I have been approved for over $1000 and have been declined at two merchant and two ATM trying to use my card for the first time called customer service they said they fixed the problem but it's still declining they stated that the merchant suspect fraud...how embarrassing knowing that you have the credit but the company won't allow you to use it... would not recommend

Constant calls even though I may need to set the payment a week out. Unable to change due date. Otherwise, okay company. Can't understand most of the people I interact with as English as a second language is slow for most, the same would be true of me if I was learning their language. But, I think the problems are solved for me most of the time.

This app virtually never works. While it will open and validate your credentials on an Android device, it fails to pull your balance and available credit about 90% of the time. At the exact same moment, these items ARE available on Prosper's website, so it is clearly the app, and not their server, that is at fault.

**Update. The app now opens but it won't send a security code. All you get is a blank page with a banner on the top. I've reinstalled it, cleared the cache. Nothing. Online does the same thing. I'm not going to be using the card and service when it arrives. I wish I knew this before I signed up. I have seen that others are having the same issue.

I have many credit cards as I'm building my credit. This is the worst if you go online to pay because the app never works it takes you back to the app. So I used desktop mode still issues. I had to Google prosper card pay bill...almost seems intentionally done to make it so difficult to pay them. They have to know this, what company would not want it easy to pay them, unless to charge fees.

Keeps saying wrong password. Air out. Then when I change it it stills says wrong password. I have to keep uninstall it and installing it. This makes me want to cancel the card. I even tried going online and it redirects me to the app.

Horrible I've been unable to log in on this app since I've got my account. I've reset my password multiple times and can only get into my account if I call the help desk and expect to get a call back because the person that picks up the phone cannot assist me in getting into my app to review account information

I have to say this is a awesome app and it's not like what I heard it was! Their customer service is out of this world! Plus I've had my card for almost a year now and I've never missed a payment or late! Then they night give you more credit line! 🙏

The app is useless and so are the customer service representatives. I have called multiple times and sent multiple emails and have received no resolution. They respond to every email by telling you to call customer and when you call they cannot resolve the issue. Absolutely pathetic ! The app was working until I was required to update the app and once I did that the app never worked again. You get a Prosper Card Banner and nothing else. STILL NOT RESOLVED !!!!!!

Wow, the "updated" version of the app is even more useless than the original. Just a grey screen with a "My Prosper Card" banner across the top. After toggling from multiple app windows it shuts down completely: "Can't open My Prosper Card". The navigation on the app before the update was bad enough, and not user friendly. It didn't recognize my bank account I attempted to link (a well-established regional FCU), and it was overall disappointing. The latest release triggered my negative review.

Fantastic card for people with only "FAIR" FICO credit scores. The app for this card is probably the best credit card app I've ever used. I've seen lots of negative reviews but my experience has been nothing but positive. As soon as I was approved for the card I installed the app and linked my checking account for autopay. I think if you do that you are less likely to have problems. The app gives you the ability to set up lots of restrictions on purchases and also lots of alerts.

I was FINALLY able to make the app work! I had to uninstall and then reinstall the app and now ot seems to be working. Hopefully it stays working this time. New Issues!!!!! I pay more then what due each month. And early every month at that!!!! But if I don't pay exactly on the day deemed as my due date it considered a late payment. If NOT!!!!! Terrible credit card company. Paying off my balance and getting rid of this card all together!!!!

They get you trapped. You can't do anything that will help your credit with them. Like transferring a balance to another credit card for a 0 balance. They have too many restrictions. Definitely not a card you want to have. I have turned my card off, and they still keep taking payments out for an app I had already canceled. This has happened for the last 3 months now. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS CARD TO ANYONE.

They have no website You can log on to anymore. It just goes to a blank screen. That means you have to use an app on a smartphone and the app is extremely glitchy, doesn't let you log in half the time, and gives you false information. This and other issues with this company made me unknowingly miss my payments for 52 days which hit my credit with a a 30-day late payment. I am closing this credit card today.

App was working great but now it has a connection issue. I love all the options the app has but now when I open the app I get a server issue when on mobile data. App works fine on wifi. But if I don't have good wifi that I can trust I am in a sense locked out of the app. It started after the last update and now unusable unless home on my home wifi. Using a s22u with android 13. Uninstaller and te installed and still not working

Terrible, spartan, frustrating x 10. Error messages abound. Impossible to pay online, and has the strangest fields, ie. "Merchant card." Customer Service and IT Support are pretty abysmal. I had to call customer service and wait on hold for an extended period of time. You never get the same answer to the same question when you call customer service. IT Support never responded to two separate service requests. I am afraid to use my card, because paying is difficult, I don't want to be late.

This is the WORST credit card I have EVER owned!! They charged me the annual fee before I received the physical card. Almost every single one of my transactions gets declined. It clearly says "declined by issuer" they purposely designed the app in a way that you cannot add a method of payment, in hopes they'll be able to charge a late fee. When I call about my transactions getting declined they say I have to manage my restrictions in the app, when I have not set any restrictions. Disappointing.

As of last month the app is no longer working for me either. Half of the time I put in the username and password and it just spins and the other half the time that never even fully opens (have uninstalled and reinstalled) The web page works just fine and a notified customer service yet no one's gotten back to me. Definitely makes day-to-day use of this card a hindrance if you want to check balances and freeze cards off and on when necessary. Get notifications for pmt due when balance is $0

This has nothing to do with the card but with the app. I recently changed phones and I haven't been able to log in to the app in over a month. I keep reaching out to support and they keep telling me to reset my password, but the website password and app password are not syncing. I've reset multiple times but still can't log in. When it says a security token has been sent, nothing actually gets sent. Very frustrating.....

Horrible experience. Auto pay was magically turned off but no explanation how it was. I was charged late fees with no contact even letting me know that the auto pay was off. No contact that the payment was missed or anything. They offered to wave one late fee. I will be closing this card and wish I never got it in the first place. I've never missed a payment on anything and now I have a missed payment thanks to this company. Never again.
