Some options are a bit unituitive (i.e. funding your HSA took me a while to figure out). Otherwise, the app itself works well.

can't, won't, doesn't log me on. I can get into my account via a browser, but this app won't. it clears the username with the password entry.

I use it bc I have to, the web interface is worse. Annoying that it won't save log in information.

This company makes it extremely difficult to use you HSA account. Even though it is my money they steady treat it like it's their money. My company just switched to these guys this year. I'm guessing because it was the cheapest place they could find and they are constantly denying payments to my dentist and doctors and for prescriptions. If you call they give you the runaround they just want to keep my money instead of using it for the medicine I put the money on there for. Horrible service

Totally unclear what types of documents are required. Seems arbitrary sometimes and don't get response back for a week or so. Doesn't show balances in the right pages. Not great UI experience.

App is nice but has issues with the camera stuff. I have installed it 3 times and still has the same issue when opening the scan option it causes an error and wont open, also when uploading a receipt it doesnt allow you to pull from your gallery only direct picture. I really wish the scan option worked as it would come in handy when out n about.

Can't​ even sign onto the app as the keyboard on the screen blocks the button and there is no way to scroll to it. Not sure who programmed it, but they need to go back to school and learn how to may an app usable. They have never gotten the issue fixed in over 3 years what a bad app and app development team

App does not work at all with password managers, such as Keeper. Pressing my login on my keyboard to auto fill my info causes the app to flash white, and nothing is auto filled. Having to copy/paste between the app (which is even less secure) is a pain as well because it clears fields when switching back and forth between my password manager app and this one.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. The website is down to "undergo enhancements" and doesn't provide a timeframe for when it will be back up. I need to get my most recent statement, so I thought I'd try going through the app. I downloaded it, but when I try to open it, I get an error that says it's unable to establish a connection and to check my network. There is nothing wrong with my wifi or data. This so frustrating...

Financial part is fine, but authentication is a horrible experience. It seems like most of the time biometric authentication tells me I can't use it and have to enter my credentials anyways. And the credential fields aren't compatible with using a password manager or EVEN copy-pasting a password from my password manager app into this app, which makes it really hard to use a generated password. And when I had to reset my password, same thing -- I had to manually enter my new auto-generated pw.

On an Android phone, when I take pictures of receipts and it loads to the app they are usually flipped 90 degrees. The app camera can't tell if my phone is in portrait or landscape mode when taking pictures. This is very annoying. If it's going to do, this put in an editing feature so I can flip my pictures 90 degrees at a time until they are correct.

Pretty good app for the service. I'll keep my thoughts on the service separate, but the app does have some room for improvement. The viewfinder for the camera, when using the app to directly take pictures, seems to show the primary camera on my phone but the actual photos are taken with the telephoto camera. Either that, or it zooms in a lot more with the viewfinder then the actual photo comes out to be. The UI is also a bit bland. Aside from that, it's a pretty good app!

The app is just okay. It provides quick access to my account, but doesn't allow you view all of the messages that are sent to you nor does it allow you upon receipts saved on your phone. You only take photos of receipts, so it's not possible to save a receipt or PDF to your phone and then upload it later using the app. I have to log in to the website on my phone and upload the PDF there. If I have to do that, it kind of makes the app useless.

Amateur hour at its finest. The app is poorly designed Biometrics keeps losing connection. This is very bad usability. They don't even care enough to fix it. If I need to upload a receipt why is my only option to take a photo? Most receipts are in pdf format from an email. Not many people one use physical receipts in 2024. Give the option to upload from your phone file system. Otherwise this app is worthless. An app shouldn't take away features from the main website.

I have to use the app because of HSA. It is one of a few apps that is not compatible with 1password. Even worse, it does not allow paste when setting a password. This makes it very difficult to setup a long random strong password using a phone keyboard. Changing screens during password entry will erase the username and anything you have typed into the password field. With all of this it is just easier to give up and put in a short, easy to remember password which is very concerning.
