Glitch, I cannot get past level 4. I have over 5k cash but nothing available to upgrade. I am no longer getting stars so cannot reach level 5.

Do not download this game, because every few seconds unlimited unskippable ads come out of nowhere and you have to watch them besides the fact there's no ad blocker in this game that you have to pay for to block the unnecessary ads that come when you try to play the game in peace and quiet but no annoying ads which is annoying and obvious at the same exact time which I wish this game could have no ads so I wish this game can either permanently delete the ads or put an ad blocker bad game 1 star

It's a fun little game but once you reach level 4 you no longer get stars to level up. So please fix it I would love to continue playing the game.

Uninstalled after the first forced ad. I was walking my second prisoner into the jail. Stick to optional ads and you'll make more revenue per player.

I wouldn't give it any stars really. It's just another useless games that you're just going to delete cache and history with then uninstall. I can't even get pass the 4th level it just stays on 4 and you can see that everytime you gain revenue the percentage bar where you see you're level number it's doesn't even move AT ALL. I've cleared the whole game and restarted fresh too many times. Now i'm just uninstalling it.
