I have changed my car and there's no option to edit my car details, neither I can delete my old car and add a new car as my society allows to register only one car. I've searched all of interest but there's no explanation on how to edit/delete vehicle details. Why? Why such a simple option not provided? How can I resolve this issue?

MyGate has blocked access to "Frequent Entries" by showing "Upgrade to Premium" Ad and forces every user (not even apartment) to buy their so called Premium subscription for INR 999/year. It is a worst strategy and design despite claiming Premium subscription will allow more duration, etc. Their support team repeated failed to understand the issue and responds with irrelevant content. Worst experience. Time has come for all societies to ditch MyGate and move to a genuine application.

Developers getting money hungry. If you make previously free features paid for no added functionality, users will switch to another app and force the society to switch. Frequent entries are now paid for some reason. Yearly membership is 999? for what? maintaining a tiny server? and the number of ads oh my god

All good. But finding a maintenance option is difficult and not easy to use for old age people. The developer is requested to take this feedback and have an easy mode for old age people.

I don't get any notification on my phone whenever someone is entering the society. Unfortunately Guard everytime had to call and seek my permission..This is really frustrating..I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still facing the same issue..Ur tech support team needs to figure out this issue and help me sort it out

Latest update is full of ads. Every app serves ad to monetize. But bundling of ads with critical notifications under same notification category is plain unfair trade practice. Then they have the audacity to copy paste the same response in reply. Google created notifications category for a reason. And these company is blatantly violating it.

Frequent entry pr-approval now requires payment Rs.99 per month. A feature that was being used now from the beginning gives an error message 'You have discovered a premium feature!' . I can watch a full month of Apple TV+ for Rs. 99 but to create a few frequent pre-approvals every month I have to pay the same amount. Must think we are morons. Must petition housing complex to get rid of this trash app.

Earlier the app was free and good, the service of the team was also good.. Now they started charging, the services are non existent and the app is super loaded with ads, too cluttered. There is no app for the Admins to manage the services and the user interface website is not a website. It's a buggy page.

Selling premium for just preapproval frequently is too much. It sucks that they make previously free features paid eventually. If you want to charge , do it for new features rather than tricking people into getting it for free and making it paid when they get used to it.

Due to apps requirement to operate in the background, it is consuming battery. Why can't the important entry exit notification be sent without working in the background? All other apps function properly. And I have to disable forceful selling ads notifications by community members and this new issue arises. Entry exit notification is controlled by this app and that itself is creating an issue.

Running on an ad based platform doesn't mean that you get the right to fill every section with ads. At the very least keep the 'Notice' section free from ads, so that when there is an actual notice I am notified. At present, ads are posted in disguise of notices. This bugs me at a level where I feel like getting rid of the app every time an ad pops up as a NOTICE.

STOP THIS, MYGATE!! I hate the ad notifications. Why should you disturb me with notification which are not at all important? And its forced; there's no way to turn it off. Moreover, you guys even get on my mail inbox with your ads every once in a while. I understand monetization and all, but you better stop forcibly disturbing us like this. STOP USELESS ADS DISGUISED AS NOTIFICATIONS!

Notifications are not working on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, Android 14. No options are visible under notifications settings. I am unable to enable e-intercom. Support ticket was opened about 3 weeks ago & also had a screen-share session with tech-support however, they couldn't resolve the issue. I was asked to wait until next update of app is released. I am still waiting, meanwhile my ticket was marked closed "Temporarily". Definitely not happy with the app and the support both. It doesn't work!

From few months, I experienced that, " incoming calls does not ring, when any visitor waits at the gate". If someday rings, voice communication can not be done, as there is sound can be heard by the either side. Developer should look into this defect seriously, otherwise we will opt to switchover to another gate application. Now this application works very well as on 16/06/2024 after updates.

Reasonably functional app. Rating 2 stars because of MyGate double dipping - even if the apartment is on a paid version of MyGate, the app installed on phone is shown as the "free" version and requires payment to make it "ad free". RIDICULOUS!!! Misleading response... This is how the app is, no change in behavior since the last 2 years. Now WITH EVEN MORE ADS!!

1. It is not allowing to clear notifications. App is forcing us to open the notification, otherwise notifications stay forever 2. Another issue similar to above. If any notification comes when the phone is locked, app is automatically opens the notification as soon as you unlock forcing you to look at the message Update based on developer comments: This still didn't make sense. There is a max character limitation here so reach out to me if you are really interested

HATE the new revamped look and experience on the app. Everything is harder. Can barely see the matchstick size photo of whoever is asking for entry, cannot sort visitor details, have to constantly refresh the app because it shows data from three weeks ago. Very very disappointing and sad that you guys had to go and ruin the experience when things were going pretty well. Very displeased. Wish I could give this a minus zero.

The app is buggy. After going to "Communications" tab, if a discussion contains more text and when 'readmore' is tapped nothing happens and also the 'back' arrow doesn't work. I am unable to upload pictures from Google Drive. Once the app is minimized while typing some text in communications, the text which is already typed is gone after switching to MyGate and it needs to be typed again. Please rectify these bugs.

Allows you to enter an international phone number but OTP never comes through. It seems they don't test all their functionality. With so many NRI apartment owners/residents, this could be so useful to have it working properly. The support staff did not do anything to help and could not even understand/acknowledge the issue. Their focus was only on working around the problem by using some other phone number instead of taking the feedback to the technical team.
