I made subscription since 28th of March and it has not been activated till this moment! Now I have been disconnected! This is a daylight fraudulent acts. I called your customer care number throughout yesterday but not connecting, I emailed without response. Kindly see to this ASAP

This app has bin of great help to me,bt the fact that programes are bin repeated is so annoying,it makes one see no reason to re-subscribe.

Annoying interval updates with little or no improvement. That shows inefficiency. I just hope u learn otherwise your competitors will bank on ur weakness and use it to their advantage. Ur team shouldn't be ignorant of little little matters. It'll just be a matter of time.

Never works, always busy. The only time I've been able to use this app successfully is when changing my subscription. That was many years ago when I needed more channels. Many times it doesn't load, and when it does, every other button clicked has "BUSY PROCESSING... We're currently processing your request... OK, GOT IT... ***Please check again later or retry... Still Stuck? Chat to Us"

Not opening on all fronts. Only the balance of payments. You cannot get the date of last payment or know the viewing days any longer. What a shame.

I don't know if this is another form for scamming customer. I upgraded my package from yanga to confam but guess what after payment of 9300 it still won't show anything. WhatsApp help line is not helping and I'm feeling lost. y'all better resolve it by tomorrow.

Is a good app, and service well though I'm stil having difficulties to subscribe through this app, my money is always in mobile money ie Airtel and Mpamba not bank, so show these as part of subscribing

This used to be a great app before the upgrade, you could update and downgrade packages at will. Now is doesn't work at all I gave it a 2 because of past experiences otherwise it sucks now always say service not available contact us and once you use add-ons option you won't be able to remove it by your self. I hope the fix the app coz it's pointless now. The best experience is to contact the customer care for any service.

Terrible app nothing works, always showing busy processing your request, nothing else works. This app is terrible and definitely not worth your download, if there was anyway to give zero star would have done so.

This app is very horrible! It doesn't meet the purpose it was designed for. I can't make payments, I can hardly even engage in a chat with agents. It keeps showing busy processing and says something went wrong. Rubbish!

Have to rate the app low as since couple of month no credit for debit card payments are possible for Ethiopian account holders. Unfortunately support can't provide an answer on the subject why it is not working anymore. Feels like they are able to accommodate local payment options only but then please communicate it clearly.

Ok that I Recharged with my app, but I used my debit card to pay through interswitch that requested I key in all the details of my card. I thought that some of the characters are omitted for security purposes. I feel my debit credentials are at risk. pls let some characters be omitted when payment is to be made. tks

Very good app, but the correlation between your high subscription prices and what you repetitively show doesnt make sense. Higher prices for the same 2007 movies you insist on showing is not cool.

DStv keeps increasing subscription fee every other month, it's exhausting trying to keep up. Very soon, less people will be subscribing. Make the subscriptions pay as you go so we will only pay for what we watch. I can't continue to pay huge amount for watching repeats as movies.

For YEARS NOW the app keeps on saying "Busy Processing" when I try to do almost anything on it. I have updated, unsinstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, nothing fixes the problem. Such a shame bcos the app was very good before this all started. And DSTV customer care can't seem to give any solution to the problem If there was a rating less than 1 star I would give it. Dstv doesn't even reply comments here, very wack service

For over 4 years now, I'm unable to do anything on that app again. It's so useless, it's either it's one error or the other. I even thought I downloaded the wrong one. I deleted and downloaded it again. Same issue. I can't pay, fix a problem or change package on that app. The painful thing is that they wasn't how it was acting the first time I downloaded it, suddenly it just became useless.

I have been unable to use this app to make payments for more than 6 months now. Sometimes they debit me and it doesn't go through, or I get one error message or the other. I started using the ussd from app and initially that worked but in the last 2 months it debits me but my payment does not reflect so I had to go to their office to pay again and then had a lot of back and forth from the bank and multichoice to get a refund. I can see it's same complaint others have but I guess you don't care.
