Easy enough to use.. but there's only one options shop online. You can't get withdraw cash or buy gas.. etc shopping online is okay but I have bunch of cards w only one dollar so I don't see the options to add to one account. Ty

Absolutely horrible app 90% of the time you cannot check your balance or access your money do not use.

I am confused as to how I can transfer funds from this card to another one of my bank accounts, if someone can explain that to me it would be very helpful and make my review 5 stars. Thank you.

The app is so much easier then paper checks card is just like a debit or you can transfer funds to your existing bank account

Updated to day and now it doesn't work and it says it will send email and it send a text with the link thay doesn't work.

The app has worked fine up until now, it's telling me to update the app to continue using it, but it's not giving me the option to update the app, and my funds are frozen, because I have my card locked and can't get into the app to unfreeze it, I've emailed customer service and am waiting on a reply

This card is such fraudulent. They denied me cash back when it's completely within my right to do it. Said it didn't happen and forced me to pay 6.50 atm fee Then spent 30 minutes on the phone. Telling me that they can't do anything about it. Then fold and see that they can

worst credit card there is... they have all kinds of fees they charge you for... and the credit card never works not in any stores not online can't even buy food with it... I would give negative Stars if I could.

Another update...i love this app Now it's finally fixed and haven't had a problem since...thank you DASH 👍Edit... This App 👎..NOW I can't even log in keeps saying account suspended contact support ..I have guy tells me to wait 24hrs and make new password OK so I did I waited 48hrs and still keeps saying account suspended contact support bunch of Malarkey is what it is

Customer Service is TERRIBLE. OUTSOURCED so language is a barrier. They tend to talk over you so you constantly have to repeat what you're saying. I would NEVER use this company on my own but work has issued these for payment. So forced to use it.

This app doesn't work again, can't log in cause it closes before you can get your ID in, do I need to close my account with you, is this the way you run your business? It happens every time there's an update!!!

It updates way 2 much. And now after the last update. I typed in my user name and password. But it won't let me log in. The log in button does nothing.

App never wants to load the info when I login. 99% of the time, just stays loading. Don't waste your time. The website barely any better... Poor service.

I have used this app a couple of years and it's been fine. The new update requires me to login. It freezes on the screen to send a verification text/email. Totally unusable now.

Beware they dont allow you to pay bills with this card they immediately decline it. When i called customer service they told me to withdraw the money on from a atm and pay the bill. In my case the bill i have to pay can only be paid online. The only thing this card allows me to pay for is food and groceries and thats not cool thats why i give MYDASHCARD a 1 star. Im shteffing the cards once i spend the money on the card. This isnt the kind of card i want to continue to use.

I cannot log in no matter what I do. I've tried every email I have and none of them have received the reset email. I've waited and refreshed my inbox for over 2 hours. I cannot reregister since the card has already been activated. The app and website are both deadends.

Cannot log in app after latest update. Reinstall does not help. Customer service basically says Reinstall which I did twice. Emailing them again. 7/4/24 Finally decided to empty the account. Repeated emails gave not solution. Could not even reset password. Terrible app. Good news is web version works for now!

The apps constantly crashes and closes out. The website has blocked my IP address and the customer support doesn't seem to do anything about it. The new update is dreadful, it was crashing before the update but now it decides to crash every time I open the app. It's very unfortunate considering the card I use through them was given to me by my employer. People can't see how much is in their account and for me, the app only wants to work over wifi. Very very disappointing and frustrating.

App has started never working! I've tried to uninstall and reinstall multiple times but everytime I long in on the app it gives me an error saying they're "having a moment" and to "give them time to sort themselves out" and that they'll "be back online soon." But this has been happening for a while now, not just a couple of days. it's very annoying not being able to look at my funds on my phone with the app because the app isn't working.
