I wanted to like this game because there's a lot to it that you can enjoy without purchases. You can even earn premium currency (rubies) without spending money. However there's multiple currencies and energy sources on top of that. Everytime I look at the in-game purchases, all I can think is that it's grossly overpriced. And if you don't claim your purchases they expire!? For a game selling 100$ packages that's ridiculous. I won't support this kind of game.

The game is fun, and the art style is really cute. BUT loading times are ridiculously long, making the game super tedious. And your restaurant barely earns any money at all while you're away, thus you can only make gold while playing. And again, playing is difficult with the stupidly long loading times. I'd avoid this game unless you have the patience of a Buddhist monk.

The game started out well but every time I would collect food the game will close due to network error and once the game would load again it would reset the wait time for the food items even though they were already done. A lot of times the food would become missing the stove would only have 3 food cooking instead of seven. Also watching ads to obtain gems and energy would cause the game to close due to network error abd you lose your reward. Fun but very buggy.

Been nostalgic for Restaurant City and decided to try this game out. Honestly, I feel like it might even be better than RC..??? Cute storyline, adorable characters, and fun gameplay..! I've always got quests to do, and orders to fill, so it keeps you busy..~ The only downside is that the translations are occasionally cut off or misspelled.

Cute game, but always says "Failed internet connection" whenever I try to collect items. This gets really annoying. Update: Okay this whole "Disconnecting to the internet" thing is so obnoxious. I am trying to enjoy the game but they have yet to fix anything. I actually enjoy this game. I guess I'll just have to find a similar game since it's actually difficult to play the game when it's constantly crashing.

Edit: game doesn't crash as much as a year ago. still two main bugs from a year ago are still here though. the cleanup and shipping bug. if u accept someone's cleanup and it doesn't go away tapping the reappearing one makes game error and restart. requesting shipping help will auto fill your self and tapping send ship also game errors. also not getting rubies for the challenge stuff when I've filled it. other players reporting similar problems. fix pls

I love it, but lately it doesn't load well, if at all. It's hard to use all the gems I bought when I'm stuck on a load screen for fifteen minutes or spent FORTY MINUTES trying to turn it on only to get "connection unstable" when I'm about three feet from the router. 😔😭💔 I know my phone is good enough to play it. It's a Razer 2 with 8 gigs of ram, for heaven's sake.

Went from giving it a 4 to a 2. Game is fun and addicting and been playing for a while but I haven't played the past 7 months since it was so buggy with very slow loading, crashing, most of the time it would be stuck on loading and I would have to force close the app and open it again just to redo what I was doing hence forcing me to restart missions at times... Well I'm back after 7 months and the same issues... which is very sad for a popular game. FIX THESE ISSUES PLEASE!!

My official rating was 4 stars but has lowered down. "This game is really fun, cute, and addictive!" was what I said and I still think that's true. I undownloaded for a while because I wanted to experiment with more similar cute cooking games. After that I wanted to redownload and start new, but I'm having trouble to download it, it now stops downloading midway. I came back to the game to experience all the new updates and content included in it, but have yet to do that!

It's a cute game I've been playing for awhile but I took a break because the game keeps closing / crashing on me everyday. It's also impossible for me to get a pet ive been trying for months and all I get is material. I play because it's cute and I would give 5 stars but it crashes and I can't get the pet. No other issues though . Def worth more then 5 stars if my issues would be fixed . ♡♡

Really fun and cute café management game. The tasks keeps you busy and the gameplay is addicting! The only problem is that this is the only game where I have had connection issues. It was fun while it lasted but I couldn't stand getting kicked off after cooking or unable to stay on for more than 10 minutes. I'm not entirely sure if it's my internet but it only happens with this game. Other than that, it's very fun and maybe will go back to it when I have a different internet provider.

Love the game the graphics and storyline is also amazing! Hope to see more different types of quest since they are starting to repeat themselves and maybe a couple new activities/events that arnt always the same. However still a very fun game and like all the different decors to choose from not counting all the cute characters!

I love this game to bits, its simple and easy to play. The music is nice, the characters are cute. However, it crashes a bit on my phone, i have a few conection errors every so often when playing and the hearts I collected dissaper after a bit, i havent spent them either. (not that i am aware of). for instance I had 2,000 one day and 1,000 the next. little things. overall though its a great game, but these little things hold it back.

This is my favorite game! There are fun events, an engaging story, beautiful graphics and nice music. The characters are memorable, there is an active community, and progression is very reasonable and generous- if you do purchase to support the devs things are not too expensive. There are ways to watch ads for almost everything. There is so much cute decor and you can dress up, and choose your workers! Thank you for this cheerful and relaxing game!

This game is adorable and addicting. Been playing for a couple months now and I don't have a whole lot of major complaints. There are some things I think could definitely be improved design-wise (like making certain buttons easier to access and stuff like that), but I would still recommend it.

I've played this game before and I still like it. The main drawback for me is when I choose to watch an ad and the game freezes before the ad starts when I have the option to get 500% of my earnings during start up. Sometimes(like when I have the option to earn 5 gems) it freezes after I watch the ad. I find it deceptive and it should be fixed. Otherwise, it's a cute game.

Hello I am writing to because of an issue that I've encountered in the game. In one of the daily missions: Reru and packing 10 items for you to complete the mission. The items I pack do not get registered for that quest. I have tried every troubleshooting tactic with no success. With the many problems I face with the game I still play it excessively. I want to give it a better score but the amount of problems just tarnishes the 5 stars I could give it. 5/5 fun factor would recommend more if....

It gets five stars because it is very free-to-play friendly. If you are smart with your funds, you can get many good things (servers, part time, etc.) that will bring you very good rewards. Even certain in-game funds, such as rubies, are decently obtainable. The only thing you really need to spend is time and patience. Already level 44 and I'm raking in the dough. ONLY DOWNSIDE-relies on good internet connection. Many times I've gotten network error because I don't have good internet.

Loved the game to death. Sadly cant access it anymore open game then crash back to home screen. Tried everything to make it work so with a heavy heart I uninstalled and I was really looking forward to the 3rd Anniversary which would make 2 years almost 3 that I've played the game and now I cant for some unforeseen reason crashes on my husband's phone to and his is a newer model phone and same result. Hopefully in the future Devs can fix it I really did enjoy the game and playstyle.

This game is very fun and unique in terms of gameplay, but the constant glitches detract from the experience. It's not uncommon to start mixing drinks, only for a "Network Error" to occur and the game crashes, and upon reloading your stamina is halved and you can't make the drinks you wanted. I don't seem to be the only one with this problem, and I have high speed internet to begin with, so I'm starting to think it's by design. 🤔😒
