They have advantages that if you go outside the country, you can get the service at the same price as the contract you took in your country. I have tried this service in more than one country, including the Emirates and other countries for calling, messaging, and the Internet as well. This is why they have an excellent service that other telecommunications companies in Amman do not have, or I do not know of anyone else. Becarefull, this app saves your credit/ debt card details without your authorization. Even if you did not tick save the card details. The worse thing is that you can't delete your card detials from the application , it will be there for ever.

Worst app ever, i can't believe this is vodafone app. Not working properly getting error there is issue with this step. Have been trying since 3 days, i think its better to stay on current network. This is the initial stage of international network Whose app is not yet certain. Unfortunate

So I decided to rewrite my review after finally managing to activate my number. The customer service is not upto the mark. They couldn't seem to be able to help me activate it. Managed to do it by totally clearing the app data and reinstalling it again. Anyway, the signal strength so far is not up to the mark. The Internet speed is also on the slower side. Hope they improve their service in the days to come.

Its a very bad app & bad experience. A mega telecom giant like Vodafone can't make a good app or handle pressure of a small market like Oman were population is soo less. Vodafone had ample amount of time to rectify their system before they launched but everything crumpled down. I chose 2 numbers both were failures. I even went to their head store at mall of Oman the staff leads me to the app and the app doesn't works. They gave me a sim card but sadly it doesn't have a number and doesn't works.

Very bad service I paid 9 rial for the promotion offer and the app is still showing the option to pay 9 rials. It's very unprofessional way of launching service in a country. Finally after two days my sim got activated but still the data internet is not working. They should have at least open a few outlet where people can walk in and talk directly. Very sad in the beginning itself

Very poor performance when you updating the app almost 1/2 hour I am waiting still not completed. also if you not updated app it will not open for any service (recharge) and if you want recharge from outside of oman one and only option this app and if you not recharge you can't do any bank transaction bcz you will not receive any kind of messages. I am very very disappointed for the vodafone oman service.

Simple onboarding with passport, numbers are available with choice and are selling fast due to Overwhelming response to the great launch offer. Don't worry network response is good. As a user It takes time to adjust with digital experience. Everyone is trying to search their own lucky number and yes its difficult to find when all are trying to find best numbers on offer with free sim card.

vodafon is number one in Oman, 1, network very good around the oman 2, package cheap than others and more data more minutes for calling 3, I buy this sim from begining staring till now no issues so happy with vodafon 🙂

Very slow internet speed compared with Omantel and ooredoo . Bad network Coverage and poor stability ( data keeps disconnecting ) some times goes out of coverage and needs time to get network back. I complained many times with customer care ,they don't take any actions just keeps saying we solve it. They had feature to migrate to postpaid online through the app but suddenly they stopped that and removed the option from the app without notifications. SMS are included in 16 OMR plans and above.

STAY AWAY. Silly app, after filling and providing all necessary details, I got a message with error & says to reach Vodafone via WhatsApp chat. When I reached them via WhatsApp chat, the customer care memeber doesn't even read what we mentioned in the chat. He asks to use the app only while the app isn't working properly.

Vodafone Oman has unbelievable customer offers. All plans with 8 OMR and above can enjoy free roaming across 29 selected Vodafone countries and GCC including India, UAE, Saudi etc. Now Vodafone is the only operator in Oman offering so much of data offers, voice call offers & Roaming offers. No need to think about anything else, if you are excited with the Vodafone plans don't hesitate to port out your number to Vodafone network. Moreover we can do parking fee on just one click from MVA App.

Why are there no recharge cards in commercial markets and grocery stores like other telecommunications companies? What if I do not have an Internet connection and want to make an emergency call or have an emergency? I think it is not difficult to distribute recharge cards like other companies, because from one point of view In my opinion, I consider this a failure in the marketing system of an established company like Vodafone...
