Difficult to fill up. Problem with user Id. After that no code number sent after few times request. My email rejected twice as it was in your record. Could not retrieve my old id password. Such a let down. Should be more user friendly. 😝 2nd reply Thanks but no thanks. I'll pass.

May I know why my driving license still in pending and unavaible application status? I have paid since 7 Jan already 3months ago. And yet the extra charge on this apps but somehow call me to go nearest jpj to renew? Then what for I using this apps ????? And now I calling to helpline centre all people don't even pick up call. So bad service ever. Sorry to said that!

very hateful, cannot log in despite having entered the correct username and password, can not check the username or password, can not do account registration again in the same email .... this application is not eligible for even 1 stars,for almost a month, still can't check the police suit, either use the app or go to the website

First time using MyEG. Paid for my road tax renewal on 11/3 but until today my application still in process. My road tax gonna expired soon tho. Called their customer service soo many times daily but no one answered. NOT EVEN ONCE. And kudos to their live chat. Useless. Always disconnected. Really frustrated. But guess what. This will be my first and last time using this app. Thank you MyEG

I have renewed my driving license through myegon 7 July 2021. Until today,16 July it is still in process of verification. Couldnt get their customer service (nobody pickedup calls have tried multiple days at different times) and try to raise feedback through website which apparently the website is under maintenance. What convenience just after pressing submit on the feedback. Please refund my money so I can go direct to JPJ since its taking this long.

One of the worst service that I ever come across. 😡 Checked the MyEG app status which still states, "processing" No one answers the calls or calls get cut off and no one replies to enquiry status of any email sent to them. Open the MyEG official website when click to "send us feedback" after filling up all the particulars, then send, the response states, server is on maintenance 🤯 😖⁉️

i need to register new account everytime i want to open and pay something, why is the system so bad? why is the use of this if you are not going to use it, very disappointed, its been like this the first time i used it 2018, and then 2019 now 2020 also after 3 account still cannot login. would love to give 5 star if this is fixed, but then again its been almost 2 year with no improvement.

This app need a constant monitoring, do not treat it like your over the counter service! When try to reset password, my IC becomes invalid / not in the system but when try to register again my email and username already taken meaning all my previous data is still in your system!

Dont use myeg..the service is totally rubbish! "Fast and easy service??" Totally rubbish. I waited almost 2months but got nothing.. schedule for appointment for the runner to download my photo ID, never come. Was advice to get a refund, but cannot get refund because the system has been updated to JPJ. Then, I have to wait for their runner to show up?? And wait for how many months more.? What kind of arrangement is this?? Seriously I'm not going to use this service anymore.

Same cases. Fail login, fail captcha, fail renew, fail apps, keep crashing, very unresponsive apps. "Please email to bla bla bla" and then want this want that submit this submit that..5-10month later. Nothing happen (currently we are facing hihh traffic of access. What a lame and retarded reason. Keep failling which considered more than USELESS apps. Please hire someone that very good handling this digitalize sytem kind of stuff. Not some cronyism hire men with very low IQ

The service is getting worse. Made payment by Tuesday but the dispatch only picked up the road tax on Friday. Called the dispatch to check on the delivery status but not reachable. Made another call to customer service at 11am but no one was answering the call. While finally there was someone to answer the phone, they only gave you robotic answer. Why made a promise of 2 days delivery when you cant perform? Better go to post office and get the new road tax yourself.

Truly an honest app.Downloaded it and tried to create a new account. Filled in everything on 1st page and pressed submit page. Nothing happens despite numerous tries with a 10 minute period Well, at least it failed to work on 1st page.

Feedback (2021). This is still my go-to app to renew my car insurance, roadtax, pay zakat and other available services. Imho, I don't think it's the app fault if a government related service is unavailable. Feedback (2019) User friendly app. I was able to apply for my car insurance and pay my samans via the app. It also helped to keep track of the delivery for road tax sticker and permit renewals stickers.

Useless app, I already registered it's said the user doesn't exist when log in than I tried creat new account its appear user already have existing account. Blady systems corrupted. It's better don't create the online system's if the government doesn't have proper way to handle the apps whenever it's needed. All the apps from Malaysia government really doesn't work well. Other countries are heading to digital world but ours country ?

Tried to renew road tax and added service for physical road tax delivery. Payment deducted from bank but no official receipt from myeg. Tried to check delivery status but no record. JPJ side also no update for new road tax. What we should do??? I have paid and payment already deducted from bank but i get nothing?? At least you provide the official receipt?

1. The MyEG app is problematic as it fails to detect my NRIC when I click on 'Forgot Username.' 2. The username entry is not user-friendly, as it is case-sensitive and limited to 10 characters, causing inconvenience when entering a familiar username or even one's full name. Due to these limitations, I have ended up with two MyEG accounts using different email addresses and login credentials.
