The app makes things easier which was not possible previously and the rich UI of the app feels good. The app is available in 3 languages and it seems to be working all good

Appliation lente au démarrage, non intuitive, très moche, et bourrée de pubs !!! Very bad user experience and user interface... There should not be any ads in it! Truely disappointed!

Ad notifications are annoying, and too much access permissions to my device data are required for no reason. When i denied access to GPS, call log and to my sms, the app stopped working.

I edited my review as I got the payment through it just took longer to display on my balance. I've found this app convenient especially to use ur sim card/data abroad.

The app freezes at launch since last update and won't let me in 90% of the time (can't type anything or click any button). Otherwise, many ads and spam sms

It's hit and miss, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Also, the interface feels dated and the app requires too many access permissions that I find unnecessary.

How can you change the language on this thing!!!... My system language is English, but this app is French by default. I do not understand French so how am I supposed to change it? I can not even find an answer on Google or the company page support... Seriously !!!

UPDATE 18.05.2023: The app got even worse! I frequently cannot check my mobile data consummation (I buy lots of mobile data) and often I can't even login to use the app. Almost 18 months have passed since my last update. The app contains even more #ADS and #SPAM! I am tired of getting SPAM/SMS, which Oredoo sends me on a daily basis "WITHOUT my conscent". Hundreds of SPAM SMS a month. Whilst in the rest of the world time brings progress, it's the opposite here #EpicFail Fix your goddamn app!

If I could give them negative rating I would! Horrible customer service, 0 assistance, I paid two bills through the app and had to pay them again with no reimbursement!! And BTW check the hidden reviews, basically they're stealing money all the time!

Worst telco service provider I'd ever seen, paid a lot of cash for a slow internet which supposed to be the fastest package. Customer service like bots. Pay extra cash for Recharge cards for less load. Needed 80 dinars recharge cards I had to pay 82 dinars 1 dinar balance for 1,300 dinar🤦♂️ Can't even subscribe for home wifi services they said it'll take months. 👎👎👎 STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED

DOES NOT WORK, everytime try to login "invalid ooredoo number" help desk hasn't helped and I'm stuck unable to access my account either through the app or through the website. I've created multiple cases through customer service and everytime they say your problem has been resolved yet it never has.

I am very unhappy with the app. I have been trying to recharge my phone and buy an internet package all day today. The transaction is cleared by my bank, but then I am constantly getting a message from Ooredoo saying the "Operation has failed, please try later". I have reported this issue, but so far, it has not been resolved and I am running out of Data. Maybe I should be with Orange. UPDATE.... I have spent hours talking to people at Ooredoo and I am still unable to buy internet in the app.

Awful user experience: very long splash screen for no apparent reason...Why do you need network access? I should be able to open the app without internet. The navigation is not smooth at all and very frustrating, and the visuals are old-fashioned. Please hire more competent designers

Version 6.0.0 is definitely better than the previous ones. The UI is classy and easy to understand. I've just removed a star because, in some cases, moving between menus can take sometime (like 2 or 3 seconds longer than usual).

It's nice and reliable when it's WORKING!! It keeps getting stuck on loading screen, seriously it's been a while since this problem appeared, it never go past the loading screen, please update your application, this is so unprofessional and irresponsible.

The most frustrating aspect of this app is its blatant disregard for user experience and professionalism. It consistently displays ads on top of other apps, interrupting whatever I'm doing on my device. Even when the app is closed, these intrusive ads continue to plague my screen. It shows a complete lack of respect for the user's time. I believe that any app worth its salt should prioritize user experience and respect the boundaries of its users. Sadly, this app fails miserably in that regard.

The app wants to force me to change my offer from 3jaja to do. Ever since the last update. It is unfair. Pop up the second you open the app. And sometimes i find the app opens randomly in my phone trying to force me to change from 3jaja to do. I'm deleting the app. I don't understand why they try hard to push us into offers that we do not like.

Even though I've selected English as the language, I am bombarded with Arabic adverts in the app, and text messages to my phone . I've tried turning off the notifications and blocking the texts but they still get through! Other than that, the app is easy to navigate and works well.

App is showing ads OUTSIDE of the app at random even with notifications permissions off. This is malware behaviour and unacceptable pathetic attempt at exploiting your service users. If no option to stop those ads is provided I will be forced to delete the app and maybe even change the service provider.

Awful experience!! The ads pop up on your screen that you can easily switch ur offer to another, and the worst that everytime you try to make a purchasement via credit card you get informed that its declied, due to what? For no reason...technical issues wherever you go, until you try to reach the customer support service but it works only with wifi/data. Kindly take this review into consediration and fix your bugs.
