When it works, I'll give it 5*. But when it doesn't, it's a frustrating experience. I use this app to locate my vehicle for security reasons. I also use the remote lock/unlock commands for convenience. But right now, none of these are working for the last two days. I have tried to clear cache and storage, it didn't work. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall, still it didn't resolve the issue. I am disappointed with this app and it's latest UI.

The App is very basic and does not work well. It needs a UX developer urgently. I bought a Lyriq 2024 and everytime I try to see the level of my battery it does not load it. Shows updating forever. I need to close the app few times to be able to make it refresh. The app does not allows me to set my home address. It detects my neighbor as my home address.

This app is completely useless. I'm astonished that anyone has given it more than one star, frankly. It used to take between 5-10 minutes to retrieve the status of my car; now it hasn't updated in more than six days. I try to set some settings (ie, notify my if my charge is interrupted, setting my work and home address in the maps module) and every time it scrapes my settings out. I have to click through the same tutorial screens on the maps EVERY TIME. Extremely frustrating!

This app takes way to long to load, even on wifi. I have 11 messages in my "inbox" and can't view them because that takes too long. Had a 2015 XTS and back then the app was great. Also didn't have to log in with a password every time back then. Sickening to see the regression of this app. I expect better out of Cadillac.

Using this app is easy, great and intuitive, Six Stars. However, since the day I installed it on my phone I have gotten a notification to "Schedule Maintenance" about every three days. Now I get a message "Oil Life Critical. ... Schedule Maintenance." The CT5 is less than a month old and has less than 400 miles, far less than the 7,000 in the owners manual, AND both the Infotainment screen and the App say Over "85% Oil Life". Obviously, bad data. Thus, should have only Zero Stars. Fix it!

App is poor. I have owned 3 other EVs of other brands and this app is the worst performing. Rivian and Ford apps worked better. Charge information does not sync, vehicle location works 80% of the time which is an improvement, and there are long delays for door lock and unlocks, etc. this app need lots of work. OnStar is only useful for the SuperCruise but not for supporting and interracting with this app. I hope Cadillac and GM fix this app.

Update: I live in the fifth most populated city in the US and remote start rarely works. The battery charge percentage takes several minutes to update. EVERY TIME I click the "map" page, it pops up the "find a charge station" and "know your range". PLEASE STOP. I just want to find out where my car is parked. The Tesla app is much more usable and useful. Fixed:OnStar Smart Driver (part of this app) sells our personal driving habits.

My garage door app works better than this myCadillac app. Why is logon required every time? The lag is terrible. Most of the extra links deadend. This is why I'll never let GM drive my car, supercruse. They can't even get an app right and they want to drive my car 😀 It's not about being perfect, it's about moving forward, right?? 😉

Broken for Android? Day 1, install the app, create an account, sign in and then...just a flickering white screen that goes from the word "personalize" to 3 black dots bouncing horizontally. Back and forth forever, that's it. Uninstalled and reinstalled 7 times and the same each time. Works fine on my wife's iPhone but not my Android. Dealer said was the 2nd Android that day it happened to. I restarted and shut down my phone many times and still doesn't work. Fix and get more stars!

The app is not useful. I have the Lyric, and it only works to show me the battery percentage. It rarely works for updating the location or using any of the remote options like starting the car or unlocking the car. I'm not sure if it's just the Lyric, but it definitely needs some work!!

Lots of bugs. Sluggish overall, not good for a tool that controls my car. Profile unlock feature almost never works but insultingly notifies me that it unlocked the profile even though I did. State of charge update and target take forever to update and you have to keep the app open the whole time r they never complete. Remote actions fail more than succeed. I wonder what is going on over there at Cadillac.

Decent layout but fairly buggy. Sometimes it just doesn't perform a command and there's no notification or message that it failed. It's also incredibly annoying that there's no fewer that FOUR notification sounds one right after another when you start the app. Is that really necessary?

I just bought a 2024 Cadillac Lyric Sport 3 trim and I'm super disappointed with this app. My last car was a Mach-E. The Ford app is lightyears beyond that of Cadillac, which was an unfortunate surprise. I won't reiterate every detail of the failures as literally every other reviewer has already done. Please fix this app. It's slow, unreliable and starved of features. The car has Google built in and you can't start the car with Google assistant etc etc etc. please add a competent app team!!!

App used to work great, however since around 1/27/24 unable to connect to vehicle. Please advise. I truly enjoyed using the app.Still having issues with app. Unable to get vehicle status. Last connected to vehicle 6/8/2024. My app stopped working correctly on January 27, 2024. I have uninstalled and reinstall app a number of times. Have had at least 5 updates. Please advise. I paid my subscription for a year and it's not working correctly. Need to be compensation for my inconvenience.

Terrible. Stops working constantly. Reinstalled multiple times, works for a few days at best. Sat with tech support for 1+ hrs, couldn't fix it. Said they were elevating to Level 2, they would contact me. I reinstalled one more time, worked for 5 days, then stopped. Never got call back, so I called 8 days later. Couldn't fix it, now escalated to Level 3. Some things working after another install, but range won't update for 18+ hours, trying to update constantly, eats phone battery.

This app is awful. Experiencing all the same issues as people below. Stop asking us to email you and just fix the app! Lyriq status takes 2-5 minutes to load, doesn't notify me if charging is interrupted, keeps notifying me that my phone is a "Trusted Device", however my car and app don't seem to communicate. My wife's BMW i4 app refreshes instantly, as does my friend's Ford app. PLEASE FIX THIS APP! It's literally the only bad part about owning a Lyriq! And yes, I've tried to uninstall already.

This well-intentioned app has good features, but it's lacking when compared to other manufacturers' apps like those from Tesla or BMW. Unfortunately, poor connectivity on OnStar's AT&T network plagues this app making it unreliable, inconsistent, and very slow. It is not what I would expect from a luxury brand like Cadillac.

Slow. I'm hoping PAAK is coming. I had a competitor's EV prior to the Lyriq. Their PAAK abilities weren't perfect, but was quicker connecting and included other features. I was caught away from the car the other night when a rain/ hail storm came through. I left the windows cracked and couldn't get back to the car. I would have been able to simply use the phone app for my old car to raise the windows. Instead, I ended up wiping out the interior. I look forward to an updated app.

takes a LONG time to load or do any command. makes it useless most of the time... you're absolutely right Jacob it should not take the amount of waisted time to use an app that is supposed do things instantly. Not to mention all the software problems with an expensive car. I have had more issues with the Cadillac Lyriq then all the other vehicles I've owned combined! And I have owned a LOT of vehicles!

Doesn't always work. Also, I am trying to schedule a service appointment from the app, and it is just spinning. It's very frustrating. 09/09/24 update. I have been unable to use my app for over a month after the MFA was added. After entering my credentials to sign in, it goes to the MFA screen to enter a code. I receive the code, but there is no field to input it into. Is anyone else having that issue?
