The backend needs a lot of improvement. When trying to recover my password (so that I can log in), it fails to send the SMS code to my number. If I try to log in without credentials, it tells me that the phone number is incorrect. Therefore it's highly unreliable. I see multiple people complaining in reviews and Vodafone keeps asking them to contact support, instead of fixing the app for everyone. I remembered my password eventually, but otherwise I wouldn't have been able to do anything.

Unable to login consistently. Was able to login once but then it stopped working and I cannot login again Unusable application I would say. Save the trouble and don't try it. Later edit: Application forces you to login every time, unable to remember credentials. Their custom payment page does not allow copy/paste values, need to manually type card details every time. Half a year later and they still didn't fix paying through the application. I would not even give 1 star.

Using this app is similar to having sleep paralysis and having some sort of dreadful monster crawling towards you. It's slow and there's nothing you can do. Things won't load. You'll get logged out, and somehow reseting the password does absolutely nothing. As soon as the lock down is over I'm switching providers because having this as an user experience is just mind-boggling.

Garbage experience! Randomly getting logged out while going through the app's menu and can't log back for ages. I had to reinstall it several times to make it work. Most of the time getting this generic "service is unavailable now" error when trying to perform different actions. Probably the worst app I've installed so far. Should consider a new phone carrier maybe.

The app launches, you can see the personal details and 30s later the login screen pops up. Not very secure... Also, you need to choose between fingerprint and password. All apps that use biometrics use fingerprint as default and if that fails ask you for password. Not this one though... Once in the app you find it is laggy but even worse, it is built to deceive and trick you into activating/paying extra features on your subscription. No way to contact support via app.

Loads terribly slow. For my services it always says: "page not available, try again later". If I try later, obvously the same error message. One cannot see their info, such as their expiry date for the services. The customer code is also not discoverable in the app, one must check the bills to obtain it. Terrible app in a nutshell. Do not recommend unless no other option.

While the older version of the app was not quite perfect either, this one is a total catastrophy. User and pass can't be saved, accessing prepay options and other info is not intuitive, and "automatic login" needs a so-called pin, for which it needs my phone number, which it subsequently doesn't recognize as a valid Vodafone number. What the point of making an usable app unusable is, is beyond my understanding.

Minus 5 stars. The app takes forever to load and when finally can login in, it says incorrect password, even if the password is correct. Then once I have the password, the app doesn't allow me to log in due to the failed login attempts. FYI, I am not trying to log in at NASA, I am only trying to top up and pay my bills and other stuff. Once I am able to login( if ever), the app crashes all the time when trying to do something. It is horrible! I have never been able to use it to pay a bill!!!!!!!

This is the worst customer service app from a telecom company I have ever used (and I've used at least 7 in 4 different countries). It is absolute garbage! You log in, wait several minutes to load the dashboard, and when you navigate to a different tab, it logs you out! Unusable, other then to collect a bunch of information on you it doesn't really need. Do yourself a service and go to a different telecom provider! Vodafone does not deserve your time and money!

Worse by day. 1 star rating because: - it takes ages to load - usually "Service not available" or "No internet connection" (when there is an internet connection of course) instead of costs, options and other related stuff. - ridiculous gambling game, maybe just for distracting users from the real problems that the app has. - unstable login mechanism. - basic functionality generates a lot of frustrations. it's embarrassing that they developed a game inside the app when there were a lot of problems already, and even worse, they aggressively advertised it everywhere. it is like an invitation for 1 star rating.

A poorly optimised and buggy app. Doesn't even let me log in. Tobi is completely useless (gives wrong answers or crashes every time). The app mirrors the website perfectly, as far as being poorly written and full of bugs. The app's UI is bland, unintuitive, the website's is a mix of the old UI (which looks like something out of 2004) and the new glossy one which is also unappealing. Lacks transparency in the way relevant info is shown like a contract's/phone's installments end date

Of course this app does not work, not even a bit, I tried and tried. I mean if you are going to develop a new version of the app at least do it right. Today 06/07/2023 tried to give a go to the app again. It was stuck on the loading screen for about 5 min, and then when I tried to deconnect it got stuck again for about 3 min, after I just unistalled the app. So nothing has changed in 3 years. Good for you guys, keep up the good work. A very lousy app.

Bootom of digital experience! Fake and minimally usable front for lots of POORLY integrated legacy systems. I have 3 different numbers attached to my bill - i see them, can't configure the options except for the main one, i can barely pay the bill (was down for months), PAGO integration down as well, plus the app has slowly bloated and takes up 4.5 GB (!!!). Uninstall & ready to move... to RDS I guess.

After they switched to the app I didn't have good signal on my internet as well. It's kind of hard to work when your wi fi crashes three times a day. After that, when I tried to pay my bill, I couldn't even log in on the old account, and I had to create a new one, just to find out that I can't pay it after all, because whenever I go to the "tv services", they switch me to "mobile services", which I don't have. The website works as bad as the app, and I'm considering switching to another provider

Worst app. I only used it for paying the bill, but even so, it is not able to remember the card's details and you have to manually enter them each and every time, which wasted my time. Also, the automatic login fails even when connected to Vodafone mobile data network. I am always asked to enter the user and password. Also, why does it need permission to read the call history? One year later, it still has the same issues...

The huge shame on the app developers and the whole Vodafone company. You are scammers. 1) you still don't have normal English adaptation in your app. 2) how tricky your app. I was going to Hungary and I asked a consultant how to switch on roaming . I have had €6 offer national tariff and consultant told me to pay for €4 roaming Tariff. And he said that it's additional tariff... It was not.. and now when I wanted to switch on my 6€ tariff it's automatically consumed 4€ for roaming. Clown company

I was in Norway that time , now I am in Netherlands and it's not possible to do it thru application, I had an error and have it now so because of that I burn my internet traffic and money from account for additional usage of Internet over the monthly amount of internet gigabytes, yours chat bot is useless, answer I get after week from you or more I am disappointed and think so to change provider...

I only used this app to pay the bill, now I cannot even do that since it doesn't show the amount I have to pay, there is no information at all about any bill in the app and if I want to pay it, I have to insert the amount myself. I will uninstall it. Later edit: I am not chatting on WhatsApp with your useless bot. Leave an email address if you actually want help fixing your bugs

The most useless app I have ever used. I have a contract, yet I cannot see my bill on the app, I get a text when I need to pay it, but the app doesn't have any record of how much I need to pay and I always have to enter the amount. I cannot create a direct debit- which was the main reason I switched from pay as you go to contract, so I don't forget to top up, nothing's changed. Completely useless.

App hasn't worked in months. I keep getting pop-ups to get on the app to receive some sort of promo but when I try to log in all it says is we're trying to provide you a better experience etc. And I get redirected to the site. It's AT Least 6 months since this started happening and multiple updates ago.
