Ce n'est pas du tout facile à utiliser. Il y a plein de fonctionnalités qui ne fonctionnent pas et quand tu n'as plus de connexion internet elle ne marche pas j'ai été obligé d'activer un forfait internet sur un autre réseau afin de pouvoir ouvrir l'application pour activer le forfait que je voulais. Il faudrait peut être prendre exemple sur l'application de Orange.

Le style de cette application est médiocre. Même l'application de "Orange et Moi" a un design beaucoup plus mieux que celle-ci. Le design de cette application ressemble à une application qui a été faite en 2013 or c'est tout récemment qu'elle a été faite et cela ne donne pas envie de rester sur cette application, contrairement à Orange et Moi. Customer care service is very bad. I have lost the application password as well as the answer to the security question to reset the password. For that, I went to MTN store, I inquired, even the phone number is linked to my name, still they were not able to give me the password of the application or solve my problem immediately. I also sent many mails on MTN official email id for the same issue but they don't even care about customer's complaint. Worst service ever.
