Absolute waste of money, delayed notifications, system constantly offline, doesn't work when you need it to. Intercom system is always offline. This app should be removed and service suspended as it currently stands it poses more of a risk to your visitors and family. Stay away!

App is terribly slow. I can arive at the gate and still be waiting 30secs later.... can only imagine if i was in an unsafe area. The other app was quicker. I do not have the best phone, but that should not make n difference... i do like the ui tho

Works really well. Easy to setup and easy to use! Can add widgets to make it easier to access my open and close function of my gate so I don't have to go into the app! Also works with Android Car play which is one amazing plus!

1. The text to speech hardly ever works: with G-Remote there was hardly an issue. 2. And although I receive SMS alerts: there are most times no corresponding Notifications on MyCentsys. I preferred G-Remote. MyCentsys seems like a backdate; not an update.

Brilliant upgrade for the G-Remote app. Starts up quickly, responds quicker and it looks prettier too. If you use silent or do-not-disturb mode on your phone, you'll need Tasker or similar to turn the media volume to zero automatically as the app still doesn't respect DND.

I prefer MyG Remote....it worked better and faster, when the clients or drivers called waiting at the gate I could open the gate using the app while on the call but with this one it needs me to hang up and then open the app then call back to find out if they are inside....also the other one I went straight to the open option but with this one I have to first select the gate then select open....either than that the app is not Bad but needs good netowrk signal else you'll struggle.

Review edit: The issue has been resolved with the latest update. Thank you for taking note and resolving the issue Glad to have moved to the new app, untill the "Let the app always run in the background?" appeared on the app again. I have no idea why you would do this, espicially if it doesn't function the way its supposed to. If I select "no" once, then I don't want be asked again. Please fix this. Besides this issue, my app also crashes often after the latest update. Please fix this.

Not worth it. If you release an update of g remote, make sure the basics are working. Text to Speech only when app is physically open. No oush notification when app is not open. You took something that worked and updated it to an useless remote app. You cannot keep app physically open 24/7. Please get the basics right when you do an update.

This APP has more features than the normal G-remote, but it is very slow in registering the status of a security gate as well as to open gates with this app. It very often takes up to 10 seconds to open a gate. The g-remote app works immediately. This app currently is not adding to security. We are back to using the g-remote app.

App stopped working. I removed it and installed it again and now it can't even allocate my gate based on the number I'm registered with.

Great app. Not only can I control my gate and garage door, but I can also monitor device health, battery status, and mains presence right within the app. The inclusion of a technical support chat function ensures that expert assistance is always available when needed, making troubleshooting a breeze. It would be nice to see a Home Assistant Integration as well.

Works like a charm and it was so easy to set up. It certainly saves the minor hassle of carrying around an extra remote.

I'm not enjoying this app version at all,it's a lot slower .It doesn't stay open on the one gate you use every day. I have to go and source for my gate every time I want to open the gate

Cannot disable text-to-speech option. When I disable it and leave settings, it is immediately enabled again. This means I get an artificial voice telling me the unit is working, or offline, at all inconvenient times of the day or night. Not acceptable to have such a simple flaw with todays technology.

I've had a persistent issue since updating to the new app, and I eventually just emailed them. Stefan called me promptly and spent ages going through their server settings and testing to figure out what was causing the issue. I'm still not sure what it was, but they resolved it server side in one sitting. 100*s! Now that's good service 👏
