The more they update this app, the less functional it becomes for business account admins. Searching for specific lines is hidden under to many layers of options to add new lines and upgrades for equipment. It looks more like the consumer app than something made for business management.

I love it very easy and better to payed your cellphone bill don't have to waste any gas to go to any Verizon store to pay your cellphone bill I recommended to used this version business app

Overall this is a good and useful app. Verizon needs to let me do more with my own account so that I don't have to go to the store or call customer support.

If I have a problem I want to speak to a person for a solution, not watch a video or have an automated service. For what your service costs, someone should show up at your house to handle issues in person

Started out not so good when you were charging me for multiple lines and an equipment charge for your promotion up grade. Once we got that cleared up, it's been working well

These people are the absolute worst from creating an account in my name and not giving me access to trying to charge me 2000 dollars yes 2 thousand in one month for service on 2 phones that worked kinda and 2 that didn't at all worst part it's going to go against my credit because they won't own there mistake for three months I just wanted a phone that worked and they couldn't provide that but still charged me Alot of money ALOT of money that will be held against me fine not paying

I don't have a problem using the app. It really is easy for me. A person with a disability to be able to use it. And I am grateful for that the other company I came from T-Mobile. Their stuff was very difficult to use and customer service was horrible at that other company. I am glad to be a Verizon customer. They actually have tools to help people who have disabilities, such as a representative that you can do a video call with.

App isn't great. The setup is atrocious and took hours of tech support on the phone and so many "temporary" pass codes. After downloading the app, more of the same. I guess we'll see after some use. Been a VZW customer for almost 20 years and they've now switched me to a corporate acct. Thought it would be easier. Business owners have businesses to run. We shouldn't have to spend hours setting up a non-user friendly app. Not impressedb whatsoever.

There service coverage has been fairly reliable overall. However, there Verizon Wireless apps are not convenient to use at all. There password restrictions are so strict, good luck if you're one that likes to remember instead of saving it somewhere. In addition to being over priced. Especially for small businesses or individual service plans with many hidden fees. I wouldn't recommend any of there wireless services to anyone unless maybe you need services for a large family or corporation.

Passwords have always been a problem! This more Verizon, than this app. But I can't give a good rating with a bad experience. Cell phone for business is a necessary evil. Update; I only use this to pay the bill. After getting password straitened out, it's worked for my needs. Haven't had the past problems in some time now, Thankfully. All i do with this app is pay the bill, so take my rating now with a grain of salt.

Consistently Awful. I have had Verizon for over 20 years. This app hardly ever works. I will get allowed 1 maybe 2 log in attempts then I get locked out. It changes my security question to one I never used regularly. It just never works. I have tried to log in mutimes over the past year cause I was going to upgrade my business tablets and phones. I haven't and most like won't cause the app never works, the stores suck, the service has gotten worse since 2019 and not one person seems to care.
