It states "Hold on, you have a pre-paid account". This is what one would think app was for considering it's title, but none the less you end up on website saying you can't add an on-line account at this time. 6 months it's been saying this.

Unfortunately the dashboard is not accurate with the customer support computers. The app says something different than the computer's. So we lose time and money, and it's unfair to the consumer. I am very disappointed with US Cellular, since they sold out to T Mobile, their quality went way down.

Its a decent way to access the relevant information regarding your account. When the payment is due, how much, and details about data and minutes. If you have a debit card on file or other method in place, you'll likely get to avoid calling support because most things can be sorted from the dashboard.

I can't keep a payment on file because they overcharge me every month for months and refuse to fix the issue. I was finally, after 4 months, refunded by a local store only after they saw postings on the local Facebook site and they acknowledged i was being overcharged. But they said I will never receive any help in the future.

Seems to be a simple web page wrapper of the prepaid site so it doesn't really do anything that the site can't do which is barely anything to begin with. You can't check usage, change plans, change phone number, change devices, check call logs, get your account number, etc. The only thing you can do is see your phone number, check your balance, add money to your balance (make a payment), set up auto pay, set up text/email alerts and look at payment history.

It works to apply payment and even to turn on AutoPay, but it has virtually no information on your account status or even when your payment is due.

it glitches so when I put in a memorized card the numbers didn't match up (didn't put name in box, and our date as xx,xx when xx,xxxx was needed)

I want to get my payment on my previous device moto G pure. the device was damaged after my payment of 3 days of usage. Should of been transfered to my replacement device Moto G play.

I think that sometimes the deals that they have a great but their website stinks because if you want to order a phone you can't do it online like you want to and although customer service is good the website and the amount of money that they want is kind of much

Doesn't accept credit card. Have to pay as a guest through cellpay using the same card. +$5 extra charge paying as a guest.

I am a long term uscellular customer my husband uses autopay for my phone bill he has for nearly 20 years. USCELLULAR I would recommend to anybody. When we had a huge blizzard a few years ago everyone for 50 miles lost power and phone service. I still had phone service and all my friends were coming around to use my phone. I Must have referred about a hundred people to switch to uscellular prepaid. Many of those people are still using this service.

I don't like this app and I don't like US cellular. The app provides zero benefit to a prepaid account if you use refill cards to replenish your balance. And the US cellular customer service absolutely sucks. I've had service with US cellular since 2008 and their signal strength is marginal and drops calls and connections. They advertise good deals but when you try to buy one the deal changes and costs a whole lot more. I got sick of the BS and got another phone on Straight Talk. Works great.

buggy AF, not intuitive. I'd rather call the number. considering mint as an alternative. this is way too much for a prepaid service. it's 2025. don't even get a hotspot with the unlimited plan. it's a ripoff.

Fix the app so it shows the correct amounts, it always asks for more than I owe. none of the discounts are ever applied and you never know how much to actually pay. make the app apply the discounts we have on our account so it's not a guessing game. this app is supposed to make this easier.

Neither the app, nor the website, can process my payments. I've quadruple checked my pay card, tested it on other transactions elsewhere, and used three different Links generated by tech support agents. And even after they "confirmed" everything and assured me the autopay withdrawal should take place the next day, I still get a grace period reminder in the morning, the site still can't process my payment, and when I try as a guest, it can no longer process my phone number. What is wrong with you

customer support isn't working at all. worst part is I want to purchase more data however It looks like one must call and your only option is 2g more data. Once your speed from using data is slow you can't hardly do anything so I wish we could purchase data from the app for prepaid quick and easy but so far its not that way so I rate it terrible.
