The app was working fine until the latest update. Now the app works very slow, its glitchy, and alot more confusing. The GUI looks better, but at the cost of being non responsive.

Very good app. It's been a few days that I am using this app and I already have got some really good bundles. But the reason that I gave this app Three stars is that I have two problems with it first it can only be used online I mean if I have to activate a bundle of Internet I need to already have Internet for it or I won't be able to do that which sucks. Second I can't make calls from within the app. This is hard for me to use my wifi

It is useful and great app, but if the Roshan try more it will be great, such as (auto renew) because it doesn't work after activation of a bundle, and improve the app loading because needs strong internet when we press on some options it loads slow as well.

The App doesn't load fast it requires too strong Internet to load I'm Not sure it's because of Internet connection or it has some ambiguous bugs in it please take it into account , even with perfect internet connection it's Not working just keeps loading so how should I suppose to use it while it's in a loading loop ha??? Please update it and consider your weak internet as well , I'm using Roshan

It's all Thiefs they show us 13 gb but In real it's not just 3gb. than they show us percentage of mbs we consumed they should show mbs count also.

Please solve the problem: I am experiencing an issue with updating. Whenever I try to update it, the app prompts me to update, but when I attempt to do so, it shows that the app is already up to date. This cycle keeps repeating, and I am unable to successfully update the app.

Apps normally release an update to add a functionality or fix a bug not to make the current one disfunctional. After update kicked me out of the app and asked for my number to verify again. It doesn't matter what I press it keeps sending me new OTPs even if I enter the correct one. I'm going to uninstall it.

They sent me an offer. active, the Alfha monthly 5GB+unlimited,1 GB for free), so I did active it. But this time,despite the other times, when I was sending the code , they were sending me a message regarding how much internet left from 5GB, but this time it's not showing me. So I called customer service and they told me: it's just system, next time it will be shown. download the app, and it will show you. Now, the app is showing the same amount all the time.And my internet is slow as hell.T**S

Hello There is a bug in your My Roshan app. When we want to close the app by pressing back button, it continuously shows the Splash Screen of the app and doesn't close the app, Until we don't close it by the home key. If you are using Activity or Class splash screen then the problem (bug) will be fixed by calling the finish() method after the startActivity(...) line of code. You are welcome.

Totally rubbish update. app without roshan data its not working even in wifi but its still said you can use it without internet totally garbage 👎

Hello Dear The lost update, there is a problem in displaying the active package in the new update. It does not show the active package and does not show the remaining data.

The new version is having many problems. I don't know why but whenever I activate a bundle it doesn't show how much have I used and how much internet is remaining. Hope you solve this problem 😡

Suggestion I give 4 stars because it not support all my 3 numbers which I bought on my etazkera. Because I couldn't support my family activities in my app so I suggest you to add automatically all numbers to my account or I could add it manually which registered on my etazkera. Please add the above option please

I would not like even to give 1 star because it does not even deserve one star. Very cheap services. When call 333 it takes upto 15 minutes to be received by agent but still not receiving. I would like tu suggest you not to use roshan services if you are able to use other network it will be great than using roshan network. Even if you are using roahan please shift to another network coz roshan does not deserves using.

I really like this app & I have also win 150 afghani credit once too,it's an exceptionally advantageous & reliable app. The Roshan network is one of the best network in the whole Afghanistan for me.

I have suggested this app to alot of other friends too and they were also very satisfied with the experience.
