Absolutely useless, what is the purpose of having a section to change channel packages if the page never loads? I have the app so I don't need to call any sort of costume service, but it seems like a waste of time either way.

Very good service regarding internet but I have to give 1 star because to add on any service you can do not problem to removed you have to call and that's such a waste of my time calling and wait for more than an hour for something that should be available on the app or online. That way costumers don't have to wait

Very easy to use app. I use it to track data from the whole family, and see who is forgetting to turn on their wifi. Easy to make payment arrangements if needed.

Navigating the app is easy. You can jump from feature to feature, content to content quickly to find out what's happening with your account. The one site spot - and this is not a problem arising intrinsically from the app - is this: when you call a contact number and you tell the computerized assistant that it is not answering your question even when you restate it in the plainest language, it simply restarts the chain of questions from the initial one it asked you.

App is slow and managing internet plan does not work - goes to the page on moving services whenever trying to tap manage. Managing pik tv also doesn't work as it says no internet connection. When viewing new plans and after adding to cart, plan disappeared without explanation

Says server error no Internet connection while I am connected to internet. App needs to change the whole UI there is no space for plans who wants to add a line. Going to web they ask for verification code which you will never find it in the app. Damm !!

Purchased a Medical Alert Pendent for the Mom. The information said that it could last up to 6 days. Well it didn't last 2 days. I contacted Telus and after approximately 2 hours on hold etc, they told me I had a defective unit and they will send me a new one. Will I receive the new one and this one only last 2 days also! These units are garbage and should have a USB recharging port because they need to be charged daily.

I am very displeased with Telus, I have been a customer for a while EPP business. I just got my data up to 300gb for 2 lines 2 weeks ago. Very helpful with that. Now here is the problem? I went to the Orillia store on July7th and was going to do the update on our phones. I had personal ID with me but at the time no business ID. They stated that they could not complete the transaction. I am an hour away so I returned 2 days later to do the contract at which time I was told I had to pay more now.

App displays information well enough, but unfortunately, that's all it does right now. None of the links work. The virtual assistant needs to get fired. It's terrible at its job. If Telus was a little less cheap and not out to make money without providing actual service, a live agent would be a much better option.

The service is so inconsistent and unreliable, it's nearly consistent. Virtually impossible to find the right person in the right department for your problem. You ask fit a supervisor and if you miss the call they give you tge general customer line to return them a call. So hours of wasted time on tge phone to be told, try this, try that, oh reset you modem and reboot. I shouldn't have to reboot daily. It's 2024. Telus.

You suck! When I get out of camp I'm canceling and never coming back,I signed up for the auto top up and again it doesn't work. Now it's costed me alot of money cause I can't do my trading.my username and password are correct. and it tells me they are not??so no I cannot check my account with thus useless ap can't even give 1 star

Extremely confusing layout when bills are prepaid. Not to mention still owing money when I overpay the amount to top up each time. I still get alerts telling me I'm owing when I pay 15$ more than my bill each month on purpose to build up emergency credit for later payments if needed. My money keeps disappearing, im not seeing bounce backs with my bank and every month I keep being told I owe 3-7$ extra depending on the month when I pay the same amount of $15 more than my bill states every month.

I can never find what I'm looking for in this app. Nothing is working correctly. Try to change my plan it takes me on a circular journey of picking my plan then picking my device and line, then looking for the new plan I already found. To not being able to find the plan I found previously, to choong my device. I don't need 200 gigs of data I just need an affordable phone plan. Talk and text that's all I need. Its impossible to find affordable phone plans or even get help on the app. DO BETTER!!

One of the slowest and most infuriating apps ever. Never shows you the info you want up front. Just plasters you main overview with ads for their own products. When you click on "usage", it just hangs on a blank screen. Way better to use the web browser to find out what you need.

Practically non-functional. I don't know if it's because I'm on pixel, but the app takes you to the website and half the functions on the website make you use the app. It's an infinite loop of non functionality

It's miserably slow. Never downloaded an app that has such slow servers. This is not 2002 anymore Telus, get with the program. No dark mode. Makes you log in again even when it starts the session being logged in.

If there is a valid reason for an update please state it clearly rather than holding everyone ransom until the update is performed. When an app just stops working for no reason saying "please" means nothing It's more like "update or else you're done with this app". Another update and again with the ransom note, app start failure no explanation for mandating an update. If an update is critical provide a reason rather than just preventing the app from starting until the update is done.

It says on the website to install the app for better experience. I was exploring upgrading to another phone but can't move on due to errors. It is getting frustrating! And this is coming from a subscriber already! Seriously, this is a broken app.

This app is a nightmare to use. It does the bare minimum if anything at all. Even trying to log in is a hassle because it always errors out, telling me to try again later. Well I HAVE tried again later. Several times. You're better off just using the website and praying that it works in this app's stead

I tried to pay my monthly phone bill through this app using an RBC credit card. The app showed the payment as declined, however, it was still posted to my credit card. The bank is telling me I will likely have to dispute the charge, as it was approved by them and is still pending. Telus has no record of the payment ever coming through, erroring out, or being pending. I will never use this app again for bill payments, that is unfair and is completely ridiculous. Now I will be charged a late fee.
