it is not working and doesnt open and i get a message saying "the current device is rooted,and this application cannot be used" my device is not rooted please fix this bug

App works, but there's a huge problem with the app. In family sharing, I can share MBs with my family. The pro lem happens when I want to add MBs and the available are less than the allocated. For example, I have 10000MBs for my family member. They consumed it all and want an extra 2000MBs. If I have 5000MBs left in my quota, I can't share 12000MBs with them. The app thinks that I don't have enough, when I clearly do have 5000MBs that I can share with my family member

Good, but needs optimizations. Also when switching numbers (landlines or internet) it should stay on the same screen even after relaunching not starting on the landline so I have to switch to internet always.

Very very bad update. My account is lost at your database. My home line is not recognized at the app. Please tell the IT department to stop playing

The kind of app you'd expect from that kind of company UPDATE, 😄 amazing update, again as you'd expect from such a company... First the whole service is down for over 6 hours.. then the updated app is a copy of the previous one, and won't even connect on wifi.. bravo WE, keep going!

This update and the previous one show visual bugs when you switch the phone to dark mode. The colors are distorted and there is white batches everywhere.

Very bad update ,After entering the password and username, it's logged out suddenly ، Whenever I tried to log in, it gave me the wrong password. Whenever I try to change it, I cannot access it, it's wrong , What a nonsense?

Being the dominant internet provider in the country - god forbid not because of outstanding service, but by shares .. anyway we have to use WE, slowest service, ridiculous upload speed .. continuous connection cuts, the application is a joke.. so SLOW & buggy, get a decent BE development team for god's sake.

As for the latest app. update, it has so many errors and doesn't work at all. Even after I tried to delete all its data and reset my account, it still doesn't work! I'm so disappointed in your service.

Since this update was applied to my phone the app stopped working and showing error messages that my phone is rooted I downloaded several apps and checked that my phone is definitely not rooted , you should look into this issue as I can't use the app anymore

A LOT of errors lately! the app started to display error messages such as no Internet connection although the Internet was JUST FINE and application code 502 error and it's bugging ALL THE TIME! I HOPE you fix this I can't manage my accounts and it's FRUSTRATING!

After the latest update, the application stopped working. It reports that it is not working because my device is rooted while it actually is not. The preceeding version was great.

I was literally scammed, I payed from my credit card to recharge my phone number account balance. The money were taken from my card but my number was not charged at all. I've contacted customer service and they said they want details from my bank about the charges (even tho I sent them receipts). They want me to contact my bank from another continent so they can give back my money!!! It's impossible btw

The internet service isn't as good as it used to be. Now, you can't get unlimited internet because they only offer certain plans with set limits. The quality of the service isn't great, and it's expensive. They charge too much for both phone and internet services. Even though people don't really use home phones much anymore, you still have to pay for it along with the internet. It's like the price has doubled because you can't get internet without a home phone line.

Basically, the app supposed to be a simple tool to see ur limited internet plan info & usage but it doesn't work at all, keeping giving "something went wrong" error or crashes as usual. | Edit: now i give u 2 stars because u made the app works in less than 3 days, which it's rare for this ISP | Edit2: this time the last update screw the login functions | Edit3: Uninstalled, because this is just too much, using website instead, i would give 0 rating if it exists.

The worst and most useless application I've ever seen! It logged out on its own. When I tried to log in again, it keeps telling me that my password or SN wasn't correct. And it was correct 100% sure. I've tried to change the password, no option. And got tired and deleted the app. Please don't download this app. It'll make your life a living hell!

After the latest update, the app stopped working and displayed error messages such as: 1) No Internet connection 2) Application error code 502 Sometimes, the start page displays the WE logo and nothing else. I am very disappointed with such appaling service. I have never seen an update with so many errors, and no one who has any understanding to talk to for support. This is by far the worst app I've ever used. I am seriously considering moving to Vodafone or Etisalat....

It doesn't show the prices incl.uding VAT, which makes it so confusing when recharging the balance. It doesn't show the consumption on the home screen by default, I have to swipe to see the consumption. The highest amount to recharge is 200, and I have to pay 210 per month, so I have to recharge twice to pay the bill! It doesn't save the credit card information, so I have to re-enter the information twice every time I want to pay the bill.

This app has multiple severe bugs and it's there since the launch of the app for example you can't swipe to view your quota from first try it makes you want to break your phone. And the winner bug of course will be the crash when you recharge by your credit card and didn't show the recharged balance on the app for hours leaving you in total confusion.what the hell !! How the developers and testing teams didn't fix this severe and critical bug till now and the list goes on?
