I'm Not giving this phone service no more than one star! I am Absolutely disappointed with this service, don't wanna sound ungrateful, but the phone I've received doesn't work properly. It shuts off whenever I send text, or I can't even send a text, and I don't even receive any of my text, then all of a sudden 1-2 days later, I'll get All of my messages at one time. Then, when I go to make a call, it'll ring busy. I can't download or update any damn thing. SUCKS!!! SWITCHING SERVICE ASAP!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely useless app. No way to resolve problems or contact Qlink. Has literally messed up my phone. Always says no data cannot make calls service is absolutely horrible. Especially for rural areas. Service only works when connected to wifi. I always get messages..... No Wi-Fi connection No cellular data available to make calls. NOT EVEN EMERGENCY!!!

Not good. It works ok for the first week or so then it slows and even after the renew date it still won't work. Constantly drops calls and doesn't connect to internet while on a call. The internet net has not been working since it was supposed to renew/refresh data. It is not reliable. I constantly have missed calls that are from people saying they get sent straight to voicemail. No way to speak to someone in the phone.

I'm very happy with the service. The main issue for me is a personal one. I'm deaf, therefore I need data. I wished there's a plan for trading 500-800 calling min to get an extra 500Mb-1Gb of data. I always run out about a week or so before it refreshes. It's frustrating to be without data. It's how I make calls (relay app). And I wished my phone had more storage. I know, for the most part, I shouldn't complain since it's free. I do pay the extra $10/mo for an extra Gig of data.

Qlink my phone is not working properly it's always using all the data up when I don't have any apps down loaded,I make a as few phone calls as possible a month and text when I have to, I can't use my alarm clock on my phone anymore and some times I don't get hear the phone ring or get a call. I have been a customer for along time and the phones are not getting any better.

The storage and adds bother me the most. Everytime I get on a new app an add appears and it's very time consuming and really not needed. There is no storage to begin with,most of it is filled with apps you can't uninstall and you can only download about 3 to 4 apps and that's if you don't have any photos. Why I'm writing this review is because I can't get into Qlink Zone because it needs the update but it won't let me update it. I need help

This phone comes with so many pre-loaded and unnecessary apps that cannot be deleted so there is no storage space to add any apps I would actually want to use. Of course I could PAY for more space on my "free"phone! My first phone's screen froze for good after only 4 months, then I had to pay for this one. This screen also freezes on a regular basis. I have to call voicemail every day because there's no notification for it, it even the incoming call isn't logged. I'm very dissatisfied.

I downloaded the app and when I went in to the app it kept showing a button that said "try again". (I hadn't tried anything yet, so thats weird, right off the bat!) When I clicked it, a message said "login failed try again" or something close to that.. So, I'm sorry to say, but it was a complete fail. The developers could be working on it right now or maybe it's just this moment being launched. IDK, but for now..it's got some issues...I'll hope for the best & "try again" another day. thank you!

I am VERY upset with all the bloatware found on this phone from the get go. Plus, I connect to my home wifi and as long as I don't leave the settings page, I stay connected to the wifi. But should I leave and go to Play store to update my apps, the wifi I immediately dropped. Uon reopening the settings, it says the wifi is disabled, then quickly changes to disconnected... I reconnect and the same happens AGAIN... However, this time, I SEE THE BUTTON MOVE TO OFF ON IT'S OWN! To sell more data.!.

I can hardly ever use my phone unless I am near WiFi. Coverage is horrible, the free phone is ok but if you are sight impaired, it’s very hard to use. Wish it was a different carrier. Have called support a few times, useless, doesn’t help coverage. Just trying to get someone to answer the phone is next to impossible, phone prompts continue and continue! That’s not good customer service!

States it is a "log in bux fix", which is absolutely ludicrous. Since the "update", now I cannot log in to my account at all on any device and it isn't recognized. At least I still have the service. I appreciate the free cell phone service but the phone is absolutely terrible, it crashes when online every several minutes and will not hang up on calls and drops them. People have told me they have tried to make contact the calls don't go through. I wanted to buy another phone and use it with the service but that sounds dicey too.

I've had this for almost 2 yrs. It is glitchy at times, like not opening pages that I try to connect to or occasionally it will shut down & restart on its own. I think quicklink runs some kind of snooping program in the background cuz sometimes it uses a LOT of battery. But even with that, ITS FREE. Seriously, beggars can't be choosy! And this freaking Hot Pepper phone is a tough SOB. I'm disabled and I drop the poor thing regularly. And it keeps on going, not even scratched up!For the price💛😁

The app is just as screwed up as the data service. All I get is error message. I've downloaded it, uninstalled it and reinstalled it. As far as unlimited data, sure you may get unlimited but,at a download speed less than a megabyte per second. To reinstall the app It took 13 minutes for 60 some megabytes of data. So the issue isn't how many gigabytes of data you use, because that is supposedly unlimited, It is the speed at which it is delivered that is an issue. I have complained to the FCC. 🚫

This app is almost completely useless. I've had very little issues with QLink service. Perhaps it's because i live in a large city (Dallas)? I often wonder if the people who have issues live in rural areas, are just old, or possibly not technically savvy. So far I'm glad for the SIM/T-Mobile update. My data isn't as fast, but it doesn't randomly cut off as it did with the old (Sprint) SIM.

For starters, I haven't had really any issues with the service of Qlink. The download speed is rather slow at times but other than that no matter where I'm at, I got service. Now my issue is with this app. I have noticed somehow after you install this app, the wifi automatically turns itself on even if the wifi setting is turned off. It messes with the data portion of the service. Funny enough, after I uninstalled the app; I have not had an issue with my wifi since then. Strange huh??

The old app worked, what was wrong with it? I can't even get this new version to download, so I disabled it ... Update: I don't bother with the app any longer, because I find it easier to access the website on my computer. The first phone was a little too flaky for my taste, and kept turning on the Wi-Fi constantly, which ate up the battery. The second phone that I purchased, worked well for some time, and then eventually got replaced. (Note: phones were eventually retired, and replaced.)

I've had Qlink for about 4 years now and I can't really complain about much. I always have service unless im in the boonies lol. I did have to aquire my own phone cuz the ones they provide aren't the best, but that's my preference. If I had to complain about anything it would be the app. For me it never shows valid information based on texts or minutes I've used. I text more than I talk and my app always says zero texts used, which I know isn't accurate. But the service is great. Definitely 👍!

I can't even log in or get into the app without it stopping. Even when I am not physically in the app and are in other apps, I still get that notification in the middle of my screen telling me "My Mobile Account keeps stopping" and quite frankly it's annoying having that pop up every two minutes and freeze my screen when I'm in the middle of doing something.

I have had qlink for years. It just gets worse every year. My first phone started acting weird so I ordered a reconditioned phone from qlink. Took 3 months to receive it. That one froze after a couple months. That one was supposedly better than my first phone. Then I ordered another phone exactly like my first one. Took six weeks to get here. I've had this phone for a few years. But, the last year or so it won't let me go to some sites. Lately this includes Facebook & Reddit.

I am quite happy with the service, however there are some disappointments: First, the internet is slow and sometimes doesn't allow me to open certain websites. The app offers free service and an add-on of unlimited data if you use both your lifeline along with ACP, yet, it still hasn't been possible for me to get that. Secondly, it drops, delays and sometimes makes it impossible to make calls. I bought my own phone and got a SIM card from them. But you can't beat the service for $0.
