A 4 Star for now because I just tried it out and it worked as intended. My recipient has not received it yet, so I don't want to get too excited. I created a basic, I photo card with 2-3 lines on the back and was charged $1.99, so I'm pretty satisfied! The real test is coming shortly when my wife tries it from southern Africa.

I had a pleasant experience with the app. Feature and Outlook was simple and easily understood.. The app takes you step by step to the final and made the process easy. i suggest everyone using this app, to go to regular browser online and create account and add addresses in the address book and then come to app to select the recipients.

I really like almost everything about this app. But they will not take my money! I have attempted to buy credits through the app AND the website (using Paypal) at least 20 times or more ... and the transaction never posts. So, until Paypal actually works in conjunction with this app, I guess it will remain a good idea only.

Really enjoy the app for what it does and features related to that. It would be nice though if the currency information showed correctly for my region. The app shifts between showing me the Euro icon and USD icon depending on the screen, it also shows non-US money notation when used in the US ( 35,0 vs 35.0) which I know what it is but would be confusing to most Americans.

I am now editing my review and it took 9 days to get to my home. that's fine by me. I absolutely love my postcard. The quality is great and although it did come a little bent its not noticable. I also thought the text would come blurry but it does not. Amazing. I also wish luck to the makers of the app and hope they make a tracking system for your orders very soon. other than that, it's amazing!! Thank you!!

Thanks to Google Maps, I was given the opportunity to get a free postcard as a reward for contribution. The app was easy to install, the quality of the postcard was quite good, it was easy to pick out the desired pictures (directly from mydrive) and format them in a way to best fit. I was able to surprise my wife on mother's day, and I sure got her good! Great app, highly recommend the service for quality postcards.

great concept, mediocre app, at best. imagine: you have picked out your photo, you crop, apply filters, border and text, you write your message, pick your font, address your message, then when you get a preview you notice the border has cut off a part of the image. you press the picture icon to adjust the crop and the app deletes all your work! no warning. I would wait to sign until the app applies some of the basics of user interface design

This app is confusing, so I'm not sure if I sent my postcards once or twice. I had a Google Rewards credit, but had to pay to have the postcards sent...? After spending over 30 minutes selecting & adjusting pictures for my second postcard, the app crashed and I lost all my work. The app said the photos were "downloaded" when I saved them, but I can't locate my pictures in the app or on my phone. Where did they go??? I do not recommend this app. Privacy does not seem to be guaranteed.

4.5 stars, but since I can't do that, I rounded to 5. I used this app when we went to China for 2 weeks. It's printed and mailed in USA, so mailing speed was ok...about 4 days. They don't process/print any cards Sat or Sun so that does slow down delivery. I'd recommend adding the ability to create and edit postcards offline (as data abroad is expensive and WiFi is limited to airports and hotels generally). I was even able to send a postcard in Russian. 2021 - still live using this app (4 years)

What a terrific app! It lets you control how many cards you buy and how often you send them, it's easy to use, they're quick, and the cards are truly top quality. The picture looks better on the card than when I print them at the photo center. We dumped TouchNote as soon as they tried to make us join their club for a monthly fee with two 'free' cards a month. REALLY? Some months I may send 20 cards and some months none.

Received a promotion to send my first postcard free and figured I'd give it a try. Simple and intuitive interface that's robust while also not being too feature rich like some other applications out there that require a degree to operate. This application is able to simplify the process and goes a step further by having an extremely low cost and high quality print shop that flawlessly handles all the logistical needs of the print process and the mailing aspect of it. In short a one stop shop. 🥰

Wonderful products in print, very high quality! Reasonably priced! You easily can add an address, then the company mails your selected item(s) to the chosen address you selected. You can now access your Google Photos quickly from the app. *There must have been a postal truck delivery problem in December as I am reading the reviews. Other than that month, their delivery has been fast. And their products look super!

If your image does not match the size of the MyPostcard app template, it is almost impossible to use. That seems to be all of my photos. Don't bother trying to move your photos around in the app, because it won't work if you need to move your image by more than 1 centimeter. I tried contacting MyPostcard help and they texted that there was nothing they could do. This seems like a stupid problem without a smart answer given that software engineers developed Photoshop before 2004.

I've sent 224 postcards using MyPostcard and watched this app get better and better through the last few years. Almost all of the recipients have commented about the high-quality of the postcards: the card material used and the quality of the printing. Lots of different styles to select from a good choice of fonts & easy change in font sizes. I tried three other apps before settling on MyPostcard, try it first before the other ones, this is the standard of comparison. (Android OS & Pixel 4)

Really wanted to like this app. The idea is great, the interface is clean, intuitive, and fun to use. Unfortunately, the postcards never arrived. I had two gift codes from Google, and sent two cards on separate dates. Neither made it to their destination. Might be the fault of USPS, but even so, it is a weak link in the process.

Got a free postcard from Google guides and thought it was cool. User interface was easy. but unfortunately my postcard got delivered with some random dude's picture on it and not the ones I picked. Can't give a good rating when it doesn't come out as it's supposed to. Unfortunately this was a bad first impression. I will update later if I try the app again, but I don't know if that will happen.

I can only speak of the post card portion of this app. This app was very easy and straightforward to use. The only part that caused some thinking was what picture(s) I wanted to use. Other than that you just type what you want written, pop in an address and boom, in a short week your postcard arrives. A couple weeks later I did it again with the same result. Try it out, it's pretty cool

I feel at this point it's a scam. I bought $35 worth of credit because it advertised an additional $20 for free. I have family across the country that I love sending photo post cards with updates and this seemed like a great way to do that. It charged my account but my credit has not shown up yet. Getting a hold of customer support is near impossible. I requested customer support but they sent a generic email saying someone would get back to me in 24 hours. At this point I just want a refund.

I have used this app for year! Very practical to send a one off card or batch cards. But very annoying when you want to send lots of different cards in a short amount of time, every time you go back to edit you lose everything and have to start again. I am getting very frustrated. Still haven't sent my new year card and and this app is making everything more difficult. I would have switched today if I did not have credit. The adress book and orders do not sync between devices.

My account was hacked and duplicated. Unalarmed, MyPostcard just offered to change my password to one account or delete one account. I used it happily for a long time. I am losing all my old relative contacts for thank you notes and Christmas cards. There was an unusual amount of credits on my account but no recent charge. When I asked them about it, they just deleted all credits without care to any I purchased myself. Finally, there is no option to freeze/delete account. The account remains.
