MyICA Mobile App (1) provides a one-stop platform for Singapore residents and foreign visitors to transact with ICA conveniently. The features include:
• SG Arrival Card (2) for residents and visitors to submit health declaration and arrival information
- Provide personal information with ease by scanning the passport biographical data page;
- Provide a group submission for up to 10 travellers; and
- Retrieve submitted records with ease.
• Gateway to e-Services & MyICA portal
- Access existing ICA e-services and MyICA portal on your mobile phone.
Note:
(1) The download and use of MyICA Mobile App is free of charge.
(2) The SG Arrival Card is NOT a visa. Visitors can visit Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website to check if they need a visa to enter Singapore.

Cannot download the app, seems to download when install is clicked but after 15 seconds reverts to the original screen without installing the app. I am an android user, no problem with my wife's phone who is on IOS. Is there an issue with Android or Samsung users?

Always full of problems. Always needed to download and update. Sometimes stuck in mobile not loading. Many compatibility problems. It is even worse if uou reach the airport only remembering you need to do this, you will be faced with many different issues

Most excellent. Maybe add Paywave or Paynow payment modes at causeway customs now, so drivers don't have to fumble about with a cashcard? Or upgrade your systems so they won't hang as often? But I guess scholars aren't interested in fixing legacy issues.

There was no notification at all. Only found out passports were ready for collection when I did online application status check. Plus one passport photo was rejected, again only found out when I did the online status check 4 weeks after submission. Do you know how annoying that is? Why have the notification function if no one bothers to give update. This is not being efficient. Super disappointed with ICA.

You have to use this app to fill up a pre-arrival declaration. However, on the Declaration page, all radio buttons are missing, preventing you from proceeding. What a fantastic piece of software!

Contrary to developers response Search icon for places does NOT work at least, on either pixel 5 or 6. Simply causes app to freeze. Then have to restart from beginning and manually scroll the list of ten thousand places. Separate it into 2 or 3 screens, each with relevant options like country,state, town

Kind of confusing. Seems like a lot of online implications. And Autopass Renewal is nowhere to be found. Driving in only gets more and more complicated!!! The officers said we have to renew the Autopass online and wait for 2 weeks. But, some people are saying, Autopass is no longer in need!!! What if, you travel in different vessels or companions at times? This thing here is a lot of mess to be!!!

This app cannot read properly the MRZ portion of the passport. Even worse if you take a mobile pic of your passport. It doesn't register.

The QR function works perfectly. Easy to set up, fast to clear the customs even though we had 5 in the car! Really good job to ICA for pushing out this function 👍

The app is lousy! Can't even scan the passport details probably. After scanning, you would see some details were wrongly. After I have edited the IC number and passport number and saved it, it would disappeared again. It happened a few times after I have edited and saved a few times. I gave up! Reply to the response: Then you should have a note there informing people about it. It was because after I have saved, I went to double check in case there is error in the info and we encounter problems

Immigration cannot retrieve my QR code information, I tried many time Scan method, manual key-in method, edit information and re-install application, repeat and repeat but still doesn't work! Immigration still can not retrieve my particular from my QR code, the funny things is when using the same phone and application to input my friend passport information then the immigration can read the QR code and the system can retrieve my friend information correctly But mine still need to present pasport

Good in theory, poor execution. Uploaded all of the details for 6 passengers. When trying to enter individual declarations the app hangs and cannot progress. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Re-entered all the data for 6 passengers. Same error. Has the potential to be a very useful app, but currently is a waste of time.

Was good at the start. Once i changed passport due to insufficient pages. I tried to create new profile. But singpass passport details is not updated to the new passport yet. So unable to do the QR code profile.

Supposed to be able to create profile for QR code with Singpass, but cannot, and no reason given. Feedback form is baffling! Cannot seem to upload the feedback text. I would give zero star rating if I could. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

SG Arrival card can be done on websites. Do you need an app for this? Also, why mandate your citizens to make declarations when returning home (cumbersome) - when most other countries don't have such bureaucratic requirements? This app seems like a waste of taxpayers' money - trying to create one app (don't know how much it costs) just for these few services.

Update: bug fixed, works great now - thank thank you for sorting it out ICA! Rating updated. Appears to have a bug in foreigner arrival card - when you enter your airline and flight number there is an extra drop down below it which is blank but requires an entry - so you cannot proceed further

I think perhaps it's best to have in Chinese version of the app as well. It would be great. Hope to see it in Chinese version soon. As not all understand in English. Especially the elderly.
