I gave them one star as a rating In 2020 But I forgot that. A situation happened now and I came to give a bad rating, but I found that I had put it 4 years ago. Four years and my experience with the company has not changed. This is the worst telecommunications company and the worst companies I have dealt with, and I wish there was a If there is a rating less than one star I did not hesitate to rate it for a moment.

I made a payment to renew my bundle, it took the money out of my bank account and then gave me an error and the bundle wasn't renewed so basically you're stealing money from people, i contacted your customer service and they were helpless please fix your app.

It's actually doing most of its functions fine but suddenly it stopped working without active internet subscription .. before it will work normally as long as i have my mobile data on but now i must have either internet or balance in my accout to work .. that's just straight up lying as it cleary said on main page it works without it

Unpredictable undependable app for your money. For years we submit our complaints against the very sluggish response in recharging orange line. Same prblem if you change your mobile phone. You wait hours till you receive response of successful recharging of your account. Sometimes you have to call the call centre claiming your money. I have never been confronted with the same complaint in recharging other service providers. Only orange. Add to this you have to re-sign in every now and then.

The app is not great but navigable. There is a weird glitch with the Live Chat icon in the app, When pressed transfers you to WhatsApp which is not working. The Auto Pay service for your bill is not working at all and never worked for me.

Update: Worst cellular network app. Getting worse day to day. Many more crashes and dysfunctions. Many features don't work Ref to hereunder previous comments, I'd like to know how genius your KG1 DEVELOPERS😂🤣😂🤣. IS THAT THE NEW LOOK OF THE APP?!!!!!. What amazing dark mode design by adding a narrow strip at the top of the screen. Woooow😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 BRAVO, KEEP ON GUYS😂🤣 So far, so good, BUT..... Unfortunately, the app doesn't support Dark Mode!!!!!!!. It should be updated and very soon.

The worst application I've ever used, no option to change my internet package, no way to reach the customer service, it always gives errors Now I'm using internet package that not suitable for me just because there is no option to change it from the APP !!!! Plus it's very expensive

I don’t know whose idea it was to make the app ask for my credentials every time I try to log in while I’m on Wi-Fi. Orange is my main line for calls; however, it’s not for my data. So, I have to use my credentials every time I open the app. Plus, the app doesn’t support the Samsung Pass app to save my credentials. Worst idea ever

Worst service provider ever. And the app is not updated. It doesn't reflect your right package or any additional quotas you request. Service is not good at all and the customer service are not helpful. I m changing all the family members users to other service provider. Simply my experience was a waste of money, time and nerves!

A bad application that does not respond easily. It has many defects and errors. I complained a lot to customer service and now I am on my way to changing the network due to the many errors.

The app is full of errors, and the results coming off the wheel of fortune is always pre-determined. And there's one "50 egp from El menus" that just ends up not giving you anything. Some things also seem to be only working on the English mode of the app and not the Arabic mode, I think that's when you check GO internet quotas. Finally, the app logs me out after the end of every session (note I'm using orange cellular data.) But at least the app does what it promises for most of the time.

The last update is terrible always have to make payments to charge credit and surprised that it actually dedicts the amount 2 times of my credit although first time showing payment failed. Now improved.

It is always the new update. I can't find the pdf bill. If I can't find it, I won't be able to pay it on app. The chat is always cracks while explaining my concern to customer service. It doesn't give me enough time to get to the point of my concern. Too many you don't need prizes and offers. Many obsolete items in "more" in the opening page. You have to turn off WiFi every time you get to the app. Kindly, fix the app

Why have you disabled OTP verification for online payment?! Edit: charging from the app using credit card is a disaster! For the second time the amount was debited from my credit card and the balance in orange is not updated yet!!

Hopefully the first and last time I'll use it. The prices are wrong, customer service wasn't helpful, they CALLED ME back to fill a survey. They wanted information that tourists don't even have access to. The translations to English are misleading at best and completely wrong at worst. No, I'm not going to post my information on your Facebook for assistance either.

Worst experience ever, The App is full of crashes. Internet quota details can't be open for some sort of errors. Every time I pay home internet bill, it's charges me more for the next month with 11.4 EGP and when trying to pay it an error occur, this lead to not be able to change my package, it says you can't submit the request, please pay the due invoice! Customer service at their shops never helped with this, they tell me to call customer service number.. wasting money, not helpful too

Two things I hate about this app: 1. I can't use credit card twice in less than 15 minutes, sometimes the infamous "stamp tax" is deducted from the balance that I've just recharged which results in my package is not renewed and I have to wait 15 minutes to recharge again. 2. The app sometimes crashes and, I think, clears the cache. So I have to login again. Please, try to fix the first issue at least as it's very annoying

Almost 3/4 of the functions don't work and when they miraculously do, it crashes. Unreliable. My recharge takes forever to reflect on the screen/app. Taking time or wasting it rather on me not "enjoying" the internet. And you call yourself the Nation's best network carrier. Get it together, Orange!

The app seems like it is developed by college students , it works but it feels like it will crash anytime. The interface is not logical and the menu options are difficult to navigate. Overall, I guess it is good to have an app to check on the account but I think this app still needs a lot of work. Good Luck. I just tried the new version. It is much better
