Nice app just needs an area outage alert got home today and no internet only way to find out is to call and there's no information on why it's down or for how long other than that it's great.

Always disconnected cant get it to work most of the time also says router is already onborded with another account but it is brand new tried 2 days strait total junk app dont waste your time

Garbage. Cant sign in or sign up (despite having already been signed up and signed in before). A month in and the supposedly installed and up and running internet still doesnt work.

cheaper and better service and connection than Verizon, At&t, and all the other phones with WiFi I've used, plus it doesn't drop the speed it's continuous from bill due date till the next due date I highly recommend.

Has all I would expect from a network monitor app. Only issue I have is that there's no option to view total data usage for a given cycle. It does provide what I assume to be data rate usage but I am still unclear on how this is calculated in the app.

I wish the app had more features, but it works perfectly fine to monitor the network. Only 4 stars because it doesn't always update the speed test correctly, and the usage reports aren't very intuitive.

The app sucks. If I sign into the app, my husband can't sign it. We are trying to fix out blink, it signed me out, I can't sign back in. I signed my husband out, now we both can sign it because it's not giving us where to sign in. Only showing the 'welcome to connect home' screen. The app developer should work on spouses can sign into the app individually without actually affecting the other.

I just moved to North Florida and I have to say this is the best Internet Provider. With all the storms and rain I have yet to lose my service. Recommend 100%!
