Horrifically unstable. Randomly unable to log in using all login options. It just takes me to a black screen and refuses to load. I don't understand why a company with this many technological resources cannot stabilize this application.

I have been a valid customer for years... always buying data no matter how expensive it got i still purchased the data. Now we have been without service for quite some time due to the hurricane and when contact customer care, was only advised that there is nothing that can be done. Seeing that we are only speaking to reps i decided to take it here so everyone can see this... whenever you guys come with a better solution than a 1 day plan i will update this review.

Excellent app, easy to use, good interface and user friendly tools! You can even top up while you're offline! I would definitely recommend this.

App is barely functional. A lot of issues to log in. App resets every month. Usually crashes right before then deadline for payments. Bundles being sold are unclear and always seem like a rip off.

This app as 90% of the other reviews atest to is possible the worst there is. Only two others give it more than one star, they most probably work for the company. This app truly has the rating it deserves. One issues after the next. When queried you get the classic uninstall reinstall retort. Done that and believe it or not it's as useless as was before. It's almost criminal that it allowed to be even offered.

I can NEVER recommend Digicel to anyone, especially when service just CANNOT live up to expectations! I wish EVERYONE would unsubscribe from this DECEPTIVE debacle of a service provider, as the 'institution' simply CANNOT deliver a proper Roaming package for its travelling customers. This same 'company' charges you for the service which it FAILS to provide internet coverage for you for the entire period, then has the AUDACITY to tell you that you've exceeded your credit limit twice! Disgusting!

App constantly crashes and does not even load most of the time. I downloaded this app on my family's phone in jamaica to make it easier for them to top up instead of having to go all the way into town to visit a digicel store to top up. This app is borderline a scam and the service is completely unacceptable as of March 28th 2024. It's obismal that this company takes and makes so much money and can't even get a simple basic app to work. My advice is to seek another service provider. Rubbish.

Does not work , multiple failed logins with correct credentials even clearing all data from phone , reinstalled app , they want you to make payments to your account via the app (that never works or always generated some random error ) you would for a large isp they could make an app that actually works , don't contact customer service also you're better off pissing in the wind

Tried topping up with two different cards, on two different devices. All attempts failed. What a failure of an app. Cannot even purchase a top up. Would give 0/5 stars if possible. Unacceptable in 2024.

I give this app 0 stars in writing but 1 star just to be able to post, because the online payments suck and never work. You always get an "unexpected error" when trying to pay. This then forces you to pay at the counter, which comes at an extra cost. Why should I have to pay extra to pay my bills? That's nonsense. Digicel, you need to do better, especially if you want to raise your prices. You can't want to charge more when your service sucks. Fix the online payments, please and thank you.

I can not edit my profile photo, each time I try I'm sent to phone settings. This is occurring after an upgrade it seems, not sure what is causing this problem. There is a profile category that has been deleted and I don't know why. Developers, please sort out this problem. Thank you. Is anyone paying attention to this platform?

Bloated with unwanted ads. Digicel support instructions for saving credit card info did not work. I operate sometimes from computer and sometimes from phone with the same number but they seem to be treated as separate accounts. I need to access payment to the same account from computer or phone.

Absolutely the worst. Digicel can't fix either their website or their app, for months any attempt to use either leads to either total failure, the page constantly refreshing endlessly, or the app throwing an unexpected character error and crashing. In this day and age to have to visit a Digicel office just to top up your phone is ridiculous. Might well switch to bmobile because at least their website works.

Welll.. shake to win works when it wants or tells me I have shaken already when I haven't. The app signs me out especially when my plan expires. Have to refresh app several times to reflect updates in credit balance. Slow in terms of navigating different sections, e.g. the bills. Keeps telling me to sign in when it shows I'm signed in already. Crashes sometimes randomly. Despite all this it is a convenient application.

Why would you remove the data remaining and bonus talk time remaining from the home screen. It was probably the main reason I used the app aside from seeing my remaining credit at least you had enough sense to leave that in place. Put back those features!!! Update Yay you put the features back in the home page. Good sense prevails!! Two more stars just for listening. Update lose two stars as the shake it feature is broken...always get you are ineligible/ already shaken.

This app is extremely problematic and full of bugs. My mobile account keeps registering as past due although my payments are current. My payment information also no longer saves to the device and has to be manually entered everytime I need to make a payment. Not sure why all of these problems have cropped up over the past year but the app worked much better in the past. Please fix these bugs.

I've been using the app for 2 years or so and it was great the until this christmas update with the shake it promo either shaking for 5 or more minutes and nothing happens or i refresh and not win anything. Whenever I do win it just sounds the winning track but doesn't show or activate anything. Please fix the problem before Christmas ends because the prizes not showing anymore isn't worth me topping up just to lose. Thank you. But aside from that everything is great.

I hate this app! It might be nice to look at but the functionality is total garbage. Completely unclear on how to pay for a plan. The icon guidance on the app itself contains icons that the app doesn't even have. Online tutorials are the same. Not sure if it has something to do with being in Barbados as opposed to somewhere else, but I would love to pay and activate my cell phone plan in less than half an hour!

I believe this app should be investigated. I suggest anyone that uses the MyDigicel app remove it from their phones. Even if you were to turn off all its permissions & not open the app, it can still initiate pop-up ads on your homescreen. This indicates it is able to access some permissions (e.g. "Appear on top") without being given access explicitly. Sus. It may be doing something else in the background.

I like the direction Digicel is going with this app. The downside is that the interface is confusing. Too many things compete for attention. It like every item on the screen wants to be the beyonce of the group. More confusion came after tapping the hamburger menu and seeing those pages which seems to be like when a store ran out of space and just put an item anywhere which became available. My recommendation, simplify the interface, make it more intuitive.
