I keep ending up on hold with support for hours. Ive lost a job because i cant access any results due to "MHO account already exists for these medical records" and hours spent on hold, loads of messages sent, not one time has anyone ever responded. The app even crashed when i tried using it instead of the website. Im tempted to get litigious. If the hospital made another account for me, i cant even try to figure out how to get into it or if they did, because the support system seems unmanned

App could be better. Seems to lack basic quality assurance testing. Profile pic is always upside down. Does not appear to be integrated well with hospital records as emergency contact settings and insurance provider need to be added.

payment history never updated. Will outsource to HCA Parallon, never accurate. Has access to your payments and still calls, after specifically being told to stop, calling. I made payments. I'd prefer to give less than a star 🌟 ...not an option. The sad thing, I interact with both groups through work.

Here lately as soon as you log in it logs you out. That gets very annoying having to log back in and out just to see your messages from your physician. Also it does not include a whole list of things that it should. It only includes basic medical information not everything you would on a normal patient portal.

Had to download the app, fill in personal info, and create a new password. Made it to the state and facility choices and it would not open the facility, and allow me to choose the one that I use. Didn't even make it in for the pre-registration questionnaire, for a CT scan appointment. What a waste of my precious time.

I like the app and everything was uploading pretty good until I got to the part where it was verifying the photo of my insurance card. It kept showing that it was verifying the info for 12 minutes. I just skipped that part. Other than that, I like the app.

Convenient just wish I could pay with my debit card through the app without having to call and set it up through a person. Otherwise it takes three or so days to actually hit my account. That part sucks when you're on a budget!!

Can't put in the expiration date for a credit card. It only lets you put in the numbers and not the /. Its the same for the phone on the website even if you change it to desktop mode. Plus on the app if you click on pay the bill it sends you to the website. What's the point in the app.

Save your phones storage and data and just use the website, there is no difference between the app or website **both currently are unable to provide provider notes/summary. The app sometimes would glitch and send you into a sign in circle by requesting you to sign in when you already are. Just use the website, no glitches or headaches when using website. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP. I DO RECOMMEND USING THE WEBSITE ONLY

This app is absolutely pointless for paying your bill through. It doesn't keep your sign in when taking you to the payment portal. It actually takes you out of the app for this purpose. Once outside the app akd in the pay portal it never accepts the account number given to you via email, (I onow my DOB, and last 4) why is the number given to me wrong every single time? Absolutely worthless.

The app requires an account number to pay bills even when you're signed into the app, but it is nowhere to be found. It also loops endlessly on a captcha if you decline its request to know location, with no way to directly enable location in the login. It doesn't make any sense to require my location to pay my bill!

nice to have all info in one place. but provider reports are stored in the "visits" tab and do NOT show up in the medical records available for sharing. No print option available in the "visits" tab. and if accessing from a windows pc..visits tab does not even exist. so no provider repPC. info is available at all from a windows pc.

The staff beginning with pre-op was excellent, and to release from in patient stay at TOCH was very good. I was very frustrated with the release coordinator who had not gotten back to me at time of discharge. I had finally gotten with the hospital doctor that assured me that staying an extra night would be covered via Medicare. At this time I have not heard from in house nursing, although I have been assured that they will be contacting me. ????

Disappointed when I share reports it's in gibberish instead of what I see in the portal. There's no way to print from the portal. So, your stuck not being able to anything

This app & its corresponding portal create an incredibly frustrating experience when trying to access my health data. From the excessive time it takes to log in & for records to load, to the confusing layout & incomplete information within the documents themselves, the entire system feels poorly designed. The verification process adds another layer of unnecessary difficulty. This lack of usability makes it incredibly challenging to manage my health info.A complete overhaul of user interface need

Waited nearly 2 weeks for important results. Had to go to medical records to get a hard copy. I messaged the help desk 3 days ago. Crickets. Not helpful. Update 4/11. The app has no help feature that I can find and no response to emails that I've sent. The results have been completed but are not on my "Myhealthone" account. That app is handy when it works but I was hoping for reliable as well. Downgraded to a single star since help for this app's failure, from anywhere, is unavailable.
