Uninstalled it - Not user friendly - Asking for Consumer ID and Mobile number everytime - It should save the Account Info once and let us login without asking for such info again and again - Many tumes unable to type in the fields - Fingerprint does not work - Lots of improvement needed - Till then - Goodbye.

There is bug in the app.. every month whenever I try to make payment through this app it asks for a Fresh Registration showing reason You Have not Logged in for a Longer Period. this msg should be atleast for more than 90 days.

It is only an app which ruins the brad TaTa . worthless app. If we depend upon making payment or to know any other information through this app, then just forget it completely waste your time. whenever tried to open it it doesn't work and an error message pops up and the app suddenly stops. Please update your app and fix the bugs.

I have thrown out of app when I log in again otp is not coming I m trying it for last 4 days downloaded app for 4 times but answer is negative I am unable to pay my bill what to do

every time it's logged out not able to remember that 12 digit service number. please fix it.if your application secure and to use why its logged out automatically. you have to take care of you data as well as coustomers data. It would better if the problem fixed.

almost invariably app says payment error if paying by gpay etc on upi then a little later shows complete payment. irritating

Very wrost Application, always signout automatically and asking for consumer no , mobile no compulsory for login, in other Application they ask only register mob no or consumer no but here they ask both why I don't know.

this app is regularly asking for user ID along with mobile number, which is really very challenging to keep the user ID with while login ID. same can be done with only mobile number and password or biometric login.

It is not storing login details, everytime we need to provide the consumer number and mobile number, in browser also we can do the same. what is the purpose this application then?? Rather i suggest to store the login details for future logins.

It always shows your session expired due to inactivity, pl login again by giving all details like consumer no, phone no than fill the otp,than possible to proceed. This is disgusting. What to do?

reviewing again- this app is still pathetic. Always some login issues, doesn't display the bill sometimes. Bill beyond 3000₹ cannot be paid from Debit card, absurd!

The app doesn't have an option to complain about payment failure. This is the basic when any organization open the app for collecting money from customer/ consumer. I have faced similar issue multiple times but I had to pay twice every time. Now I think I have to place a complaint with app store to pull down this app as this involves financial fraud.

I used to pay ec bills in This app,but many times the server remains break down that's why I deleted, but now once again I downloaded it to play mine and my wife's electricity bills,but I cannot able to find all the consumer number here. whether it's possible or not I don't know,but there is TATA POWER app issue
