoying that the game takes so long to load and then freezes all the time when I finally get it to load. Today all I'm getting is a black screen. An improvement I would like to see is a warehouse that we can store building items in (hammers, screwdrivers etc). Currently there is not enough space to collect enough of these to be able to expand your storage as well as collect enough medicines to cure patients.

Helped me through lockdown! Got this game to pass the time during lockdown. Easy to play and level up without having to make in app purchases. Could do with more equipment to speed up the lab! Update 18.02.21: App doesn't load after the new update. Please fix! Update 11.03.21 App still does not load despite you replying that the issue has been resolved this morning. I can see by the info it still showing as February as the last update.

Annoying farmville type gameplay. Arbitrary limits everywhere. Feels like I'm on rails. Edit: Thanks for getting back to me devs. Sorry, I was just shopping around for games and this one doesn't have a model I like. The overabundance of varieties of items but lack of flexibility is annoying. Having to make one cure for one disease from one machine etc, and all components are huge, hardly produce anything, and have baffling numerical limits on how many one can place. It feels duplo vs lego.

Got to level 13 and a Patient comes in with something wrong with then that you can't fix without a significant amount of diamonds; the currency you have to pay for. I don't mind buying a game, or even paying to accelerate progress or for cosmetics, but when you feel you have no choice but to pay for micro transactions, it just leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Uninstalled.

I just started playing this game like a month ago. Firstly i really enjoy playing this game. But after a while, problem start when I start visit friends & buying goods, it taking a long minutes to show the selling item. And when it started showing the item, by then the time of buying almost finish and I miss the item that on display.And to click refresh item, again need to wait a few minutes again. Please fix it or else i will uninstalled it. I can't play game without enjoy every minute.

So far playing only 2-3 days game is very good. I have reached level 10 and in general playing is good fun. Only downside from my point of view is that you would have to stay "in the game" at all times because all machine updates and cure patiens takes like 3-4 minutes and to get all different cures takes sometimes 3-4 steps witch 3 minutes each.. Plus all the other things so you end up clicking all round the hospital at all times. I know this is the nature of the game like all good times at school but I just don't have that time. So to me I prefer games where I jump in, quick battle jump out and back to work ;) But anyway I came here to play good old Theme Hospital and the game is just as good

This is a good casual game but hard to get anywhere with it without spending money or being extremely patient. You only earn enough through each level to buy the essentials for the next level, plus while brewing potions and cures you have to wait for so long between each that you get very bored. Not enjoying it that much and probably won't continue which is a shame because it has such a good idea. Maybe I am too impatient to enjoy it lol

It's a good game, level 37 and still playing. I do have a few issues though that I cannot resolve because when you click on 'help and support' it asks for permission to access my camera and files on the device' - no thank you. It also bugs me that when I try to buy from the pharmacy, I will click on the item and it will tell me it's already sold. This is the same for the other items on display. If It's no longer for sale it shouldn't be in the shop! I click refresh and found another row of items for same that turned out to be already sold. This happens a lot. Sort it out please!

It's still no theme hospital but it has improved since I last played it. Timings for making cures are slightly better so game is now playable rather than just checking in once a day. Would like to be able to purchase multiple machines, so you could make longer items one, and still have one freeif you needed an item quickly. However, lags, freezes& crashes are far too recurring, these would need to be fixed.

Great game! I love it and I am absolutely hooked on it! Only reason I'm not giving it full stars is because their support team is completely unresponsive. I've sent about 5 or 6 messages/emails trying to get help transferring my game from my old phone to my new one, and I haven't heard anything back. Very frustrating. Wish someone could help me so I don't lose all my progress.

I absolutely love this game! I could play it for hours and it really helped kill time during quarentine. There used to be a similar game for the pc years ago. I enjoyed that game and have missed it but this is a great substitute. The only negative feedback is that it is sometimes hard to get the elixar in and out of the test tubes. Everything else is awesme!

The game looks okay, but the gameplay isn't for me. Tutorials will interrupt you several times while playing for various things to complete or observe. Example: while giving elixirs to doctors to cure patients, an assistant pops up on my screen to make me watch a helicopter go by... Mechanics like that are pretty irritating and dated. In addition to the delays and lag with 3gb of memory and how difficult it is to pick things up on a 7inch screen, the game is not enjoyable for me.

love the game. have been playing it quite often for a couple months. I love the quirkiness and the fun this game has to offer. but after the most recent update I can no longer play the bubble game or watch ads to speed things up. another sad thing is one of my daily goals is to watch an ad and it is unavailable and I cant change the goal to another one cause I cant watch ads...!!! love the game. hopefully this gets fixed soon
