I have been playing this game for a long time now. After first the game was great. Lately the game doesn't load. I have to go in and out of the app at least 5 times or more before it would load completely for me to play. When I finally am able to get in the game I will be playing and it freezes and closes down. I have been having this problem a lot and have lost a lot of gems and coins. Can you please fix this issue. Thanks

A great game for de-stressing. I love this game and would definitely recommend it. Some of the levels are a bit difficult to pass but all in all it gives you a challenge when you have that downtime. This last update however, is taking so long! Im having a withdrawl here!!!!!

This game gives you so much content. You can definitely play for a while at a time. Usually I only stop if I get frustrated with how fast paced it is! It's challenging, fun, and cute! And it's so fun to finally have found a good design/renovation game that isn't a match 3. I'd purchase a game like this for console if I could find it!

I love this game but the farthrr i get into it the more its becoming a pay to win game. I will change the star rating when it doesn't cost me real money to get the power ups just to finish a level. Your giving me a minute and 20 seconds to get 40 dishes thats not easily done in that time frame and i have everything upgraded

It's fun but it's a sure rip-off. You can pass some lvls with ease and some lvls no matter if you use a boost or not you might lose then if you've bought 💎💎 they make sure you lose so you can hurry up and possibly buy more, but I have spent my last dollar on this scheme in fun packaging. I will be uninstalling this game indefinitely!🤪

Great game. It's what I was hoping Kitchen Scramble 2 would be more like cooking wise. I love that I like both decorating and playing the levels, unlike the match 3 games where I do them purely for the sake of gaining enough points to decorate something. I took off one star cuz the guild is buggy and crashes sometimes and certain power-ups (mainly pans) are super rare to come by. You can win harder levels without spending money which is nice, but I've bought a pack because the devs deserve it!

Love it. I've come back 2 redo my opinion on this game. I've been playing it for more than a year now, & that says a lot 4 me since I tend 2 get bored easily. It's a lot of fun, & if & when there are any issues, the admin are quick 2get back to U.I Also wanted 2 say. I've read the other comments, & I know when it gets hard, I can either spend a gem & ask 4 guild help, or u can use the xtra star u get daily for an extra 10 secs then u get an add 20 secs. There are also the boosts u can buy

I love the game and i understand that these games are designed not only for entertainment but for the designers to make money. But what i DONT LIKE is them taking 2 seconds for every 1 second of time (which is plain stealing) and if u watch ads when they offer these ads for more coins they will keep your time running while the ad is playing. It should be enough that we have to spend money in order to advance but thats just being plain petty and greedy and it makes me wanna close my wallet$$$!

Some of the levels are really hard but the reason I gave 3 stars is because when I go back to the game it doesn't start up where I left off so I have to keep doing the same things I've already finished everytime. If that keeps happening I'll delete the game because I want to advance in the story not play the same scenes over and over again

Sent a couple. At the very beginning of the game. I get to the round where I get the soda machine and I grab the soda and it stops. I get a message saying the app has stopped working would I like to wait or exit. I have both waited and left. I closed the app too. I also uninstalled. Can't play the game after the 3rd round all it does is crash.

The game FORCES you to watch ads. In the second resruraunt you can't continue until you watch an ad which forces you to watch the ad or youll have to complete the level again. The game also forces you into buying upgrades. I've completed levels perfectly but until I upgrade every single food, I can't pass the level. This is rude and upgrades should be optional. This is just a cheap renovation game knock off. Only 2 choices for renovating. Uninstalling

I enjoy most cooking games but especially the ones where you have to hand the customer the food. I especially like the ones where you are actually doing recipes. This has it all. Yes, it is expensive to buy items and hopefully the developers will change that soon; but there are opportunities to increase your rewards so that is helpful. I've only been playing for a few days so can't quite give it five stars yet...

Love the concept and visuals but this game cheats you. It doesn't count all of the customers you serviced correctly and you have to spin 15 coins every other level. I get it means you have to spend more money for the diamonds but that takes away from the experience. I've mastered all levels of all cooking games and very fast. I'll have to stop playing but if it wasn't for giving just 1 diamond for a quest versus giving the game 15 diamonds every few levels, it would be enjoyable.

Absolutely ridiculous. Can't even get through one or two levels without paying extra. Frustrating and unsatisfying. You can do everything perfect and you still run out of time, and get a pop up basically saying "pay us money" Could have been a cute game, but players have no opportunity to win based on players own speed or talent. Pay us money is money is the only motivation. Just stop.

I love cooking apps and this one is nice. The only problem and why it lost a star is because all the different challenges are all the same motions but different food. Once you get the pattern it is easy even on the hardest levels. I do enjoy how often new levels are uploaded and thats the main reason i do not get rid of it. Unlike all my other cooking apps. I also love that i can do past levels to earn more money.

Love, but...after a point, as others mention, you cannot win--period. You need extra seconds, the extra help options, etc. Those run out fast. Then you have to wait days and collect gems to continue or buy them. They make levels impossible without extra assistance and time every 3 levels and it begins to feel like a cash grab. I'll probably have to find a new game to play, which saddens me, as I really like this one.

Fun, but gets super hard (fast) quickly... I'm afraid I'm going to have to u install cause I can't clear my level. At least not without shelling out some cash. Fun if you're quick enough. Good luck! Addition: took the advice of the super nice support folks and didn't give up. It took several times of playing over several days so I could save up diamonds and cash using their challenges to earn this money for free. I was finally able to move up in levels, and have so far had success. 3 1/2☆

The game is great up until you get into the upper hundreds. At that point you can't through mosy levels without using a power up of some sort for extra time. I can only play 2 - 3 levels a day at the most and I don't have the money to buy jewels. You literally can't get through some levels in the time frame they give you, so it forces you to use power ups. Really disappointed. Going to delete if this isn't fixed soon.

I'm a pretty fast time management player. But in this game, after a short while no matter how fast you are you can't win until watching an ad for extra time. I don't mind ads particularly the short ones but they should be inserted after the level and not necessary to win. Therefore I must say, this is, Definitely a rigged game which is a shame because the concept and graphics is good.

I absolutely love this game!! But..My main complaint is you can't beat more then 2 or 3 levels a day without spending money. And now I've been waiting on a update for 2 or 3 days!! Also you all make it very hard to collect enough gems to get a 30sec bonus. Besides the few things I've mentioned this game is great!! I would've definitely gave 5 stars if there wasn't these few things that could really use some work.
