I've had this app since December. Joined using the referral program. It came a month later & the came came 2 months later. Good thing they had a virtual card. I've referred 5 people but was only credited for 1 & that took 2 months to settle on both accounts. Now my account is restricted for some reason. But when I call, the lines are always busy. I want to resolve the issue before I delete the app & account.

I made an account in early December and was supposed to get a welcome bonus. Well my account was under review AND STILL IS! It's been almost 4 months. I entered everything correctly. I uploaded my ID as well. I emailed them once, didn't fix the issue, still couldn't login! So I emailed AGAIN and still nothing. I finally just gave up.

Sketchy af bank. They closed my account out of nowhere for referring, in which so many others do as well. Ready to report to BBB if they don't send me my money that was in my account.

Would Be Nice If There Was Reduced~If Not Free Fee When Depositing Cash At Store~SOON Or At Least In The Near Future~So I Can Put My Bambu Debit Card To Use~So I Doesn't Sit Idol In My Wallet And I Shan't Eventually Have Close My Bambu Account...I DON'T USE DIRECT DEPOSIT...

They are collecting personal info and closing your accounts with your funds.Customer service will consistently give you the run around and send emails saying sorry but you'll never get back in the actual account.

I gave it a 1 star because I have 2 month trying to create an account and it keeps saying that it's under review and nothing happens. Now I got a text saying thank you for applying for MyBambu account and I can't even pass the login page , It's says my password is wrong .

Yes I opened an account here in Bambu, try activate card , respond was contacting agent assistance? Ok I request assistance to activate card and ask why need more information from me ? Info was already verified that's why card was sent to me . So later a day response " per request you're account is closed " shocking as per request that is not what I requested and yes I have an email copy saved , that's why I asked there agents to send me a copy where I requested my account closed . I know this may sound funny, but the reason I downloaded this Bambu app in the first place was because it reminded me of my grandma when I seen it while looking through Google Play. We ALL call my grandma, Bambi(my sisters, my cousins, my second cousins, and now my kids and all of my sister's kids and all of my cousins' kids call her Bambi as well). Anyways, she's like a pretty cool person too. So, everytime I see that word Bambu I automatically start smiling thinking of my Grandma Bambi!!!😊🤗

Bambu is a great online banking system. It's great for savings and easy to access your funds through many available ATMs and Walgreens stores. I don't have any complaints.

Horrible app. Never got any use from it..they closed out my account with no notice while I was waiting for a direct deposit.. meaning my funds were rejected and sent back causing a delay on me getting my taxes

I signed up. Got card. I can't find any one to load cash on it the retailers that was told would load it bar code or insert card had never heard of the card. Went to a check cashi g place that was run bye Latin people had never heard of yall. I'm gunna try a bank transfer next hope it works out.

My first red flag with MyBambu happened almost immediately after making some purchaes and they locked me out of my account. No access to anything until i complained to the feds then it all got fixed. My 2nd red flag is happening now after my account was inactive but had funds in it and aomehow they changed my entire account number and card without warning. This app is not very reliable and will onpy be a headache and a legal burden. Do not download this app. Even the callback numbers dont work.

I have to say I wasn't sure of this app in the beginning days. But now after using it. I love it. Its super easy to navigate. I have emailed customer service when I had questions or issues with things I didbt understand, I was suprised at how fast they got back to me!! My questions are always answered concerns fixed. I have several banking and money transfer apps My Bambu account is by far the best one I have used. I would strongly recomend getting an account and trying it for yourself.

I opened an account last year. I got the singing bonus, and my card arrived by mail in a timely manner. Used it a bit, and was able to top it up, no problems, everything was going great, but suddenly the card stoped working. When I enter the app it says "Error: Cards unavailable right now, try again later". I havent been able to use my balance, on a couple of months and counting (Mind you about 5$, but I wont put more to it if its not working)
