Ok. I'm done. Sometimes fight covid game is just stuck at loading. Now I got prizes from infinity plan but okmytel icon isnt showing any notification and stuck at loading. So i thought i could send feedbacks with screenshots but after choosing screenshot it kept getting back to home interface. This is a big joke that in-app send feedback feature is not working. What are you guys developers even doing?

This application is useless because this app UI is very complicated and confused. It's difficult to find to buy data and voice package. I think it is difficult to use for normal users. This app always showing error when you click Your account to see main balance, remaining data and voice package. This app need to improve more and more.

Not that good. A lot of ads and pop-ups. That's still fine. But, what makes me upset is that the app is taking too long to load the page about my registration, data plan, and remaining balance etc. We are not here only for gaming and bonuses. We want to use a good internet service. We don't mind paying for it as long as it is running smooth. Please get it fixed asap.

People who hack the game and play it should be banned. It should only be at the glove level. If you give more points than the big prize of 200-500mb, people's interest will be polarized.Thanks

Why i can't play the Infinity game(Myidgo)? But this app is really good for me. It has a lot of prize in that game. I just wanna play game back. I think,they should solve that errors.Thanks.

The previous app "my Mytel" was really good.From my point of view, it was really easy to use and didn't eat too much data at all. The new app is really confusing for me. It also uses a lot of ram to process and even after using this much ram,it doesn't work properly. Sometimes, it just freezes.It ate 200 MB of data in just a few minutes. Really disappointed. The new was supposed to be more convenient and easy to use.

What a disappointment the my id game is take a lot of ram and data.world mode is full of errors i die by error more than die by monsters and i think the game would be alot better if it wasn't a pay to win game and you guys should also ban the players that are cheating cuz you can clearly see on the leader board

Hello Devar, your's App was more and more bugs coming out from updating. Even home page can't display now. The worse and useless devar team of sim provider in Myanmar. The only one sim app with ads link , shame on you.

Consume a lot of data on the application. When I try to buy package without data (only with phone bill) it took about 200 ks from me. In a second. Then, I don't have enough bill to buy the package. Please fix the data usage.

Could you please remove the chat function from the app? Some users are using it to find partners, which is not a problem for me, but some leave incorrect phone numbers in there as far as I concerns, and that leading to numerous wrong calls that are quite annoying for me. This app should focus solely on Mobile bills or data, not on dating. Thank you.
