I created an account today, registered my card, and tried to transfer the money to my bank account. As I set up the transfer, I was automatically kicked back to the login screen and have been unable to log into my account since. If I use the app, or the website on a desktop computer, it will not let me log in and just gives me an error saying, "There was an error logging in, check your internet connection and try again." Mind you, I have tried this on 2 different networks. One is 1gb fiber.

Usernames via the app are limited to 20 characters... The web UI works fine, the app does not accept my long email address to log in. Simple character limit expansion to correct. Contacted the dev, and they're requesting a whoooole lot of personal info to look into it. I'm not providing it for you to fix your app. I'll just use the web UI to get my balances, and let the stars do the talking.

This app is absolute trash. You can't activate your new card by phone because the system will not recognize your card number. So, when you go to the website to activate your card, you get to an error 404. The website is not found. If you download this app to activate your card, you'll be forced to create an account. HOWEVER, the email field will be pre populated with some digits that you can't remove. But the app will not let you continue without a valid email. YOU CAN'T ENTER A VALID EMAIL!

This app works fine. The only Issue that I have is that the app is only useful to see the card balance. There are no options as to what to do with the balance. Please add an option to transfer funds into a bank account. This option is available on the website, but it would be convenient to add it to the app. Thanks!

The app is fine. their fraud detection is awful. It frequently blocks purchases I try to make online, so I call customer service and it's always the same thing. transaction blocked because of our fraud detection system, please try again in 30 minutes. And you get a 50 cent decline fee. The one time I did have fraudulent charges, they didn't catch it. And they were charges in a different state at a airport lol. Also if you get a new card you have to register a new account in the app or website.

It was working fine for a week or so and now it keeps crashing for the last two weeks. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same issues. Nice when it worked, wish someone knew what they were doing. Update: I uninstalled and updated to the new app. I also re-registered my card and it now works perfectly fine! TG!!

Starting near the beginning of the month I've been unable to log in. It gives me a "wrong credentials" error even though I've not changed anything and it used to work. I go to their website and I get a network error and am not allowed to do a password recovery. However, the "Express Login" works still so I'm not completely SOL

DO NOT DOWN LOAD THIS APP UNLESS YOU WANT A HEAD ACHE!!!! Created an account that was hard to do because it kept giving me error messages. After I kept trying several times it let me in. When I tried to log in again it kept saying I had the wrong info and I was using the finger print to log in and I had my info saved so I know it was right. This app is useless they need to fix it. I tried to send them a message to customer service and I got an email saying it was blocked.

Update 12/26/21 The app hasn't been working for a week. I see many others are having the same problem. The app only shows your balance & pending charges. The website shows everything. I always check my balance before I go to the store because sometimes charges show up twice. It eventually fixes itself, but it would be embarrassing if my card was declined at the store even though I know how much money I should have. I really like that there aren't fees with each transaction.

Nothing but issues! Used this app to activate a card I received as a mail in rebate from EVGA. Tried to activate, key emphasis on tried, and it says "wrong card data" every time. I'm 100% positive I entered the correct info the 30+ times I've tried. So the app is no good, enter wirecard's website. Same exact issues as the app "wrong card data" everytime. Complaint issue filed with the BBB and BTW, has a BBB score of D with nothing but 1 star ratings. Really paints an ugly picture for wirecard!

Downloaded the app and tried to enter in my card infor multiple times, but it kept telling me the data was wrong. So then I went to the website to enter in the card info and it worked fine the first time. I set up an account on the website, then turned around and immediately entered in my login information into the app and it told me my login information was incorrect. Tried multiple times with the same result. This app was unable to do either of the 2 things it is supposed to do!

This is the WORST prepaid debit card ive ever used. They decline transactions when trying to withdraw money but then charge you .25 for the declined transaction, even when trying to withdraw significantly less than your balance. (Ex. Withdraw $50 with a "current balance" of $200) then you have 199.75. The app is as basic as it gets, as far as banking apps go. A list of transaction with minimal details, and a "current balance".

Had hard time installing app, got error message after error message. Then got part way thru the install and it didn't take my phone number kept adding numbers that wasn't mine. Finally it allowed me to finish install after trying for over a hour. Got to view my balance, and then when I tried to log in a couple days later, kept getting invalid credential message. Uninstalled app, not worth the time and effort.

Terrible app. When dealing with something that had to do with money and getting it done, it's completely useless. Pin isn't set nor did it allow me to set it every time I tried. The phone base sux in terms of getting through to the right area. When you're in a need, go with visa or something more reliable. Will never use these guys unless I'm given another gift card. Then I'll just beat that person silly for giving me that card.

Horrible! Tried installing twice and it won't even let me get passed the registering part. When I called customer service their suggestion was routing troubleshooting then to call them back in a day! One would think they would be more professional to have better servers for the app or to fix the issue then and there. I will just not install. Glad it's not my bank or I would be switching banks LOL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

All I wanted when I downloaded the app was to be able to register my card for online transactions. There's no option on the app for that. When you look up their help website it's split into links on Google, and you can't just log in and register your card. I wanted something very simple. I should've been able to use my card anywhere after activation and instead I'm stuck on some wild chase leading nowhere.

The app is not properly formatted, the numbers are overlapping each other, making it unreadable. The information is very minimal, and the charges are described differently than the website. There are no additional functions for transfers or deposits, the letters and numbers are too large making it an inconvenience to read and the options menu is barren and empty. Add a feature to use the NFC chip and use the mobile phone as a separate credit card, add interaction with other intl and US banks.

Worst card, ever. I only have it because of CSL Plasma. Anytime I try to make a purchase through Steam, X-Box, or Playstation, it gets declined even though there's more than enough funds. Called to complain about this issue, and was able to make a single $7 purchase on Steam. After that, it's back to being constantly declined again. Now, I just pull everything I can off at an ATM and dump it into make bank account. Oh, and the app to check your balance doesn't work half the time.

This app began well. Then, I was locked out. I reached out to customer service and the password was reset. Each time, a pop-up presents itself stating "Incorrect Username/Password or Account Locked". I have been told that the account is not locked. And to use a desktop to login to the account. Since I don't own one, I have to drive 10 miles into town, just to go to a library to check my account on a desktop!

No option to transfer funds to bank account on the app, tried it on the website but in order to transfer funds you have to have an email attached to the account. Tried about 12 times to enter my email address and it will not save on browser. No option to edit to contact info on app. So essentially the transfer feature is useless. This app SUCKS.
