What a joke. 30 minutes to make a simple top up and I didn't even succeed because it kept telling me to please wait..... Honestly monkeys in the Amazon can do a better job of running a company. What a joke of an app and a company.

The gig finish within 2 days. And there is no track of usage. Doesn't make any sense.

The app was good,but suddenly doesn't open anymore on my mobile keep saying loading application ,and on my tablet works fine.

Removing the manual payment was a very bad and s..... decision. Removing an already existing functionality just to make user pay more.

The payment does not go through each month. Just a way to rank up some fees with a supposed 'error' what a JOKE.

Pointless as debit card top up doesnt work. Once payment is confirmed with Revolut, this app just resets and asks to enter all details again from beginning.

Very bad experience, the wifi doesn't work at all, it disconnects every time and the internet speed is terrible. Don't buy it

I used to use it for various things and at a point the system was great now it's back to a decline, a dictatorship that doesn't even allow the user to play the way they want, and it they do they are charged for it, they seem to want people to go to other systems

Bad customer service, even worse app design and top up payments. Can't fix their own WiFi when needed. Phone can't connect to melitaWiFi and use the free 20 GB every customer is supposed to have every month, even though I'm a customer and top up every month. Just tragic honestly.

Earlier it was working smooth but since 4 to 5 months the debit card recharge is not working... After putting all the details of card,the next page shows ((redirecting,please wait)). And this screen is stable for hours...it suppose to ask for OTP but it is not working.

Disappointed with the app.π©π©π© At the end of contract, one no longer gets access to the account from the app and since Melita decide to deduct the full monthly amount from the bank, instead of a pro rata, π ends up with pro rata credit on the Melita account (which can't be accessed anyway)π€. To get the refund, there's no online form option and one has to print the form πand send it to Melita by email or in person. π€¦π»ββοΈπ£π²πππ Where is your environmental responsibility?π€

The app is really slow and not very innovative. To pay a bill or top up there isn't even an auto fill option for your credit card. Having to type it in every time is very inconvenient especially coming from such a big company.
