Frustrating! Right out of starting gate! And even this review isn't working properly! My data seems to have failed to connect to my app and it's indicating that I used it for 1 minute last night, although my device is stating the correct information and indicates a good use with good numbers. Is this app what the insurance companies and DMI companies are counting on for their data? If so, they should look for a new app to use, as it took only a few days for mine to fall apart and be useless.

I am knocking this down to 1 star. I am continually having to unplug my AirSense 11 machine and reconnect Bluetooth between my phone and this app. I am tired of this. I don't have cell service where I live and my equipment provider is an hour and a mountain pass away. I am dependent on having this app function correctly to stay in compliance. I have had multiple days where my data is not available until a few days later. I still cannot see data from 4 nights ago. This app is horrible.

can't get into app after setting one up. type in my credentials and it says username or password is wrong, so I tap forgot my password and to send me a link. put in new password and tells me username or password is wrong. This happens like 3 times. So now the app has all my information, but I can't get in it to see it. So far, still haven't got it to work.

It'll help you only if you use it to build bigger numbers. I literally mean your lungs too. Those numbers matter, and when we can control them, and see how, it make's the whole therapy viewable upon progress, or the lack thereof. The nightly getting used to, is the hardest part. Stick with it though. It's lung physical therapy, a CPAP is, after all...

App worked fine a couple days ago. Now it won't connect and says it needs an app to open. Unplugged it like it was suggested. Uninstalled app. Reinstalled app. How am I supposed to see how I am doing with this machine if I'm getting zero data. To me this means my doctor isn't getting any data. Very frustrating. This is why it's getting 1 star. I see there are a lot of complaints about this app. The app just looks like it's working and working. No data.

Update: both the app and machine do not have the ability to change the CPAP air pressure. Total failure of foresight on the part of the development teams. app feels like it was made years ago and then never updated. Notifications constantly link me to pages and articles that don't exist. The tracking capability mostly functions but as someone who just got started on CPAP therapy I was hoping for actual functional help with becoming accustomed to the device, and this app really doesn't help.

The app doesn't understand that a person could possibly sleep past 11am. If you are sleeping continuously, it abruptly cuts off tracking for the previous night at 11am and starts counting again at 11am as the next night. This leads to absurd reports such as sleeping for only 15 or 35 minutes. Also, the amount of data you get is very barebones. Would love more details like how much air flow the machine used if it's set to variable.

The app is bloated with so-called achievements, badges, points, and other gimmicky things that add absolutely nothing to a good night of sleep. Setting up and connecting the app to the device with an absolute pain due to conflicting instructions. On top of all that, what I was really interested in is the actual data being collected for my device, and that data was not available in the app, which is extremely disappointing. I am uninstalling this app because it has no practical use for me.

Ok but could use alot more info. Useful for time slept with machine but that's about it. Would like to see total # of events in a night, range of pressure needed. Also can only see avg pressure on machine in the morning but no history. Would also love ability to update settings in app rather than going thru machine touchscreen. More tips would be nice too like nosepiece sizing, how to get a better seal, how to clean/dry equipment weekly, etc.

Wear the device every night. I don't check my app all that often because I sleep fine and so everything should be doing what it's supposed to do. Have a DOT physical coming up so I checked my usage and there is literally no data. Nothing more frustrating than being able to keep your job literally depending on being able to prove you've used the device and ResMed drops the ball. Hasn't been a problem in the past but I guess ResMed likes to make people worry about their ability to maintain employm

This was a waste of my time. It didnt downIoad two days of use. It gave no new information that the machine gives every morning when I turn it off. Why must I make an account for everything. My phone has Bluetooth just like the machine does. You can make a pin during setup of the machine to keep others from setting their phone if that is the concern. There are way to MANY data breaches to have accounts for every single thing that has to be done. PLEASE STOP IT!! Account deleted and app removed.

Update: Still not getting notifications. Checked in app and in android for the app notification settings. Does what is supposed to. I stopped getting notifications at some point and realized they were off. Not sure if it's when I moved to a new phone. That being said, a diary of sorts would be a great addition. Something that you (or your doctor) could set parameters for so if it goes beyond those, it could let you know and you could make a note of anything unusual.

I would give no stars if I could. Between lofta and resmed nothing but excuses why the device won't connect via Bluetooth , I've done everything they told me to do with no resolution Resmed is by far the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. No fix nothing just a run around again the device never moved and yet now it has issues getting a signal NO. I use the cell provider on my cell phone I know I have coverage!! It's a machine issue!

Here we go again! Every morning, I download my data in the "History" section with no problem. Now, when I go to Profile/Settings/ Download my data/press button to download data/Data request sent, processing data... to my email..., there are problems transmitting the data to my email. I have not been able to receive my data since May 08th, 2024. What's going on 😔!

This stupid app won't connect to the machine, it's bad software of the app itself. How incompetent to make an app that refuses to connect even though it will get the machine to show the 4 digit code (that will only happen when the app succeeded in talking to machine). All pointless since you can not activate the machine through the app, regardless. Machine can't start from sensing you breathing nor will it app start... So stupid. Wish Samsung's machine was still usable (no app, breath start).

The app does present simple metrics, and I didn't have much trouble pairing it with my device. BUT: 1) It can't combine data with CPap Mini 2) It won't let me download MY data so I can analyze them myself 3) "Tech support" is worse than useless; more likely staffed in an overseas call center than by engineers who understand computer and data science 4) "Help" typically leads to videos that are more like soap operas than useful information

My resmed used to record data it stopped a few months ago. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the app it didn't work. Done all the suggestions I've seen from other posts and looking up online. These machines are faulty and the app works but doesn't show any of my sessions at all so who knows if my dr can see it on their end or not. And yes I have it hooked to a good wifi signal

When you review the monthly graphs, changing views resets the zoom on the graph every time you switch metrics. Maintaining the zoom level between metrics would help when I'm trying to evaluate what I can do better. (Mask seal was bad on days when events went up. Fix mask seal for better efficacy.) I also wish I could swipe the main screen to the left/right to see the same view on different days.

Since the last update the usage graph opens with only 10 days displayed. Select any other graph it then displays 14 days. I switch back to usage and then it displays 14 days. just a small glitch. It would be good if the graph screens each opened with the current day in center of screen as default. I am puzzled of the data displayed when the device can only measure very few variables. flow pressure rate I would like to understand the algorithm used to calculate the data.

It tracks the sleep stats from your CPAP with nice insights and graphs. I see notification settings for cleaning reminders, but I'm not clear on how to configure that. More than cleaning, it still needs a tracker and reminders for changing filters and masks. I never remember when I changed mine last. Also, I wouldn't be upset if it had a dark mode. I'm fact, I'd be thrilled if there were a dark mode!
