It is a great game but it can be really annoying that to upgrade things you have to wait HOURS. There is an ad every couple of rounds and you have to pay a lot of coins to upgrade.

I used to absolutely ADORE this game, so, when I saw it: I clicked install with zero hesitation. However, when I tried to play, when a character gets near the pet drop off place to drop off a pet, they become black, PURE BLACK, pixelated masses. Not sure if it's my phone or the app.

I really love playing this game. Because I feel like I'm really working, grooming pets. My customers are really happy, and me as well. I give this game a lot lot more than 5 Thumbs Up.

This was my childhood game since I was just 5 years old and now that I am already 15 years old I'm kinda sad because I miss my younger self. Anyway I enjoyed the game same as what I felt when I was young 🥺❤️💖

I installed this app before 5 days , I got a tips jar , I made full but i cannot collect the tips :( . I am just losing all the tips . If i click on the tip jar it asks to watch an ad to get coins again . But there is no ads to watch . I am just losing all the tips that customer gives . Please find a solution for that fast :(

wanted to play this game again after not having played for a really long time. so many ads, so I decided to make the $2 purchase to remove ads. COMPLETE SCAM. because after I paid I still kept getting more and more ads !!!!! cute game, but a horrendous amount of ads even after paying to remove them.

The game itself is fine - it runs smoothly, has short enough levels, and is fun if you like time management games - but the ads are ridiculous. I'm not sure for how long this has been the case but ever since I updated it, the app is unplayable offline because it automatically opens Google play every time it launches, just to check for internet, SO IT CAN SHOW YOU ADS. There's zero other reason for it to be connected to the internet since it worked fine offline before. That's incredibly stupid :(

Great game! The pets are so cute 🥹 and the gameplay is easy enough without being boring! I've played this game twice now and am playing it again that's how amazing it is! I'd recommend checking it out if you love animals 🥰 The only thing I would say is as you get more items the wait time increases and that can be annoying as you can only buy one thing at a time. Maybe we could watch a certain amount of ads to hurry up the time? just a suggestion :)

I love the game, it's so calm and it's fun to out pets around where they have to be, however I do wish that the play area on where they pick them up expanded a little but more since the equipment expands and space of play runs out so I have to keep them waiting some times. But overall, I love the game. It's awesome and fun to have on my phone.

It's SUCH a cute game I love it. But the bugs and glitches are so insanely high. It suddenly changed my language to Italian?? And then after that each day would cause a bug. Either at the end of the day it would go back to the pet shop start screen and not load up anything or it would not allow me to get my ad rewards/upgrade my facilities. This is super annoying and I had to open and close the game five times and I haven't even made it day 4 since it made me redo day 3 twice because it glitched

Super cute and perfectly challenging. I'm able to skip the occasional ads between levels, and there isn't an overwhelming amount of ads. Very easy to progress the basic game without spending real money, especially if you watch ads to spend things up. It's a great time killer. Keep up the good work!

Fun game BUT be warned: there is no account or sign in option. I upgraded my phone and all my previous levels vanished, had to completely start over. They claim if you make any purchase, ads are gone - my proof of purchase is also gone when I upgraded so the ads are back as well as anything I had remaining from that purchase. Overall fun game but just know there's a risk to the addiction.

I just got it a few hours ago, I've been wanting something fun to play on my downtime and I tend to not like many apps because I HATE a bunch of ads but this won't don't seem to bad. You always have the option to watch an ad to gain more and then you do have to watch a ad every so often. But it's super cute and fun! UPDATE!! I've had the game for over a month now, I do find myself having to invest money over and over again just to really play! It's very repetitive like very!!

I really enjoy this idea of the game, but there are just so many issues. The biggest one for me, is the fact that whenever an ad plays, more often than not, the game crashes. Thankfully my progress isn't lost from this, but its frustrating having to open the game again and again. Another issue, is it seems like the creators got lazy with the station mini games, like 2 for bath, 1 for dress up, none for grooming or vet. Also, wait times are ridiculously long unless you pay real money to not wait

So everything with this game was cute and fun and I was able to play for a day or so but my issue is that the game forces you to watch a 30 second ad after every level you complete and a level only takes a minute to finish. So lots of ads and that's really annoying. I don't mind the choice of watching an ad for double coins but forcing ads on top of that gets frustrating. Besides that the controls were easy, the rules were simple, and for some reason I was addicted to taking the fleas off.

Basic mobile game. There's zero reason to continue playing after fully upgrading your two shops. It was nice to see new animal designs added after a few levels, though there's a lot of color inaccuracies in mini games. I didn't encounter any game breaking bugs, but mood drops seemed very inaccurate as some would immediately drop from happy to neutral (5 to 3) with no change between. Be a little cautious with ads and kids as I saw some underwear ads.

Love this game so much!!! I've only had it for about a week and I already have everything except the waiting seats maxed out on upgrades. Very addicting and great time killer. The only thing is I think it takes way too long for your upgrades to come in. Mine take 2 days unless I use an ad or pay for it with my blue coin things. Overall amazing game though.

Great game but glitching with bonuses! I love the game and it's really cute, however whenever I try to watch an ad to get a bonus like the cookies or double coins the app will close out and act as though I never watch the ad and I'll never get the bonus. It makes it really annoying because without the extra bonuses it's very hard to get ahead on some of the things.

I personally love this game! I used to hate it as a kid because it was hard, but now i know how to multitask. Only down side in my opinion is it takes really long to get the upgrades. I wouldn't mind it if you can get off and let time go, but that doesn't seem to work for me and you have to level up to get the tokens and eventually ( im on like level 32 ) leveling up gets really hard, and its almost a requirment to use money. Despite that, I'll keep playing. Btw 3rd building should be a zoo
