I bought a belt. The images displayed for the product in app are different from one another (like 3 to 4 different belts). It is very confusing to understand what is the actual product. Unfortunately the product delivered is completely different from what images are displayed.it is almost like that for all the belts. Didn't expected this myntra. So careless .

Mytra had stooped down in their service and trust worthiness... delivering the wrong products or canceling the products happened 4 times this month. I am very disappointed for spending time, and they also charge 20rs platform fee for each purchase. Got another product which was of wrong size delivered today ( 25-05-2024). When contacted customer care got the same reply that you can return the product. No point in speding time and money.

Such a horrible experience I'm going through from this app..I shopped so many things through this app..bt this time I got disappointed..I purchased 4 items on 27th May.Due to quality issues I have returned them.Even I have got the messages of initiation of my refund but it has not reflected in the bank account. I'm worried more about because it is said on the app of my device that the refund has been credited instantly. The total amount is 1383.Kindly figure this out..
