The application is easy to use; however, the bug related to lock history needs fixing. Currently, it only displays unlock actions done via the app and does not show the history of unlocks made using the fingerprint or passcode.

Mygate smart devices app is easy to use. I am using Mygate Locks with this app. I was able to configure the lock easily with the app and get all the updates.

I have MyGate Lock SE with Gateway installed. whenever I try to unlock it via app, it asks me to turn ON bluetooth even though I have gateway installed. if I turn On bluetooth, it will show a message that is attempting to unlock via bluetooth. at times when I kill and relaunch the app Im able to unlock on 3rd or 4th attempt in short im not able to unlock via app majority of the times inspite of having a wifi gateway.

I've been using the Mygate smart lock for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer for my home security. I have Mygate SE installed on my door. Additionally, I have a gateway installed. The lock battery levels keep on fluctuating. Additionally, as many users have been requesting here and Amazon, the app should support locking the device when gateway is installed. I have been using Lavna LA16. When I installed the gateway, it gave me support to remotely lock the device via App, along with realtime lock status. Remote status and locking is a must have feature if we need to disable Auto Lock.

Mygate has launched theie smart locks recently. I have been using this for a week now. The interface is easy to use. I like the features provided. The notifications and logs are really helpful to know who is accessing my door. Thanks mygate and I highly recommend people to try this if you are looking to purchase a smart door lock

Works well. Integrates well with the mygate app. All the settings of the lock is seamlessly transferred to all users and the mygate app too. Have some lock related feature requests 1. Allow multiple pass windows per day. Some users might was the door to remain unlocked from 8 to 10 AM and 6 to 8 PM daily. Right now I can set only one time period a day. 2. Have some way to lock the door other than auto-lock. These are natural requests coming from regular use. The app is wonderful.

I bought Mygate smart door lock plus for its remote capabilities, but there's a major flaw: I can create guest PINs remotely, but I can't delete them unless I'm physically near the lock. What if a guest becomes a problem while I’m away—or halfway around the world? Remote access should mean full control, not half-measures. This is a serious oversight and shows a lack of thought in the software design. Until remote PIN deletion is possible, this lock fails to deliver it's core promise
