Not optimized. Every single time I do a face scan it turns out fine except for my whole face below my nose I ALWAYS get a much brighter skin color on my face thus making my face 2 seperare colors that makes it look horrible and immersion breaking. Fix it!

What's the actual purpose of this app? I mean, there's nothing here to actually do or anything that you can use. Pointless download. Deleting immediately.

Horrible, everytime I want to sign in it does the text verification but in order to see the message I have to exit the app. If I exit the app I have to restart the process and it says to many requests. FN pathetic, worst app I've ever used!

It's been what, 10 years since face scan became a thing? In that time, you've managed to add music to the companion app and improve the face scan so minutely that it feels like I'm stuck in 2015. I can't imagine not being embarrassed every time you put this out. This is just laughable.

Only 1 star so I can comment...so we clearly all agree the face scan is trash. And yet they still haven't fixed it despite our reviews and us spending our money with them. Time for action!! #Boycott2k

Face scan is terrible tried for 20 minutes finally got it but it said there was an issue. 2k should be ashamed.

Come on Nba2K... You definetly should be ashamed you haven't fixed the face scan app by now. My 5 year old grandson probably could've developed a better program than this.

Face scan does not work. Quality check failed most of the time whether I use an iPhone 15 Pro Max or Samsung S24 Ultra. Trash app.

Face scan sucks horribly. Last year's wasn't great but at least you knew where to put your face when doing the scan

Absolutely. Awful design in order to sign in, they send you an email with a code. But if you try to open up your email, it closes the app. And reset it every time meaning, it has to send a new code, which means you have to go into your email and look at it again, which means it resets the app, which means you need a new code, which means it sends it to your email again, which means it resets your app, which means you need. A new code which means you're never going to be able to log in.

Face scan is terrible. Don't try it if you have a beard. No matter what lighting you try, it will discolor the lower part of your face.

This is a horrible app for the face scan no matter how bright my room is the camera is still pitch black I can't even see myself. The only reason I'm rating this 1 star is cause of the face scan if you guys could fix this it would be good, this is unacceptable there is no reason for the camera to be pitch black even though its day time and I have so much light coming into my room. I will not be using this app till it gets fixed.

The old app with the facial tool was bad, and yet they've somehow got it worse. Uploaded successfully once and looked like my face had melted. Tried again and it just keeps freezing at 50%, time after time. Trash app 🗑

Doesn't allow new face upload.. Keeps old one! Then the one thats uploaded looks nothing like me at all. Black marks all over my face looks like I've been in a car accident or fight. Not cool 2k not cool! FYI the order version is better! It keeps on getting worse year by year! Seems to me since they've added all the other features to the game. They're not focusing as much on the small things that matter alot to the consumer and player. Especially the players that loves playing 2k MYcareer!
