App has stopped working properly. It shows my points but fails to load my pets, perks, training and discover pages. It keeps telling me something went wrong on our part. I've closed it out, cleared cache, reloaded. Nothing works.

This is a scam. I spend a lot of money on dog food and now have over 2000 rewards points. Unfortunately the $10 off proplan dog food coupon is not available to claim (only the cat food is) the best I could do is $5 off a non proplan dog food which is useless to me. The free samples they claim to offer did not go through it just says "something went wrong". I did get a coupon for $6 off pro plan by signing up for a newsletter. But the coupon expires within a month so I won't be able to use it.

Cannot upload my receipts! I'll hit upload, but they don't get attached: nothing shows up in the "pending" section!!!!! I used both Android AND iOS/iPhone, and nothing works. I am using the latest version of the app (1.35.0). I called customer service and they told me to keep doing what I've been doing. This is ridiculous and upsetting since I've been a Purina buyer for DECADES... and one of my receipts worth nearly $90 is about to "expire" (i.e., almost "too old" to upload) due to this BS.

The app is a disaster. I have not received points for receipts submitted since 5/18/23. I use several receipt apps. Most of them instantly reward points for the purchase of specific items. It shouldn't take 10-14 days to reward points. I won't even go into the issues I had creating pet profiles. If the intent of the app is to create loyalty and goodwill for customers, Purina has clearly failed in the execution.

Horrible app! Receipts only worked correctly on the first time using the app. Now they upload as failed every SINGLE time whether I upload or capture the picture AND today it won't even let me log in, says wrong credentials. I deleted the app it isn't worth my time to continue to get frustrated. Obviously from the reviews others are having the same problems. Until they fix the issues, I'm out.

Well, the app seems straightforward and pretty neat, sadly I was unable to add more than 1 cat, as when I attempted to add a second cat, it didn't create the second profile but also deleted the first profile. I force stopped the program, checked that all permissions were enabled and tried again. Same issue. Okay fine, I'll do a full restart of my phone, removed the apps cache and tried again. Failure once more. I guess I'll be waiting for an app update before I try again.

I reached out to customer service to find out why so many of my receipts are rejected. After reading the reviews here I just decided to quit. I redeemed what I could and I uninstalled the app. Issues I had ranged from rejecting a receipt because they needed more time (this was in August and now in November the same status), for duplicates, can't read the dates, can't submit delivery order receipts. This program was better back in the day. Hopefully it works for all of you.

I've had nothing but problems since I started using this app. First it took almost 2 weeks for my first receipts to even upload and now everytime I go to redeem anything it just says "something went wrong". I have the latest version of the app and have tried restarting my phone several times. There should be an option to receive more than just $5 gift cards at a time. I have almost 6000 points that are useless because I can't redeem anything. Frustrating!!!!!

At first it was great—my first upload or two worked great, gave me my bonus points and everything. Then it rejected every receipt I uploaded afterwards saying I've already submitted it, when each one is a new/different receipt and I'm only uploading 3 each week. When I take the time to submit, just to have it all rejected, it makes me not want to use it anymore. The app definitely has bugs, you can't even view rejected receipts to check them. It just tries to load endlessly but unsuccessfully.

Love this app! It helps you to find a good match in pet food based on your pet's specific needs. It also rewards you and gives big discounts when buying with certain retailers online. It makes it very easy and I have had no problems. The app is super-easy to navigate so you get to where you need to go quickly. There's helpful pet information and you can redeem reward points on receipts, adding your pet's profile, and for leaving reviews on the products that you purchase! Great app!

This app definitely needs a lot of work. I have tried to add several receipts that were rejected. "Previously submitted"... No, just the same product over and over again as I go through a lot of dog food. I am unable to add all of my dogs because the app freezes or doesn't save the last dog I added. I used my points for different products. So far I have received one single item even though it should have been several. The app doesn't reflect all my redeemed points. Very frustrating.

Finally...a way to collect points on something that I buy a lot of! I only wish I had known about this app before now thinking back on just how much cat food I have bought in just the last four years. My only suggestion is to somehow advertise this rewards program on the actual products that are eligible for reward. I only stumbled upon this while researching about cat food. Its almost as though they really dont want anyone to know about it!

Worked great when I downloaded the app a couple months ago. Now it won't open at all which really sucks because I have points built up for a couple of items. I tried rebooting my phone and also uninstalled and reinstalled app and it still won't open. It's been like this all day. I guess it's just another one of those apps that stops working out of the blue when you get enough points to cash in so they can cheat you out of getting your stuff.

The app worked fine at first, but after submitting the first receipt, it no longer shows them pending. I've attempted 3 separate times/days now to submit a new receipt, I captured the image with no problem, hit submit, and received a successful confirmation message, but it never appears. Doesn't even show in pending or denying my recent attempts. And doing all this to get a $5 off coupon, no thanks

Great idea, bad execution. Automatically rejected recipients without notifying me....doesn't let you search without your cats life history when you chose this brands app for a reason (helpful for some, and could teach something new, but should be optional). Basically, trying to get where you need is like making 4 stops to your neighbors house for no reason.

Does not work. For weeks I have been unable to log in consistently on the app. One day it might work, the next day I receive a "Something went wrong" message. I have receipts I cannot enter and a lot of points I can't redeem because of this. I want to like this app. It's great when it works but the hassle of it all detracts from it. I've contacted support several times but still cannot access my account.

I am very happy with the app as opposed to the website Purina used to have. It's significantly more user-friendly. It's ts easier to upload receipts, both printed and digital. I haven't had any issues I read in a few other reviews. it hasn't been too long, and I've already gotten three full sized samples and ten dollars in coupons. I've opted for coupons with my points so far, but there are lots of Kong toys for cat and dogs as well as good assorted other items. I can definitely recommend.

App has unfortunately become unusable to me on my Galaxy S21 Ultra - even after updates the past few months, after a few seconds of opening the app it reverts to a blank gray screen that does not allow any actions, and the only solution is to close the app, only to have to open and reload it and start from home screen again. It's frustrating due to the fact that I've missed out on months of points redemption, but when the app gets to working again, it was great and easy to navigate.

I was able to claim 1 free items and now I keep getting a message that something went wrong and try again. I tried to claim different items but I received the same error message. I also had to close the app multiple times when I was trying create the account. I gave 2 stars because I was able to complete 2 tasks and received points

Overall, the app seems to be ok, but there is some glitchiness that needs to be worked out. When attempting to scan a barcode to write a review about a product, I had to scan 2 or 3 times before it caught the UPC code. Also, when trying to write a review, initially, it would not move past the review title once I added it. After a few tries, it then moved on to the review content, but I was unable to see anything I typed, as there didn't seem to be scrolling capabilities or they didn't work.
