I've been using DiGi for more than 30 years. Now the machines are in charge and operate the long established big company. Since some issues, you need to talk to the agents for immediate and better understanding to solve the problems. And nowadays they just send you SMS or ask you to continue to hold the line for decades. Huge telco company tiny budget for support team. But then, if you want a real person to attend to you, you probably have to wait for 27 minutes, and that was not guaranteed.

Naturally Digi is becoming more and more bloodsucking, back then when the deal is actually good and affordable for the economy I wouldn't bat an eye to buy a plan but now I have to do math just to confirm if said plans would even worth the money, as a long time customer that has been loyal to Digi for the first time I'm actually thinking of switching to other internet company

I'm a Digi Fibre user and I used to make payments and contact support through this app. I had to factory reset my phone and now I can't log into the app after re-downloading it. I get a message saying to enter an OTP sent to my email address, but I always get the email the next day even though the time limit is 2 minutes. I tried to send an enquiry through the CelcomDigi website but I get Server Error 500 when I try to check my status, so I cannot view any response or continue the enquiry.

Reception sucks everywhere, especially within shops in KSL. I paid for high-speed data but wasn't working as described. The network is extremely bad. Getting from bad to worse.

Horrible. I have been using digi for as long as i do, but one day i suddenly have no service. I checked and it seems that the no service doesnt stem from my area, as i also went out to another negeri and still no service. Called the digi centre and told them my problem, guess what they did? They sent out a report on this app, and it sent a reply back after 2 days saying smth about it might be the problem of my area.. I ALREADY TOLD THAT ITS NOT ABOUT THE AREA. Its been a month, and still no line

I couldn't believe a Telco company as big as CelcomDigi takes 2 hours to reload a credit bought via the app. Worse than 3rd world country. More to the problem, the app is very lagging and unresponsive at times

This app useless while I want to active my number . As to take pictures but not same as the ic . Other app is better . The quality of pictures tooooooooooo bad can't detect my face at all. Please give more 5 minutes to open it back wasting my time. Tq

Atrocious customer service. Called to enquire about credit deductions and was put on hold and muted. Waiting for more than 10 minutes till i got fed up hang up. Called again but problem was not resolved. My plan is free calls to all networks.

Most useless app ever... Please optimize it for better user experience. Why do i have to login twice just so i can top up? Once to use the app, second time to top up. And can't you just remember my payment method and auto deduct the amount? Everytime i top up, i have to use 10 mins to do, it's so inefficient

The activation function is completely broken. The whole thing is a scam, buying a SIM card from convenience store that is impossible to activate. The self registration app does not recognize passports, and for foreigners who don't have a Malaysia ID the SIM card is completely unusable

Stupid apps. More than 2 months can't log in stuck at OTP code (received OTP after 2 mins, and often did not receive any OTP). Called customer service, not helping. Make a report to Digi, they closed the report by only replying "We did not received any otp from banking dll" then immediately closed rhe report and marked as 'completed'. Walaweh

Worst service ever. I was being charged for roaming services for many times and raised a complaint to Support team via the app. I signed up the app via my Digi contact number and yet the CS team asked for my contact number, name, IC and even asked me to provide my bills in order for them to check! I clearly mentioned which are the months overcharged. CS said if require them to retrieve, I have to pay RM 10! Please do not subscribe to DIGI.

Fix your app! Slow to go back to menu after redeem pin (more faster if using *123* method). And reload history sometimes not showing any. And one more, after redeem pin, I didn't receive any message in my Message box. Fix it all. You are a big company! And today, error occured (can redeem top-up pin)...

The buttons on ads/promotions when opening app is not functioning. The close (×) is not functioning too, making it hards, need to exit the app many times until the promotions dissappear and only then can access the app, please help. Thanks

I paid RM159 for unlimited data, only to receive this kind of service. I haven't been able to use my data for almost two days now. It's ridiculous!! For some reason it won't work when I turn my data on. And don't even get me started on the terrible connection; it keeps disappearing, even though I live in a city. A CITY.

Been trying to make payment (with card this time) yet kept failing. Error loading page etc after filling up details. Had to use online website only can. Stupid app. Rewards are quite useless too. The internet itself, still slow as arf. Always failing me when I need (glad I have a 2nd line to back me up). Pay cheap price, get cheap quali heh :)

I feel that the digi company is more accurate and the digi application has a technical problem, because I recently canceled the monthly purchase I subscribed to, replacing it with a new one. I have been using the internet for less than a month. It's out now I've only subscribed to it for 2 weeks. whereas the internet I bought is a one-month subscription. Please take seriously about this. We not idiot!!!!!

It is so difficult to pay via using the app. When it needs bank authorisation, i need to switch to bank app. Once i approved in bank app and switched back to Digi app, the transaction refreshed again! Imagine this same things happened for a few times, it is frustrating! Eventually I paid with Tng, albeit did the pricess twice too cz the 1st din gone thru.

Monthly subscription (NEXT) is cheating money because if you cancel early, you immediately lose access to the internet although you already paid in full for the month. Free credits is also a scam because there's no way to spend it. It expires so early so your current plan hasn't expire, and basically you cant buy anything with it unless you buy addons that you don't need.

App does not give me the option between login and sign up. Goes straight to the page for login. NB. Seem to have gotten a reply. Let me reiterate, it does not give me the option to register, just to sign in. When I key in my phone number, there is no option to sign up for anything, it just requests a password. Which I don't have. When I try to click on forgot password, it asks for an email, and later says my email is not registered. which I know.
