The level of incompetence on development of this app is astonishing. It can't be updated, every time you click on it, it takes you to update. Click on that, when you try to open my page, it sends you to update. When i try to pay my bill, it says select a bill, I select, it opens the bill and there is no way to pay it. Mind boggling on how bad this app is.

Canceling the appointment for being a little more than 10 minutes late is harsh. Things happen, especially early in the morning when you've been fasting for 8 hours or more. Later that day the app wrongly shows the appointment took place! I get put through an identity verification that looks like a credit check. The chat icon partially obscures the text box for sending messages. And I don't see why it's necessary to have my location on to use the app. Needlessly complicated and frustrating.

I think Quest App is very informative. You're able to get your results within a few days. You can click on each result to view past results in a graph format for as long as you've been a patient going back many years. Quest also provides brief explanations as to what the result means with links to learn more info. It tells you if your result is too high/low and what the normal range should be. It flags too high/low in red, whereas green indicates you are in the "normal" range.

Trying to input date of birth was aggravating. Instead of just typing in the DOB, you have to use a calendar. On mine the year 2009 was at the top. I pressed the year but nothing happened so I started scrolling backward month by month. Being over 60 it was taking a while. I decided to try again and a drop down menu for the year appeared this time. NOT intuitive. There should be the word "Year" and a drop down arrow. Then there's no confusion. Better yet just allow for typing in the date

I thought the app would simplify appointment scheduling and management. And, it does; HOWEVER, the app sends reminders, once, twice, more each and every day. Reminders to fast for appts that have occurred in the past. Support says, "turn off the notification option in the app". There is no such option and no one can help with this very simple annoyance.

Works pretty good. Makes it fairly simple to schedule appointments and see results. However, it demands location permission every time I log in, even though it clearly doesn't need location to operate just fine, including choosing a site, especially since location has nothing to do with my results. It also doesn't have a "remain logged in" function, so it's only slightly more efficient than using the website itself, which won't pester me for my location.

Utter dogshit. The app, and the web portal as well, require you to answer security questions to set or alter your information. However, the questions are computer generated, which is to say completely worthless even if they do work, which for me they did not. Just a series of addresses, companies and etc that I have never been to with, and when I selected the "not associated with" option, appropriately, for every single one it failed the verification. Repeat until locked out for 36 hours.

I'm general is getting better. I like that I can see a graph of past results and show them to my doctors. I have a couple of doctors, so being able to show them the times and progressions of my results helps a lot. I do wish some things were easier or possible. Ex: one test was miss-marked as non-fasting, I was fasting, but I can't change it or request a change. So it looks it of range even though it's in fasting range. I tell my doctors but sometimes they don't ask.

This is one of the most frustrating apps I have ever used. First, a notification appears that says a new version is available, but when the Update button is selected the options are only to open the app or to cancel. Secondly, the field to enter one's date of birth should be changed so that it can be entered manually. Simply display the required format, then permit the DOB to be entered. I'm 71 years old! Guess how much fun it was to tap that damn calendar that many times! /s

Every time I open the app, it sends me to update the app, with an iron to open. There is no update. It's an added step to open the app and view your results. Quest can not be reached by phone. Their chat is a useless chatbot. There's no option in the app to print results. There's an option to fax the report, the imaging is poor and unable to read. There is also a security feature built in, no screenshots I need a specific result sent to a third party and I'm unable to do so.

Oh, Lovely! Won't work on rooted devices! That's stupid. Thanks a lot! There is also an infuriating message about needing my location service on. Clearly that isn't true since the app works fine with it off. Aside from that, the app is not bad, but the interface is a little annoying. After viewing a result, going back to the list of results takes you to the top every single time. You can't search for any test results in the app.

Could be a lot better... this app is good if you're only interested in test results. It could be so much better if the fax results feature didn't fail often. Another major improvement would be adding the ability to make, view, and modify appointments. At this time, you're sent out of the app to your browser and their website for these features.

The new design makes it hard to check multiple locations at the same time. The old way I could easily check all the locations at the same time to see who had the best time for me. Now it takes 5 times longer for me. Also, I don't have a computer/laptop or tablet and this new layout is very hard to view on a cell phone. The app just loads the website, so why take of space on your cell when you can just save the website. There is nothing different between the two.

Treatment by the Lab technician was superb. He was professional, personable, and informative. Dealing with the redundancies of the Quest app and website is infuriating. Trying to access my lab results is an exercise in dealing with circular pathways. This must be the "improved" version of the app. PLEASE give me something that works as well as it did six months ago!

I downloaded the app to receive a test result, and it was flashing like a strobe light while trying to load, then no links within the app were responsive when trying to click on them. I uninstalled, reinstalled, and same issue. Rapid flashing while the green circle spins, showing it's loading. Then it stops and I can scroll the screen, but can't click on anything within the app. Useless.

Login info doesn't save. Keep having to enter it over and over. Birthdate selection sucks. You start at 2009 and there's no way to skip 1 year back let alone 10 or more so it takes forever and you can't input numbers yourself. You have to select from the calendar. Appointments default to afternoon. If fasting this is silly because most will want to test in the morning but default. App keeps nagging me about an update but there isn't one available. Janky af app. Please fix the bugs.

Open app see appt without logging in. This should not be possible. Where's the security in that? Update 2 months hsve passed. Notiiotifications remain blocked, unable to turn on. My insurance approves quest. However, i can not enter insurance information on the app or on the kios at the location. App would be useful if it actually worked. Can't turn on notiiotifications. Unable to verify identity.

Works well for scheduling appointments and viewing test results. I appreciate the convenience of biometric sign-in. Would be nice if the app didn't alert me to enable "this permission" (the app doesn't say which, but I declined location and phone) every time I connect. I set permissions the way I need them to be, please stop the alerts.

I managed to get the app and my account working again by creating a new account, which seemed a bit strange I needed to do that. I'm disappointed with support, I attempted to contact them a couple of times and only got automated replies. The app is useful and makes it easy to have all your lab results in one place and be able to make appointments from the app.

Used to have the problem of every page flashes continuously. This is distracting and painful on the eyes, and it makes using the app near impossible. Selecting any button or link takes multiple tries to hit the button at a frame between flashes. Location search was also broken. An uninstall/reinstall seems to have fixed this. App does what it says on the tin. Useful, now that it's working.
