If my cash and my digicel app be just 1 app, like MPaisa it would be great my phone can only download 1 app at a time, it takes so many space on my phone and it starts to make my phone play up or freeze if i download both

Installed and uninstalled this app within minutes. Too without even entering or confirming a pin the app shut down, then asked to log in with a pin that is non existent. Too bloody complicated

The transaction history section of this app needs more work. Transactions should show up in real time as and when they are made, not after days or weeks! Please look into that @digicel

I've just downloaded the app but I can't install it...? It says pending on Google play, which never happened with my other apps, and my phone and data is not slow.

Everytime I keep trying to log in the App just keep saying that my last session is expired so I need to restart and log in again, I had to uninstall and then install again but the same problem keeps happening.

Trying to download my cash app to register but it takes so long saying "pending". Why can't we register on one app only rather than 2.As with M-Paisa we only register online on *181# all well and good and it's easier.It's so pathetic,still pending for a long time.Please Digicel can you do something about your service.

I really don't like this app.I made a new account, but it says that my number is already registered, and when i went back to sign up, and entered my pin, they said that my number is inactive. Pls take some action. And why should we call to know our pin, once we call it tells us about the mobile bundle and what we can sign up to. Pls fix this problems.

Needs more work on user interface. Transaction history only shows records of money spent, it doesnt show any other details esp where the trasaction took place or the recipient. It should also include when money is added to mycash.

It was better before the upgrade. New version can't save account details on it (e.g. cash power, water meter or UTOS accounts). Not sure what exactly was upgraded. If it's not broken don't fix it.

Good app. Clean interface. But whenever there is an update, they shove it in your face on every screen and it becomes so annoying. Also, not many merchants have mycash qr so please work on that.

Good App but previous balance should be shown after making the payment/topup or transfer. Even in history tab each history should show previous balance.

Very convenient to use . I can just do bill payments , topups from the comfort of my home . Instead of carrying cash which is very risky , I use QR which is very safe too and easy while shopping 🛒. Vink Digicel ❣️

Ver 2.2.18 of Sept 2024. Disappointed at the moment. Old version showed in-app notification of update availability. And would not work without updating. Updated app doesn't even open and crashes within seconds of showing splash. Keeping my funds hostage! These payment apps need a higher quality threshold test before release. It isn't just a game or entertainment app. Ver 2.2.19 now displays an inconvenient and unreasonable demand explaining the failure to launch: "Turn off developer mode".

I haven't used this app in while but when I wanted today, I get an error message to Turn Off Developer Mode. Are you kidding me?!!! Maybe you need to hire a competent app developer to allow your users to use the app with the developer mode on our phones like other service providers.
