MY FERRARI CONNECT
MyFerrari Connect allows you to check all your car’s key information anytime. This information will also be shared with your dealer so that you can schedule any service work and plan your Ferrari’s maintenance quickly and easily.
In the MyGarage section you will find:
- reporting of any faults
- the state of your Ferrari’s Manettino, lights, sensors and fluid level,
- the condition of the engine, brake system, high-voltage (for plug-in hybrid cars), and low-voltage battery.
You can also monitor the car’s odometer and its last known location, meaning the last place the vehicle was switched off.

Doesn't work :( wants you to log in but can't because you haven't created an account, and then nowhere to create an account. Love Ferrari and love the idea, but please get it to work.

"Session times out" every time I try to enter pin? What a disappointment. Should have known the app was trash when seeing current ratings.

Why have an app if you aren't going to support it? I'm a customer and no one responds to the email address for gaining access to the app.

Really hard work to reinstall, and then all historical info I.e. garage had disappeared. Not at all user friendly

This app has to be a waste of time. Doesn't work. Always says failed to load data. Needed to call for assist and it's failed to load data. Please help to sort this out?

I'm a Ferrari owner. Tried to login and setup an account is simply impossible. Constant errors. Was not successful. Tried from app and tried from a pc. No go.

Very cumbersome to sign in and agree to the many permissions. Locked up at last stage trying to open after full sign-in on Android 9+.

No problems registering the app on my phone. I like the content and was really pleased to see the details of all my cars and my dealer pre-loaded. Looking forward to exploring further

Poor and worthless! I have been using the app for a while and I was hoping to see some significant improvements over the past few months but nothing happened! My Garage is very slow and always out of sync!

This has got to be the worst app i have ever used . Worked fine for 2 days , been frozen ever since . Cant get in. Uninstalled , reinstalled, doesnt matter and clearly no one there paying attention to it. Same on ipad as android. Got in and now says dont own car since july 23 ? Just bought it 5/31/23. Car maker of high priced exotic cars cant make an app work ? Concerning

A lot of problems installing app, not a user friendly install or useing. Could not register on cell, had to reg on a laptop then install app. App runs nice once installed. Now trying to edit cars owned but not letting me edit, painfull.

App has potential. I want to love it. It glitches every now and then, is slow at times after clicking on a command, and navigating through the app isn't very smooth.

Good ideas but bad execution. My app crashes every time I try to send a request. Pretty dissapointed for ferrari standards.

This is the updated app? Still doesn't work correctly. Won't upload vehicle documents. Mostly pushes you to buy a new car. Lame

This has become an interactive review w/app developers regarding my ongoing experience. The team has helped immensely in developing the app to suit my ownership history and library thus far as they've continued to provide updates as I provide feedback. Throughout the process, the site often glitched or flashed error messages, but in each time I provided feedback, my issues were addressed. Now I just wish I could upload my status as a long term shareholder (!).
