The app is useless: can't connect over WiFi network what's that suppose to mean, has plenty of worthless features. I think Google should really look into the "zero" star rating. Plus the app's not the least user friendly.

MTN MOBILE is good but sometimes it doesn't work well. You get a problem it takes long to get to customer service.

I wished I could change the language once i open the app, I'm not particularly fluent in French and that's a huge barrier to my experience as getting it to English. Overall, great app

I downloaded this app hoping to improve my network connection, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to its promises, The Mtn service is poor in all domain we pay enough money but all they do is give us bad services and they never work on it this service is very poor don't use this app 😡

The app is very useless with bugs while opening all time and it also logs you out at times. Also the promised free 1gb is a lie 🤥 I just put 1 ⭐ because they can't choose zero

The app isn't loading. If I could give this app 0 stars I would have given it. The next thing I wanted to use this app to complain but I couldn't is that. I have been activating data with my Momo the Money is reducing but the data is not arriving. What kind of level of theft is this. MTN CAMEROON

This is the second time of me updating this app the first time I did the update they said they've given me 1GB free but i didn't see it. Now I've still updated it and it crashes, they keep saying that my number is invalid. This update is messed up. It has created two MyMTN apps in my phone now

It seems to be good but the only problem is the language of dialog is only in French so I think you guys should make it an option in the screen to change the language to English before signing up I could not do anything because everything was in French given the security question in French so you should make the app to in ENG & FR

When someone complains about funds missing due to the purchase of a bundle you people do nothing to remedy this problem, even the multiple messages of free data you keep saturation my message box after installing the app never arrives. Right now orange is leading the market in my area because of your multiple defects.

Can't connect via a working WiFi network. Needs to be on mobile data to work. Also, you need to be bilingual. Two braincells are better than one. Now it opens a web interface. With MoMo app, you don't need to have data to access it.

I lost so much money last Thursday. I purchased data using my MoMo, only for it not to arrive. I have contacted the company via email, and through other social media platforms yet nothing has been done. I didn't even get a response. To be frank I am very disappointed and next year I am definitely switching to any other network, because the degree of theft and customer service are awful. What makes it worse is, this is not the first time this is happening!

The automatic free 1 GB they claim to offer on installation of the app is a scam. It's a propaganda. I downloaded the app and nothing came. The app is not language friendly and is full of bugs. I wish zero star option was available. I'm un-installing.

This is the worst app Google has ever allowed. Which app need a website to open but will never open only consuming our data connection. MTN is the worst network ever cuz the degree to theft is outstanding I always buy airtime but MTN gives me half or no airtime at all Even if it's give it will get finished without even being consumed. I definitely hate MTN and am gonna change network

I easily get access to all my credit and data balances without the need to remember codes. Also buying of bundles is easier. However the experience for WiFi connection and MTN data connection is different. Took me a while to figure it out therefore not very usable. Also switching between the tabs takes longer than expected. Nice app though.

New UI, same old boring and useless app. Do like the Orange MaxIt app or even better. You allow individuals to have up to 3 registered numbers. It will be nice to manage every aspect of those 3 different numbers from 1 app. Switching accounts shouldn't be a problem. No need for USSD.
